How do I switch from to the Photography Program and cancel the Acrobat subscription? I currently have the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and want to add Photoshop but need to know how to change my program subscription to the Photography Program for personal use?

We have an intermitant problem which is badly affecting a group of our users. Can anyone help identify what SERVER this message is talking about???
Details: CF-19 Panasonic Tough Book, McAfee Enterprise 8.7i, Windows XP 2005 Tablet Ed. SP3.
Problem at login intermittantly we get a unmanagable/unresponsive window stating the following:
Window Name: Server Busy
Text: This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose ‘Switch To’ to activate the busy program and correct the problem
Buttons: Switch To, Retry, Cancel (Grayed out)
Event Viewer Message:
Source: DCOM, Type Error,
Description: The server
{D6E88812-F325-4DC1-BBC7-23076618E58D} plus others with {6B19643A-0CD7-4563-B710-BDC191FCAD3B} did not register
with DCOM within the required timeout.
I searched the registry for {D63.....} and found keys relating to "TCServer.exe" Little info available. But found
((KB895953 - Memory Leak in Windows XP Tablet PC Edition )) but this seems related to a pre SP3 update.... we have SP3 installed can I still install this patch?
I searched {6B1....} and found keys relating to "TSFManager". Again little information available.
How can I identify the servers with the long {XXXXXXXXX} keys, and what is tcserver.exe?

If the problematic XP PC is in a domain, please provide us more information on it, such as how many DCs, member servers and the OS versions. Does the error only
occur on one XP PC? Does the issue occur when logging on as some certain users? When did the issue begin to occur? Have you installed software, hardware or updates recently?
Please check whether the error occurs in Clean Boot mode.
1. Click "Start", go to "Run", and type "msconfig" in the open box to start the System Configuration Utility.
2. Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click Disable All (if it is not gray).
3. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK".
4. Restart your computer. If the "System Configuration Utility" window appears, please check the box and click "OK".

Upon opening LR I receive a "Server Busy" dialoge box: "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem." I have no other programs open and when I wait a bit it clears with the 'retry' button. Happened following a recent update. I'd really like this to go away - any ideas?
For me this happens when I have Zenfolio or Facebook open in Google Chrome, even if Google Chrome is not active. If you use Chrome, when the error shows up open Chrome and close each one of the tabs and click on the retry in Lightroom. Also happens if Internet explorer is running with either of these two programs.

In our newsroom environment, staff prefers to have MP3s from various download sources open directly in an outside program's window (in this case Goldwave is the preferred program). That being said, with the newer version (36 specifically) the behavior of the program has changed so that MP3s are opening in a separate browser tab, regardless of the preferences in the "Applications" window of the Options as well as the program defaults within Windows. Previous adjustments made to about:config media.windows-media-foundation.enabled as well as media.directshow.enabled and setting to "False" no longer solve this issue.

I recently switched from a pc to a laptop and am in process of moving my Itunes library to my laptop.I cant find my "purchased"songs .How do I recover my purchased songs and get them into my new laptop library? There is a record of my purchase in the Itunes store.

They will only be where you put them If you are doing the very basics, then they will be on your computer and they will be in your backup copy of your computer.
The itunes store is not global at all, never has been. You cannot redownload your content from another country. You can only use the countrys itunes store for the country that you are physically located. -
I recently purchased a subscription a couple days ago and cancelled it that day and still haven't received my refund. Just curious as to when i will get my money back?

You might want to double-check that you are trying to open the document with the latest version of Numbers that is in your main Applications folder, not the old version that is in a subfolder named iWork '09 or Numbers '09. Instead of just clicking the document, you could open the latest version of Numbers and then File > Open. Or you could "right-click> Open With ... and choose Numbers.app (3.5.2).

Unable to switch from 16 to 24 bit, and no Dolby select
Hello,? I have tried everything i could find to fix this but i'm at my witts end here. i just recently upgraded my computer from and A8V Delux motherboard so that i could go to PCI-e A8N-SLI Premium. ?????????Thank You.ok i installed winamp which uses 24bit audio when enabled, had the CAC set up for entertainment mode. and still could not get 24bit audio. i used SiSoftware Sandra Pro, and did a hardware test on my audio card. which is the Sb Fatality extreme gamer pro. andseachign through all the audio settings it only shows my sound card using 6bit audio. while playign MP3's through winamp. i have no cracking or popping noises just unable ot have 24bit audio coming from the sound card. any idea's. i have tried everythign that has been posted in this thread before i even made my first post to fix the problem. is this a known issue or something. cause it's ticking me off to have paid $45 for a good sound card and not get my 24bit audio and no dolby audio in games. Apple ID for the Deployment Program and VPP is the same
I created an Apple ID for the Deployment Program and authorized the same ID for VPP. Now I learned these should be different. Is this a problem and if so, how can the VPP ID be changed?
You should be able to. The only hiccup will be that any apps that you have purchased with the older ID you will have to repurchase with the newer ID to be able to keep using them.
Though of course this actually depends on how you plan to use the IDs. For example, I had an Apple ID through iTunes a few years before I opened a .Mac/MobileMe account (what iCloud is now in case you are new to Apple). Thus, my iPhone and iPad actually have two IDs on them, one for iTunes/App Store, and one for anything associated with iCloud. I've never really had any problems assoctiated with having two IDs on one device. Usually just an extra step when I get a new device or have to restore either of them for some reason. Though I understand that this is probably not what you plan on doing, I thought I would use it as an example of what the IDs are really associted with on the devices. -
i have tried to install iTunes 5 but when Windows it starts to install it says there`s a problem with my Windows installer Paket and cancel the Program. I`ve searched for answears in the web and they said ischould waste my old Itunes version and try it again. But it happend the same again! Now i havent any iTunes version and iAlso can`t Load a new one!!!! Pllease help me !!!
I solved it myself, after the "note" which came back from FF/Mozilla just as I finished my message, commenting on what it was that my system had , I wnnt back to check my plug-ins etc. I downloaded the latest Java, BOTH 32bit AND 64 bit versions and latest Firefox.
Now all is working.

What does nsAppShell: Event Window mean? Firefox won't open for me at times and I need to restart.
When I return to my computer, Firefox won't open from the "standby" mode. It gives me the message saying "Firefox is already running, but not responding" and I need to log out or restart. Firefox is not running as far as I know. When I restart, a mes
