Supplier Merge error

Dear Members :
While doing Supplier Merge, Whenever trying to select corresponding Sites, after selecting Name; returning:
ORA-01422 exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows with Details telling :FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422
I am on Vision 12.1.1. I checked process_flag in ap_duplicate_vendors_all, it's all 'Y'.
Could you please suggest some solution to this ?

Thanks will look into that. Earlier I deleted synonym ap_system_parameters, and recreated, as I was not able to create/add sites for supplier. After that Supplier Site creation was without trouble. Later I recreated grants/synonym with ADADMIN, when I was getting this particular error. But still it continues.
What I observe is: before recreation of ap_system_parameters, it contained 0 rows, but now it contains same number as ap_system_parameters_all. So I dropped synonym ap_system_parameters and again ran grant/synonym recreate from ADADMIN, but surprisingly ap_system_parameters synonym was not recreated by ADADMIN.
Do you recommend recompile of schema and what should I do about this particular synonym ap_system_parameters (now it is not in my system) ?

I understand that you are getting a supply memory error after setting up the new printer. I will certainly do my best to help you.
Make sure all the orange packing material and the seal is removed from the toner and any packing material inside the printer. Here is a picture of the toner and the orange packing material that needs to be removed.

I can't say how they're use in the NI-HSDIO example, but yes, the merge errors function is often used for basic synchronization of parallel tasks. Take a look at the image I attached. Here the Merge Errors function is used to make sure that none of the DAQmx Start Task VI's executes unless and until all of the DAQmx Create Channel VI's complete successfully. Note that this screenshot is from 8.6, so the merge errors function might look a bit different.

mickeymackey, this error looks similar to a related error code that I found for laserjets. Here is a summation of that error code:

This describes the problem as being a cartridge error, in which case I would follow the instructions in this document and see if that resolves the issue:

that does not resolve the issue, then I would recommend performing a hard reset of the printer. This would involve unplugging the printer for thirty seconds from both the back of the unit as well as from the outlet it is plugged into and then plugging the machine back in and powering it on.
A few additional questions are: Is this printer plugged into a surge protector, wall outlet or battery backup? The ink you are using, are they original HP cartriges or have they been refilled before?

Status:\t10.0000 SUPPLY MEMORY ERROR + cannot install printer

Hi I have an HP Laserjet P1102w printer. I changed my router, and changed my laptop and now am not able to install the printer on the new laptop and router.
I have tried installing from the HP smart install program via USB cable. When i do this I get an error message saying that the installation failed and advising me to turn off the printer, turn it on again and try again.
I have tried resetting the printer to the default settings, then printing a test page and using the supplied IP address to access the printer. An error message says:
Status: 10.0000 SUPPLY MEMORY ERROR
I have tried ignoring this and going to the HP Smart Install Tab and installing the printer that way. When i did this I get a similar error message to before saying that the installation failed and advising me to turn off the printer, turn it on again and try again.
Could someone please advise me on what to do? Should I focus on trying to get the printer installed, then try to fix the supply memory error or fix the supply memory error and then try to install the printer? I'm a bit loathed to buy a new toner cartridge, if after doing this the printer may still fail to install.

Very good information. Since this printer is having such a hard time reconnecting try resetting the printer first. I have provided a link on how to restore this printer to factory defaults. I had a similar problem with this printer until I installed a very recent firmware update. This is how I finally was able to get it to install and connect:
Clicked on the Software and Drivers tab at www.hp.com/support and typed in my printer name (Laserjet P1102w) and pressed the enter key. Next I selected my operating system (you will need to know if your computer's system type is 32 bit or 64 bit or I would provide a link).
Under the Driver and Product installation I installed the HP Laserjet Full Feature Software and Drivers and proceeded to install it using the USB to wireless configuration.
After the test page printed, the printer disconnected from the network so with the USB cord still attached, I went to the same download page and installed the most recent firmware update: Version 20130213 which went very well I might add.
Next, I went to the Start button and selected All Programs>>HP>>HP Laserjet Professional P1100 series>>Wireless Configuration and finished getting my printer connected back to my network.
I strongly suggest the firmware update. I hope this information helps you out. Try the steps above and if it doesn't work let me know. I will look at the error message once you are able to get it installed. It may be that when you restore the printer to factory defaults you will also want to reboot the computer in case you are running low on available memory, hence the error message.

Application Builder hangs on Processing Merge Errors.vi

I am having a problem building my applciation as an executeable in 8.2.1. During the build process, LabVIEW hangs indeffinately while Processing Merge Errors.vi. I have mass compiled my source directory, and my LabVIEW directory. I have even repaired all of the NI software that I have installed. I have also created a new project and build specification from scratch in case that was corrupted. I created a test project where the only VI was a call to Merge Errors.vi and this build just fine into an .exe. I am at a loss to what the problem is or how I can fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Match Merge error after migrated to OWB 10.1.0.4

My old mappings which were running fine are giving match merge errors after uograded from 10.1.0.2 to 10.1.0.4.
getting following error while deploying into new repository (10.1.0.4).
any suggestions please....

I did some more analysis. The error does not occur with new repositories, that are created with the Repos-Wizard after Software was upgraded to 10.2.0.2.
However, it does occur with all repositories that were migrated from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.2, using the upgrade script as described in the patch set's installation notes.
The problem persists, even when the profiling user (i.e. schema) is removed, and a new one is initialised by the Design Client.

What is a supply memory error 10.1000? How can I fix it? My printer won't scan nor print.

My Laser Jet M1212nf MFP still copies, but everytime I try to print or scan a document it doesn't work and it shows a supply memory error on the display. I already tried to switchof and uplug the printer, but the problem still persits. Can anybody help me???

Just fixed this on yet another Laserjet 2600dn....
Remove the affected cartridge. Look at where the chip on the cartridge hits the reader at the rear of the machine. There are two triangular 'wires' which hit the chip.
They should both be raised proud of their mount. In all cases of this error which I have dealt with (I'm a reseller) one or both have been pushed into the mount and are failing to spring out when the cartridge is removed.
This prevents the chip being read.
The solution? Grab them and gently pull them proud again so that the inserted cartrdige makes firm contact with them.
Problem solved! Hope this helps at some people experiencing this issue.

PDF Maker Mail Merge error

I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and Office 2007 operating on Windows XP SP3.
I have been using a Mail Merge word doc for sending out mulitple documents as attachments on emails.
I have tried to use the Merge to Adobe PDF option and the Mail Merge under the Adobe menu and get the same response on both options:
"Word experienced a serious problem with the 'acrobat pdfmaker office com addin' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?"
Any suggestions?

I am trying to merge a newletter with an address list to PDF files which I then bulk send to print because I get labeled and stapled mail ready documents as output. The source merge file is DOC (2003 compatible) and I have tried saving it as a DOCx file as well.
Very mixed results with no rhyme or reason... frequently end with the ""Word experienced a serious problem with the 'acrobat pdfmaker office com addin' add-in..."
I find no weird characters to remove, running the review feature first didn't help...

Photoshop CS5 Panoramic Merge Errors Out

When I try and do a merge of two photos from CS5 I get an error window stating Adobe Photoshop CS5 has stopped working and that Windows will notify me if a solution exists. I guess Windows doesn't know of one. Any ideas? This works fine on the same computer when I do it in CS4.
Forgive my silly screen name. Nothing else I tried seemed to work.

Have you updated Photoshop CS5 to the latest version (Help - Updates...)?
What video card do you have in your system, and have you ensured the display driver is up to date (from the web site of the video card's maker)?
Do you have the same RAM and scratch drive settings in both versions of Photoshop? Do you have plenty of scratch space on the drive you've identified for scatch use?
What are the dimensions of your images?
I regularly merge HUGE panoramas with Photoshop CS5's Photomerge and it always completes them, so I assure you it CAN work, and it seems likely something specific is amiss on your system.

I have tried to change CS6 Preferences/Performance to allow more memory etc but that didnt help.
