i have some problem with my appstore and ibook they just dont load thought i need to update but now in mavericks updates are now connected with appstore so i cant do that it opens up but doesnt load just blank same with ibook store it says cannot connect and yea my date and time is fine any solutions?
Hi, James.
Yes, the iBook should run even with no battery installed.
These are the four most common possibilities when the battery will not charge:
(1) there is something wrong with your battery
(2) there is something wrong with your power adapter
(3) there is something wrong with your power input board (the part that contains the port where you plug in the adapter)
(4) there is something wrong with your logic board
Since you have eliminated all the possibilities except (4), it is likely that your logic board is having problems. The PMU (Power Management Unit) is part of the logic board, and it may be going out (hence, temporarily working again when you reset it). Since the iBook is not running reliably without the battery in place (as it should), replacing the battery most likely would be futile.
When a computer gets to be five years old, it seems a bit short-sighted to pay very much for repairs, just to have something else go wrong sooner rather than later. Have you had a look at the hugely improved specs on the new MacBooks? Is it time for a new portable to avoid embarrassment during your presentations? It sounds like that could be your best option. -

Xpath field details not getting displayed
Hi all,
I am working on a idoc to file scenario, where I want to refer the receiver to be determined based upon certain condition or values that get populated for a particular field (using receiver determination). But the problem is that when I click on the condition tab on receiver determination I get a warning "Problem loading schema description"
with message as
"Message interface does not exist in any software components installed on this business system"
But since it is an Idoc at the source we dont have any msg interfaces, further if i neglect this warning message and go further, I am not getting the fields or details of the Idoc structure getting displayed in the xpath.
But the same when I use for a file scenario(file as sender) I get the details of the context object if any.. Let me know how to resolve this..
Thanks in advance
Regards,
NithiyanandamHi,
Yes you coudl add the missing Software component as per below steps
Even if you open Business system in Integration Directory, at last tab "Other Attributes" --> you will find the list of software components.
Press the tab Third Party service to verify the list against SLD.
If its not avaialbel in SLD
1. Goto System Landscape Directory
2. select Business Landscape and slect the apporpriate Business system and open it. (Click the name of BS)
3. There you will get the list of Software components added in it.
4. Verify the technical system name.
5. Also verify if same technical system name is used after importing the software component in Integration Repository (IR).
Goto IR -- > Explore the SCV -->Double click on name of software component version -->Check Interface Import as Import of RFC and have the same details in Connection data as per technical system
If everything is setup just refresh the SLD_CACH and import the scenario once again in Integration Directoy and process it.
You will see the IDOC in Business system.
Thanks

Safari doesn't open maximized from a link in email
When I open Safari from a link in the email program I use (Eudora Pro), the webpage doesn't open maximized-fills only about half of the monitor screen. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem. I did right-click on the Safari icon and changed the setting to open Safari maximized-still doesn't open it completely from a link.
Hi Swarup,
You know to tell which mail format are you using, whether is Outlook or Lotus. SAP Connectors need to be installed for the same depending upon the mail type.

Is it possible to download to excel when a report running in background
Dear All,
I tried to execute one ALV report in foreground and background. In foreground the report is giving excel download but in background no excel download is coming. Is there any specific reason for that?
Thanks and regards,
AtanuAtanu dey,
If you wnat to download excel in back ground
You have to download in application server only.
EX:
DATA : v_filepath(80) VALUE '/data/sapdata/inc/error_log/pme_br/',
c_coma VALUE ',' .
OPEN DATASET v_filepath FOR OUTPUT IN TEXT MODE.
IF sy-subrc EQ 0.
LOOP AT i_errors_bat.
CONCATENATE i_errors_bat-plant c_coma
i_errors_bat-zzvendor c_coma
INTO v_string.
TRANSFER v_string TO v_filepath.
ENDLOOP.
CLOSE DATASET v_filepath.
Note : you can download in presentation server also.
but it requires lot of authorizations and have to use
FTP commands.
Reason is Apllication server in back ground has to
recognize the from which system request came.
Better go for OPEN DATA sets.
Don't forget to reward if useful..... -

Hi,
I am doing Http to File Scenario i.e, Receive message via HTTP, Process it and write the file in the target.
1. As Http is the sender, I need not create Sender Communication Channel and Sender Agreement. But While Creating other objects in the ID, we need to mention Sender service, so what shd i mention there.
2. Can we do Asynchronous scenarios for Http to file Scenarios, because I have done Http to RFC scenario before.
3. When I use the HTTP Client tool to test my scenario, I upload a file or paste an xml payload and test, then will the file be created in the target directory, as Receiver is the File Adapter.
4. Do I need to create any Technical and Business System for HTTP sender in SLD, or should I create a Business Service in ID.
Regards,
VarunHi,
1. As Http is the sender, I need not create Sender Communication Channel and Sender Agreement. But While Creating other objects in the ID, we need to mention Sender service, so what shd i mention there.
---> You need to use the Business Service on sender side. Similar to HTTP --RFc scenario, It is required to identify the Sender side service.
2. Can we do Asynchronous scenarios for Http to file Scenarios, because I have done Http to RFC scenario before.
--> Yes You can have the asynchronous scenario. with HTTP to file
3. When I use the HTTP Client tool to test my scenario, I upload a file or paste an xml payload and test, then will the file be created in the target directory, as Receiver is the File Adapter.
--> Yes it will create the target file. If youhave applied any File Content Conversion then you can align the XML format to flat file format also....
4. Do I need to create any Technical and Business System for HTTP sender in SLD, or should I create a Business Service in ID.
---> Its better if you create the Business Service. Generally for SAP landscape Business system is used..and here in your scenario sender is HTTP and there is no need of Business system...Go for Business Service..
Thanks
Swarup

Message Acknowledgement in a Message Driven Bean
Does the message acknowledgement in a Message driven bean take place after the transaction commits? Will the message be available to be consumed by another instance of the MDB in case the transaction was rolled back? I am using WLS 7.0 as my app server and SonicMQ as JMS provider.
Thx.
Ajanta.
Yes, ack's are delayed until the transaction commits.
Yes, the message will be available if the transaction is rolled back.
