Table/FM for getting Employees Assigned to PM Order

Hi All,
Please let me know the table name or function module to get the list of employees assigned to PM Order through HRMS. I need the list of persons assigned to operations which are assigned in Requirements Tab of operation details.

Hi Sundar,
Please check BAPI_ALM_ORDER_GET_DETAIL or BAPI_ALM_OPERATION_GET_DETAIL, the operations output does give personnel number. I didnt test though if this number is same as person assigned to operation.

Check the Table VBUK for HEADER level status of Sales order
and VBUP for Item level statuses
enter VBELN = Sales order and VBTYP = C for sales orders
as VBUK and VBUP stores all Sales documents like deliveries, Invoices, quotations, contracts etc

Table Required for Delivered Qty field in Sales Order

Hi friends
I can see confirmed order qty, required qty, quantity committed in VBEP table.
But if you see in sales order Schedule Lines you'll see one more field named as
Delivered Quantity.
I am not able to find this Delivered Qty in any of the SD tables....
pls help me to find this table and field

related to sd.

Does anybody know the function module to be used to get a list of employees with a particular job code in SAP HR?

Hi,
You can use the function module RH_STRUC_GET by passing the following parameters:
ACT_OTYPE = 'C' - C implies Job
ACT_OBJID = <job_key_id>
ACT_WEGID = C_S_S_P
- here C_S_S_P is the relationship ID which will link Job (C)-> Position (S) -> Personnel (P)
You shall get the RESULT_TAB returned
In thsi RESULT_TAB delete all entries where OTYPE is not 'P'
Then the remaining entries are the personnel number (RESULT_TAB-OBJID) in RESULT_TAB table.

like ZDCM is on 125 step value available and JASS is on 170 value is available but
NET EX MILL PRICE is on 160 and this 160 step is not available.

Email for Partner (Employee Responsible) in Sales order

Hello All,
My requirement is to show the email address of the Partner specially the Employee Responsible Partner while creating/viewing/changing the Sales order via VA01/02/03.
Please not that the ER partner is getting populated automatically when we select the Sold to party while creating the sales order.

Is there any function for the Batch assignment of production order

There is one function in the CO02(Production Order) which named "BATCH ASSIGNMENT".
CO02 -> Components -> Batch assignment
But the function only can assign one material one time.
This is very boring.
So we are planning to create a new program for it.
But I can't find any function moudle or BAPI can be used.
Could anybody give me some function moudle or BAPI for it?

Tricks for getting your play list in order.

I was having trouble with getting my play list right, I couldn't get albums which had tracks that featured more artists than just the original artists to show up as one album. When you order on artist you get a cover image for each different artist. When you order album on artist your albums with 'multiple' artist get shoved to the bottom. After a lot of trial and error I finally got it right. And seeing as a lot of people are having this problem I post this in a new topic.
I will post in a problem -> solution overview.
_I can't get albums having 'feat. artist' to show up as one image._
+Select all songs, go to show info and change the album artist to your preferred one.+
_I don't want my compilation albums to show up between my other artists numerous times_
+There are two ways to change this, depending on your preference.+
+- Set the album as compilation and use album on artist to order. This will move the album to the bottom of the list.+
+- Set the album artist to where you want it to show up in the list. For example "Hit list 3" will move it between Faithless and John Legend.+
_I want a specific album to move to the bottom of the list but it has only one artist._
Set the album to compilation and put a space behind the name of the artist of a track. I-Tunes will think the album has different artists and move it to the bottom with the other multiple artists compilations.
I hope this was helpful for at least some of you.
Perhaps this can be a topic where more people post their tips & tricks.

The issues you describe are a function and set up of the web site and not the trackpad. They want you to use the sites directional arrows and screen re-sizer that they provide on the web page. For those sites and sites that are similar the only option is to play their game and use their tools.

You can have one of the following options :
1. You can querry CRMD_ORDERABM_H/CRMD_ORDERABM_I, CRMD_LINK(Find PARTNER object from CRMC_OBJECTS) and CRMD_PARTNER tables.
2. You can Querry CRMD_ORDERABM_H/CRMD_ORDERABM_I, CRMD_ORDER_INDEX and CRMD_PARTNER

T-code for repor "Employee Action Report"

Dear Guru,
There is a report for getting "employee Actions List". The program name is RPLACTJ0 (standard report) but i dont find the Tcode for this report.
I cheked the T.Code through SYSTEM---STATUS. (its saying SA38.) which is ABAP program execution.
How to find the T.code for this report. if not, can i assign the T.code for the standard program?

se11 : its table dictionary. I think here we cant execute any program.
