SU01 - Ticket Number to be logged
Dear All,
We are in a position to save the ticket numbers for the changes made to the user master records.
Could anyone please guide me to do the same.
I have tried to enhance using a BADI - HRBAS00INFTY, but ended up in vain.
This task will be helpful for us during audit.

We are still on 4.6C and have been using the fax and telephone fields for about 8 yrs now without issues. Our Ticket number format is either 123456789/2011 or ABCD123456. You can extend the fax and telephone fields and to enter more numbers using the arrow on the right of the field. I'm not sure if there is a limit on the number of entries, I see 12 rows, but we have never run into this issue on the number of tickets. There is also another part that I like with it is there is a comment field as well. I just took a look at the two fields you mentioned Country is at random and so is Country Code, we use for the most part IT for Italy and +39 for CC.
One thing that has confused me to this point is traceability. Is there a way to link back to the changes made in SAP to a ticket number in GRC? What I have been doing is reviewing ID's and Change Documents then doing the search for the ticket in GRC, is this the right way?

I have thousands of records in this file and only 64 of them updated.How many record were in the table before and after? I doubt the difference is 64, unless you have exactly 64 rows but you said thousands. I believe you are probably misinterpreting the log file. can you share the full log file? As a test, create a empty table, use the same script and load same data file in this empty table. Once loading is complete, check if it has 64 rows or more. I believe what log file is saying, it is 'commiting after every 64 rows', not 'stopping after loading 64 rows'.
So, unless you show us the log file there is no way to be certain, feel free to mask confidential info, at-least top 15 and bottom 15 lines ? -

You could also to an assumption of liability on that second line on your sisters account. Call *611 or 1-800-922-0204 and make sure your sister is right there with you to do this. Then the line comes off her account and you can then set up your own account with verizon.

while creating the support message from help menu it will generate the external notification number as well as ticket number both are same but while creating frrom crmd_order it will generate only ticket number .. so now i want to table where they mapped between two fields ticket number and notification number .. please reply

Select the column external ref no and notification no...you get both the no.s as req.

After updating to IOS 7.0.2 in my Ipad mini I cannot update my apps nor download new apps . It says "cannot connect to ITunes. " it's been almost 3 wks now. I have tried resetting it and trying other options like changing the DNS to just 8.8.8 etc but to no avail. I try to run the IOS diagnostics but it couldn't verify my ticket number. Everytime I open my mail it cannot identify server identity " Apple.imap.yahoo.com." But I just clicked "continue" anyway so I could get my mail.

Open Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application use the APP tab and capture that scree to show Photoshop is installed and up to date like I did. Capture that screen. Show us you have installed Photoshop and its up to date.
Open Photoshop and use menu Help it should show tha its activated because there will be a menu item Sign Out. If it is Sign In, Sign in using the account that has the subscription the one you used above to Activate Photoshop. -
Issue with the steps in adding the ticket number in the ERMS email
CRM 5.0 SP09
Read the CRM expert article written by John Burton to add a ticket automatically to an email reply and was able to get it to work. (had to apply note 954060 to get the variable in the mailform)
But in our normal processing steps the ticket number hadn't been created and was looking for a way to generate the number.
Normal steps.
1. Inbox - select Emails in process, select one and interact.
2. Confirm BP or create a BP and confirm.
3. Choose Email from nav bar and reply. the ticket number is not filled i.e.
If I change the steps to
1. Inbox - select Emails in process, select one and interact.
2. Confirm BP or create a BP and confirm.
3. Select interaction record and save (service ticket # shows)
4. Choose Email from nav bar and reply. and value fills in.
Is not a major issue, but users are always looking to reduce the number of clicks for the agents as they are being converted from using Outlook to ICWC for email repsonses.

I am not sure that I (or other readers) may fully undestand the issue, so I want to clarify a couple of points.
It is not quite clear to me whether the emails that you are processing in the Agent Inbox are replies from customers (which already contain an ERMS tracking thread) or whether they are new emails?
I will assume that they are new emails. Also, I understand (from previous message threads) that you are using the Service Ticket as your leading business transaction, rather than the Interaction Record? Is this the case? If so, it is important to point out in such threads since the default process used by most customers to create an interaction record as the leading object and then create a service ticket in cases wehre followup investigation is necessary.
In the normal proces flow, an interaction record is automatically created once a business partner is confirmed. So, in order to create a service ticket (and have the service ticket thread be automatically inserted into an email as a tracking thread) you first need to navigate to the Service Ticket screen (which results in the creation of a service ticket).
But I am assuming, as mentioned, that in your case you are using the Service Ticket as the leading object? Does anything show up in this "Interaction Record" view in the lower-right-hand corner of the email editor currently? If so, maybe the problem then is that you need to replace the Interaction Record view inside the Email Editor screen with the Service Ticket view instead? This could be causing the problem that the non-existant Interaction Record is being set as the current One Order object instead of the Service Ticket. This is really jus a guess on my part, but maybe worth checking.

TICKET Number (TICKETNR) not populated

I am trying to create and actualize tickets using following function modules in given a sequence.
1) OIJB_TICKET_DEFAULTING
2) OIJ_EL_A_TICKETS_MAINTAIN_N
3) ENQUEUE_E_OIJTKT
4) OIJB_GENERATE_DOCUMENTS_N
5) ENQUEUE_E_OIJTKT
Function modules are working fine and able to create and actualize tickets.
I am creating more than 1 tickets in loop.
But only for first ticket TICKETNR (Ticket Number) is populated. For rest tickets it is blank.
TICKETNR is generated in function module OIJB_TICKET_DEFAULTING.
This is auto generated number.
Any Idea why it does not create TICKETNR from second ticket onwards?

Your situation is as expected - the address number will not be saved to BUT000 but to BUT020 or BUT021* tables.

Can I add a ticket number or request number (tracking number) to a form when a person fills out and hits submit. Then when they receive their submission notice can they get that number?
You need to generate unique number with the ID column and add an action in the submit button to show message. Refer to the following post for more information

Job number from alert log file to information

I have a question about job numbers in alert log file. Today one of our Oracle 10g R2 [10.2.0.4] RAC nodes crashed. After examining alert log file for one of the nodes I saw a lot of messages like:

After examining trc files I have found no further information about error except session ids.
My question is: how to find what job caused these messages to appear in alert log file.
How do I map number in alert log file to some "real" information (owner, statement executed, schedule)?

"Message number 999999 reached, log is full" when generate BP comparison terms

When Generate Comparison Terms for business partner in GTS SPL, system gave a performance message " Message number 999999 reached, log is full. Message No. BL252"
I tried to delete the relevant log in SLG2, but couldn't select any logs by transaction code. As I don't the object and sub-object.
However, I used the program of BP comparison (/SAPSLL/SPL_CREATE_SEARCHTADRC) and transaction code (/SAPSLL/SPL_STBP), there is no log found in SLG1 as well.
Any one know how to figure this issue? or how to find the related log object?
There is no configuration of log profile assignment of BP comparison terms.

Huge number of unprocessed logging table records found

I have check all setting and error logs but not found any evidence that causing the unprocessed records. In HANA system also it shows in replicated status. There is no explicit guideline since aspects as server performance as well as change rate of the tables are also relevant. As a rule of thumb, one dedicated replication job per large table is recommended.
