Table BC_BPEM_EL_ENTRY not found in the control table DMC_MT_TABLES
Hello All,
I am trying to replicate BPM(PO) processes data into HANA using SLT to use the same data and process in SAP OpInt business scenario.
I am following SAP OpInt Developer guide : http://help.sap.com/saphelp_hana_opint/SAP_OPInt_Developers_Guide.pdf
I am trying to Load and Replicate(Real-time) below BPM tables.
BC_BPEM_EL_ENTRY
BC_BPEM_EL_EVT_MAP
BC_BPEM_EL_RDS
BC_BPEM_UM_MAP
Load is working fine but Replication is failing. When I check logs I have found an error message in LRTC's Table health check status. Please see below for error message screen shot reference. I did the similar replication with ABAP system & HANA using SLT and it works fine but BPM System & HANA is not working.
Could you please help me?. Thanks in Advance.
Naresh
Hi Naresh,
Please apply Note 1824710 - Installation/Upgrade SLT - DMIS 2011 SP4 / 2010 SP9.
Else, you can do the following steps:
Deleting Triggers in ECC database
Deleting logging tables
Deleting RS_ORDER and RS_STATUS entry for that table in HANA
Deleting that table entry in the SLT Server
GOTO /niuuc_sync_mon
GOTO Expert Session
Delete Logging Tables
Delete Triggers
/ose16
iuuc_tables
DMC_MT_TABLES
DMC_COBJ IDEN=*003*
IUUC_RS_ORDER
IUUC_RS_STATUS /h(ABAP Debug)
Then re-replicate the table
Thanks Much,
Abhishek

XML File as Datasource - The table is not found in file
Hi,
I am trying to use a xml file as datasource and want to map those columns to the existing DWH. Actually, it is additional data which should be combined with the existing DWH data. Therefore I am using the fragmentation option.
I did it already on my privat pc and it works, but as soon as I implement it to the DEV environment it doesn' t work at all :( I am getting the following error:
Status: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 64002] The table is not found in file C:\Ist.xml loaded. (HY000)
Could somebody help me??
ThanksIf you changed environments make sure that the XML file actually exists in the location specified at C:\ist.xml.
Also be sure that the information in the properties section of the XML data source match your DEV environment. If you used any session variables be sure that you have also modified those in the DEV environment to reflect the DEV environment.
Did you switch from a same OS environment, i.e.: Linux to Linux or Windows to Windows? Or did you go from a Windows to Linux OS? -

Trying to migrate workbooks from one instance to other using discoverer 10.1.2.48.18 i am getting the following error
Unable to open the worksheet requested.
- OracleBI Discoverer was unable to find the worksheet that was requested.

but its fine one instance , and in prod i am getting above weird error.
does anybody know how to rectify this.Note:267476.1 - for those who can't get into metalink but still need to know the answer
Subject: Discoverer Workbook Fails With 'Cannot join tables.Item dependency "" not found in EUL' After EUL Migration, Importing Or Cloning
Doc ID: Note:267476.1 Type: PROBLEM
Last Revision Date: 28-APR-2005 Status: PUBLISHED
The information in this document applies to:
Oracle Discoverer - Version: 4.1 to 10.1
This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
Opening a workbook migrated from one instance to another results in the following errors:
* Unable to load EUL item ...
* Cannot join tables. Item dependency "" not found in EUL.
* Illegal operation... DIS4USR OR DIS5USR caused an invalid page fault in module....
If using the workbook dump utility, you may notice:
* Found in EUL by id *** Name has changed to .. where the new name is really the wrong column
It seems that items are matched by internal item identifiers (IDs) and not by developer keys and names.
Changes
Migrating from one environment to another. For example, you may have performed a database export / import of the EUL schema from DEV to TEST
Cause
The timestamp is the same for both EULs, what can be confirmed by the following SQL statement:
* Discoverer 4:
SQL> select ver_eul_timestamp from eul4_versions;
* Discoverer 9.0.2 , 9.0.4, 10.1 the script is:
SQL> select ver_eul_timestamp from eul5_versions;
If the result of the sql output is the same in both EULs, it means that timestamp of both EULs are the same. Discoverer assumes that the EUL are exactly the same (e.g. this can happedn when one of them is created with export/import of the other EUL schema using database export/import utilities) and this is the reason it tries to match items by identifiers and not by developer keys or names.
Solution
Change the column ver_eul_timestamp in the eul4_versions (4.1) or eul5_versions(9.0.2 - 10.1)tables to be something different in the destination EUL. The format of this column is like year:month:day:seconds:milliseconds
Example:
* Discoverer 4.1:
sql> update EUL4_VERSIONS set VER_EUL_TIMESTAMP =TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'YYYYMMDDHH24MISS');
sql> commit;
* Discoverer 9.0.2:
SQL> update EUL5_VERSIONS set VER_EUL_TIMESTAMP = TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'YYYYMMDDHH24MISS');
sql> commit;
* Discoverer 9.0.4 -10.1:
Run the script: EUL5_id.sql as the eulowner ID
o For 9.0.4 -- This is found on a PC with the Discoverer Administrator installed in drive:\Oracle Home\discoverer\sql
o For 10.1.0 -- This is found on a PC with the Discoverer Administrator installed in drive:\Oracle Home\discoverer\util

After REFRESH the cached object is not consistent with the database table
After REFRESH, the cached object is not consistent with the database table. Why?
I created a JDBC connection with the Oracle database (HR schema) using JDeveloper(10.1.3) and then I created an offline database (HR schema)
in JDeveloper from the existing database tables (HR schema). Then I made some updates to the JOBS database table using SQL*Plus.
Then I returned to the JDeveloper tool and refreshed the HR connection. But I found no any changes made to the offline database table JOBS in
JDeveloper.
How to make the JDeveloper's offline tables to be synchronized with the underling database tables?qkc,
Once you create an offline table, it's just a copy of a table definition as of the point in time you brought it in from the database. Refreshing the connection, as you describe it, just refreshes the database browser, and not any offline objects. If you want to syncrhnonize the offline table, right-click the offline table and choose "Generate or Reconcile Objects" to reconcile the object to the database. I just tried this in 10.1.3.3 (not the latest 10.1.3, I know), and it works properly.

Loaded dump from 12.5.4 to 15.7, Error 622 & Tables/Views not found
Hi all,
I am getting desperate trying to fix that issue. I had to import a dump from an ASE 12.5.4 into a new database on an ASE 15.7. I therefore enabled the compatibility mode server-wide and then proceeded to the load which seems to have performed correctly. The database seems well imported, and I can access most of the tables/views/procedures (from my C# application), but a procedure is giving me troubles.
I am getting this error while executing a given procedure :
Error: 622, Severity: 20, State: 1
Opentable was passed a varno of 52. Object 'temp worktable' in database 'tempdb' already has that session descriptor in use. This occured while opening object id -1245236 in database id 2.
I realised this was caused by a view which is used in this procedure but which is weird is that the error is not thrown when running the SQL code itself, out of the procedure context.
I am using Toad for Sybase as a client, and realised I cannot access the data tab of the concerned view, Toad gives me the same error. So I cannot execute this view while it performs without any trouble on the original server (production server which runs ASE 12.5.4).
I also realised, when trying to execute some pieces of the query individually that I get warnings about unfound tables (and that I should use sp_help to fix the problem). Although, the tables actually exists and I can access their data.
I have tried so many things and still cannot fix this problem. I've used 'upgrade_object', 'sp_recompile' on all tables, 'dbcc reindex' on all tables.
Would you have any idea where the problem could come from? Thank you very muchThank you for your reply.
Good to know that enabling compatibility mode before or after loading the load doesn't have any effect.
I didn't drop/recreate all the SP and views but I can tell you I recreated a similar view and it causes the same issue.
I had a look at your link yes. I have run 'dbcc upgrade_object' several times already, on the view and the procedures calling the view, and it won't solve anything.
I've seen a similar post about the problem I have when executing the code itself of the view in a "normal" adhoc query (errors saying the tables are not found) : SAP Sybase Forums - ASE - Backup and Recovery - PRoblem after restore - Object does not exist.
Could it be the same problem for me?
Although I've tried splitting the SQL query and executing the parts individually and it works without any trouble. Problem is when the 2 parts of the view are put together. It may be something that was possible with ASE 12.5.4 but not with 15.7 and that compatiblity mode doesn't solve. My view consists of an union a two selects where both have left joins, case when then else, not in and a final group by (adding an order by doesn't help, as I tried).
PS : I don't have access to the production server where the dump is actually from (but I could if it is really necessary) -

Multi-table mapping is not inserting into the primary table first.
I have an inheritance mapping where the children are mapped to the parent table oids with the "Multi-Table Info" tab.
One of children is not inserting properly. Its insert is attempting to insert into one of the tables from the "Additional Tables" of "Multi-Table Info" instead of the primary table that it is mapped to.
The other children insert correctly. This child is not much different from those.
I looked through the forums, but found nothing similiar.I would expect the Children to be inserted into both the primary table and the Additional Table? Is the object in question inserted into the primary table at all? Is the problem that it is being inserted into the Additional Table first? If it is, are the primary key names different? Is it a foreign key relationship?
If the object in question has no fields in the additional table is it mapped to the additional table? (it should not be)
Perhaps providing the deployment XML will help determine the problem,

Table "StoredProcedure" not found when changing Database location in VS 2005.
<p>I'm having a problem changing the datasource location when generating a report using the report viewer in VS2005. If the table is a stored procedure, I get the message "Table (StoredProcedureName) not found", but if the report references tables rather than a stored procedure the location is changed and the report runs successfully. The same problem was reported in earlier versions of Crystal Reports and was fixed in a service pack, but I couldn't find any documentation on the VS2005 version. </p><p>Does anybody know how to fix this problem? I am using CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.dll version 10.2.3600.0 and SQL Server 2000.</p>
Peggy, I wonder if getting the latest SP for CR 10.2 will be better for now. SP 1 can be downloaded from here:
https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100006007872008E/crvs05sp1.exe
I\Let us know if that does not resolve the issue and we'll take a closer look before going all the way to CR XI.

I am not positive of the newline record delimiter - these files are generated by an automated system. Probably generated on a UNIX machine.
Any suggestions on what to try would be helpful.

Could you run you app with diagnostic turned on?
If you're launching your middle tier from command prompt, you should invoke java as
java -Djbo.debugoutput=console ...
If you're launching your middle tier from w/i JDev..
1. Select the project.
2. Do right mouse click and select "Project Settings..."
3. On the Settings dialog, select Configurations/Runner.
4. In the righthand side pane, you should see a textbox for "Java
Options". Please add the following JVM switch:
-Djbo.debugoutput=console
Then, rerun. The run command should include
-Djbo.debugoutput=console as in
"D:\JDev9i\jdk\bin\javaw.exe" -Djbo.debugoutput=console -classpath ...
Then, you should see a lot of diagnostic messages. It will also give you complete stack trace including that of the detail exception.
When you get the exception diagnostic output, please post that to this thread.

Table Driver Not Found message during initial boot up - What is this?
Every since upgrading to 10,5 when I boot or change accounts I get the message, "Table Driver Not Found". I am not sure what program this is but there is what looks like the letter A and an art stand? I press ok and never see it again unless I log off or reboot.
Any clue?Did you mean "Tablet Driver Not Found"... oh you did in the title!
So, did you ever have a Wacom Tablet or anything installed before?

SE14 Status-UPGRADE-Table does not exist in the database
Folks,
I have created a ztable with SPRAS and few Char fields and generated a table maintenance generator.In the Dev it is working fine but when I moved the TR to Q TR ended up with errrors "Generation of Programs and Screens".When I check in Q in SE11 I am able to see the table but with an error message "Table doesn't exist in the database".
SE14 Status for this table is getting shown as UPGRADE in Q.
Can anyone here throw some light on what exactly this status UPGRADE means and how it gets set in SE14.
In DEV,I had checked the DATABASE OBJECT>>CHECK>DISPLAY and RUNTIME OBJECT>>CHECK>>DISPLAY and it is showing Database object is consistent but where as the same in Q is showing "Table is not created in the Database".
K.Kiran.Hi.
Is Q system is newly copied? Also please check the transport order of the table creation request. Also check whether pwd of the DB user is locked?

How to remove the default members of a dimension from the control table?
Hi all,
I am new to hyperion FDM 11.1.1.2.0.0 .
When I navigate to Metadata>Control Tables and try to delete the default memmbers
for the dimension like category and period i got the following error.
Error: Period( 8/31/2009 ) is an active Global or Local Period and cannot be deleted.
Then again i unchecked active checkbox for that dimension from Hyperion Essbase Integration Setup of Workbench Client.
After doing that i got the following error
Error: Unable to retrieve target System Data.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the default members of a dimension from the control table?
ThanksCreate a new record for the table.

SriniIt's hard to say without seeing the code for TreeTable. But they probably have something like an addNode mothod for the TreeTableNode which will take care of all the updates for you. If you want to do it youself, you will probably have to get the data Model (tree.getModel()???)behind the TreeTable and use one of the fire... methods on it like fireRowChanged(???) or fireTableChanged(???). I would suspect Sun would do it this way.
