STWB_WORK: Manual Testcase not visible.

Question

Dear SAP Fellows,
I work on an SAP ECC 5.0 SP 19 R/3 System, Solution Manager is not involved.
Scenario:
We want to use the testing workbench to manage manual test cases.
- I registered about 30 manual testcases in SCAT. In SCAT under Extras ->
  Test objects -> Name I've entered a transaction (e.g. FB60) and
  chose as type "T - Transaction".
- added the manual transactions to a test catalog (STWB_1)
- created a test plan (STWB_2)
- created test packages and added users to the test packages (STWB_2)
- started STWB_WORK. All the manual test cases show up, but I cannot start
  the transaction (e.g. FB60) from this view.
My question:
- why doesn't the transaction show in STWB_WORK?
- why can I put a transcation in SCAT if it doesn't show up in STWB_WORK?
- what is the use of the transaction in SCAT if not for STWB_WORK?

Hi Julia,
is your layout defined so you have a "RUN Test Case" column in your test case?
I entered the STWB_WORK from SolMan, and when I entered the test package, I also couldn't see the "RUN Test Case" button.
I am not sure if you could do this in ECC, but here is what I did in SolMan:
select layout > change layout
from the right list (Columt Set)  in new window, select "Run Test Case" and tranfere it to the left (Display Column) list, and (if you prefere so) move it's position up to the top of list.
Select "Enter" and your EXE button should be next to the transaction description...
P.s. - Once again, this was a solution in SolMan, where I created a test plan and packages from the SOLAR01 and Solar02 - I am not sure if you can do it in ECC with your metod of creating test plan and test cases. Anyway - I hope it helps...
