Synchronising contract data in R3 AND CRM

Hi All ,
Greetings for the day!!
I had appended a new field in contract (VBAP-ZZFIELD) in R3.This contract first get created in CRM and gets copied in R3.
Whatever changes i make to new field in R3 must gets copied to same contract in  CRM & vice versa.
I think that this can be done via BDOCS or RFC.  or any other ways?? ...I absolutely have no idea on this how to do this !!
Could anyone please help me on this.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Manoj

Hi Abhinav,
There are multiple ways to do this. If you want to stop the overall middleware flow, you can do it in MW_MODE transction code. If you want to stop the flow for a particular system, you can do that in SMQS transaction.

  • How to map service contract data from ecc to crm

    Hi Experts,
    Please help me,how to map service contract data from ecc to crm system.
    is there any perticular process.please let me know.
    thanks in advance..

    Hi Srinivasulu,
    Create the service contract type of ECC and also item categories under it in ECC in CRM. Map the number ranges.
    Check the Partners mapping from R/3 to CRM and that will be all.
    I tried but in CRM in the transaction type internal number range is mandatory. So, if you create service contract in ECC with one number it will replicate to CRM but with different number. But you can see ECC number under the transaction history in CRM.
    Good Luck.

  • Contract replication from ISU to CRM

    Hi Experts
    I have sucessfully replicated BP master data between ISU and CRM, Contract Account replication is done as well, i would like to replicate Contract from ISU to CRM. Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Hello,
    Please see note  632749 for help with this issue.
    Please also check the foloowing points:
    1.  Are there any contract account entries existing in the table 'TFK_BUAG_REF' (IS-U System).
    2.  Check the contract account entries in your IS-U system with the transaction 'CAA3'. Are they existing ?
    3.  The buag class entry in table 'TFK_BUAG_REF' (IS-U System) is corresponding to the buag class entry in your business agreement (CRM system).
    I hope this is helpful.

  • Family share plan with different contract dates

    We currently have a Family Share Plan where my two daughters were added at different times, so we have 3 contract end dates within the same year.  Is there any way to get these dates in synch without any penalties or changes to the plan we've been grandfathered with?  It seems that any changes would penalize our family.  Any ideas?

    jewelsy wrote:
    My daughters are in college now and, hopefully, one of these days they'll be ready to take on their own bills and make their own choices.  Let's say they choose to go with another company and we agree I carry them until their contract end dates.  Wouldn't that break *my* contract under the family plan, automatically switch me to another plan and penalize me?
    As for the same-day renewal, are you saying if my contract date is tomorrow and theirs are later this year, I can renew them so that we all expire in January 2015?
    Your contract would not be broken by dropping lines. You'll remain on the same contract plan until the owner of the account(you, I assume) chooses to change plan. You can even go back to a single line "Nationwide plan" assuming you're on the Nationwide plan now.
    As far as contracts you'll have to wait until they all reach the 20 months and then "upgrade" them all at the same time.
    FYI,  If any line has an unlimited data plan, you lose the unlimited data for that line if you upgrade at a discounted(phone) price.

  • New tab for Contract for data about products and product sales.

    Looking for ideas to implement a new tab on the Contract (RECN)
    We have some basic data about products and product sales that we want to have implemented on a screen tab for a contract.  The user needs to be able to enter information about a product, quantity, year grown, and tax info. And then each of these products may have one or many sales records showing date of sale, quantity sold, and a brief note.
    So a contract can have 1 or many products and a product can have one or many sales records.
    The user needs to be able to enter, update and delete any one of these records.  And, ideally, enter multiple of each before saving.
    Do any of you have ideas about how to go about this?  Using ALV grids? or table controls? I'm still wet behind the ears regarding doing screen development in SAP so am open to any and all suggestiions.
    SAP 6.4 is the version we are at.
    Thanks
    Laurie

    Maybe the original order to renew and keep unlimited data was cancelled because it was not an option. It wasn't a "bait-and-switch" The order was cancelled, it wasn't switched. When you called to reissue the order they told you the correct options so they did not switch you without your knowledge. The second rep was correct, he didn't lie, the first rep did. Verizon cancelled the order because if they didn't you would have been set up w/ new 2 year agreements on a tiered data plan, which would have been illegal. Thats why they cancelled it. So you can either not make the change, keep the unlimited data and buy the phones outright. Or switch, go to a tiered plan, and get new phones. By glitch they meant the system accidentally allowed you to keep the unlimited plan, though it was not an option. Verizon has had this rule since they removed the unlimited plan back in '11.

  • Add new payment term base on sales order contract date and shipment date

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    My company need to create new payment term base on sales order's contract date and shipment date.
    the first time is 30% made in T/T within 30days from contract signed date.
    the second time is 70% made in T/T before shipment.
    I don't know how to configuration this payment term base on that both date, who can tell me ,thanks very much!
    Best Regards
    Danny Zhang

    Hi,
    You have to define the PAYMENT TERMS as per days and Percentage.
    Define the Payment terms in the transaction OBB8 and assign this payment terms in the CUSTOMER MASTER and will be copied to the SALES ORDER from the customer master
    In the MATERIAL MASTER in the SALES ORG 1 view you have to check the field CAHS DISCOUNT In the Pricing procedure you can defin the CASH DISCOUNT condition type ( in standard there are two SKTV & SKTO)
    Now process the sales order and check

  • Upload material and contract data from file in CCM 2.0

    Hi guys,
    This might be a difficult one!
    We have the following situation in a Client:
    We are upgrading a Requisitite catalog (working with BBP 2.0)
    to a CCM 2.0 catalog.
    In Requisite, one can upload material- and contract data from a file (it is standard funcionality) into the database.
    We need to have the same kind of funcionality in CCM 2.0 because our client does not prefer to work with XI (which is the standard SAP solution in these cases).
    How can we accomplish this? maybe with some additional ABAP coding!
    Our client is not working with Vendor Catalogs but I´m trying to see if we can use a dummy vendor catalog to accomplish material upload in CCM2 form a CSV file.
    Anyone had to face this situation before?
    If so, please provide some clues how to do it?
    Thanks in advance,
    Aart

  • Data exchange between R/3 and CRM system.

    hello,
    how to list the data sources, function modules, user and cust exits through  which the data exchenge happens between R/3 system and CRM system?
    do we have any transaction to see the list of the master and transaction data that is exchenged across these systems?
    thanks in advance,

    thanks markus,
    but from CRM system we are able to find out only the data exchange that is happening at that point of time.(only the list of tables /function modules that are exchanging the data is listed.)
    is there any way to get the information of the datasources mapped between these two systems?

  • How can I find my contract date and length online?

    I've searched everywhere and can't find anywhere online in MyBT that has the actual details of my contract date and length. I know I renewed my  line rental in advance and have Option 3 phone and broadband. I need to know, if I have paid a year's line rental, does that mean I'm automatically contracted to a year's Option 3 also?
    It would be SO much simpler not to have to waste hours going round in circles on the website. It is as though contract info that is personal to the subscriber is deliberately hidden. I can't think of any other provider who does this.
    All it would take is : Your contract started:....... Your contract ends..........
    Not rocket science!

  • Extend campaign for Contract data

    Hi Experts,
    Campaign screen already have assignment block for 'Purchase Goods / Services'. Requirement is to Add two custom fields Contract ID, Contract line item# to this list.  after input of two fields, on pressing <Enter> call should go to ERP to validate Contract ID (to EKPO-SRM_CONTRACT_ID ) and line item# (EKPO-SRM_CONTRACT_ITM) . If invalid, raise message, else fetch the related data for other standard fields from ERP and show it on UI.
    Z fields are added to BOL model by enhancing item related node.
    Which BAPI/ BADI can I use to fetch ERP data on <Enter> or refresh event?
    Regards,

    Hi Ratna,
    The actual use case is to "Validate and fetch data from ERP, and populate on CRM UI".
    Do you suggest to use DO_VALIDATE for both validation and also to set other context attributes ?
    basically, if the input is valid in ECC, I need to get related data from ECC and populate related attributes on CRM UI.

  • Memory dump in contract data load

    Hi,
    e are doing CRM service contract data load from flat file to CRM using
    BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI and it is giving ABAP memory dump.Please
    see attached file for more details about dump.
    Following steps we are doing.
    1.Call following functional modules in loop to create service contract.
    2. call
      call function 'BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI'
        tables
          header          = lt_header
          item            = lt_item
          sales           = lt_sales
          partner         = lt_partner
          appointment     = lt_appointment
          status          = lt_status
          input_fields    = lt_input_fields
          created_process = lt_created_process
          return          = lt_return
          scheduleline    = lt_scheduleline
          pricing         = lt_pricing
          billing         = lt_billing
          objects         = lt_objects
          condition_create = lt_condition_create
         billplan        = lt_billplan
         billplan_date   = lt_billplan_date
           cancel          = lt_cancel
          document_flow   = lt_docflow.
    2.call
          call function 'CRM_ORDER_SAVE'
        exporting
          it_objects_to_save = lt_objects_to_save
          iv_no_bdoc_send    = 'X'
        exceptions
          document_not_saved = 1
          others             = 2.
    3. call
              call function 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT'
        exporting
          wait = 'X'.
    4.call
               call function 'CRM_ORDER_INITIALIZE'
        exporting
          it_guids_to_init           = lt_guid_16
          iv_initialize_whole_buffer = 'X'
          iv_init_frame_log          = 'X'
        exceptions
          error_occurred             = 1
          others                     = 2.
    5.close the loop.
    Though we are every time calling 'CRM_ORDER_INITIALIZE' it's still
    giving following dump. Looks like 'CRM_ORDER_INITIALIZE' is not
    initializing the memory.
    Dump details
    STORAGE_PARAMETERS_WRONG_SET
    &INCLUDE INCL_INSTALLATION_ERROR
    What happened?
    The current program had to be terminated because of an
    error when installing the R/3 System.
    The program had already requested 256701152 bytes from the operating
    system with 'malloc' when the operating system reported after a
    further memory request that there was no more memory space
    available.
    Could you please suggest how to clear the memory?
    -Kavitha

    Hi Kavitha,
    What are the approx. number of records you are trying to Populate? You can follow the below given sequence for loading the data.
    1. call function 'BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI'
    2. CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_SAVE'
    Example:
    call function 'BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_SAVE'
          EXPORTING
            update_task_local = false
            save_frame_log    = true
         IMPORTING
          log_handle        = lv_loghandle
          TABLES
            objects_to_save   = lt_objects_to_save
            saved_objects     = lt_saved_objects
            return            = lt_return.
    3.   CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT'.
    i think this would work without problem. Let me know whether you still get ABAP Dump.

  • Service contract data

    Hi,
    I have a requirement to send the service contract data in SAP CRM,to legacy. I have tio collect the data and put it onto appln server.Whenever there is a change to the service contract,i have to send the data. Is these any simple way to do this.
    Regards,

    Hi,
    Actions in CRM use the Post Processing Framework (PPF). The Post Processing Framework is a Basis component which generates actions (for example, sales call or workflow) from the data for an application according to an action definition (for example, a follow-up sales activity). The actions are processed at a specific time. The PPF provides the tools for planning, starting and monitoring the actions.
    Please Check SPRO-> Customer Relationship Management->Basic Functions->Actions->Actions in Transaction
    Basically you assign a action profile in a transaction type and you define Action Profiles and Actions
    Take care

  • Upload data from excel to crm using BDOC possible or not

    Hi all,
    I need to upload data from excel to crm(opportunity management) .is it possible using bdoc or not. Please provide the list of methods to upload data from EXCEL and also provide the best method for this scenario .

    BDocs are used to transfer data from one SAP system to another like from CRM to ECC or R3.
    If u want to upload data from excel to CRM, this can be done with the help of idocs and not bdocs (method 1 - using LSMW).
    Take help of a crm technical consultant and define lsmw projects. The project will take care of field mapping and conversion. Once that is done, 4 steps need to be done.
    1. Read data
    2. Convert data
    3. Generate idocs
    4. Post idocs
    Once the posting of idocs happen error-free, the data will be available in crm system.
    Another method will be using transaction SECATT.
    Here u can define test scripts and record what all activities are done in a transaction. Then define ur test configs which will contain the excel sheet data and then upload the data.
    Reward with points if this helps.
