Table name for backorder qty on sales order.

I'm new to SAP NetWeaver; would like to know what is the table name
that retain the backorder qty for a sales order.

There may not even be a table for that value, it's good possible that's it's calculated during transaction runtime.
To find out which tables are read try the following:
- start transaction ST05
- start a second mode
- start VA03 in the second mode
- enter your order number, do not press enter yet
- switch back to transaction ST05 and enable trace for your user
- switch to VA03 and press enter
- switch to ST05 and turn trace off
- display trace

If you want the DELIVERY DOCUMENT individally you can get it from the LIKP-VBELN
In the same way the SALES DOCUMENT from VBAK--VBELN
If want to get the DELIVERY DOCUMENT AND SALES DOCMENT from the VBFA with the Sbsequent document category
M is the subsequent category for BILLING

Table names for Material Characteristic againgst production order

Hi Guys,
Actually I have a problem in finding the table name for material characteristic against production order such as Individual length, factor, color, etc. I really spend more than a day to find this. But I cudn't make it. Finally I found the flow some how, but is working only for few cases. Here is the flow.
AFKO(RSNUM) --> RESB(OBJNR) --> INOB(CUOBJ) --> AUSP(OBJEK).
T-code: CO02 / Fast Entry tab / Change Configuration(Item Level) / Change Characteristic values.
Anybody knows about this. Please help me out on this. And please note that, it is not the material characteristic from MM01, it is against production order from CO02.

Hi Yasin,
The best way to know Table Names in SAP is to use a Transaction Code Called : SQL Trace. Tcode : ST05. This will tell you about all the database tables that have been accessed while the Transaction was executed. And then you do a complete analysis of it, what are all the Tables that have been accessed, the fields and the data transfered. So, it's a complete trace of the SQL Query but you can use the information as needed.

Backorder qty on sales order

Hi
When doing a sales order for item A, Qty = 100 (In stock = 90, Available = 90), the open qty (rdr1.OpenCreQty) on the sales order line = 100. In previous versions (if my memory serves me correctly) the open qty should be 10).
Only when copying the sales order to an invoice, does the open qty on the sales order change to 10. Therefore when running the backorder report it also shows 100 on backorder and will only show the correct backorder qty once the order is invoiced.
Did something change or is this a bug as I suspect.
Client is on 2007A PL35.

Table AFPO Order item
Field WEMNG - Gr Qty
Or
Table AUFM
Field SHKZG (Debit Credit Indicator ) Select Debit Indicator - S
Field KZBEW Movement type ind.- Selct F Goods movement for production order.

The picked quantity is used in the structure LIPS, field PIKMG. It doesnu2019t belong to any transparent table.

You can get the Sales Order status in Table VBUK & VBUP at Item Level.
To achieve the Open Value , first consider the Open Quantity.Refer VBAP - KWMENG (Order Quantity) , then from LIPS - LFIMG (Delivery Quantity) , you will get the Open Quantity & then accordingly you will get the open Value.

Need error mssg for contract qty in sales order

Hi SD Gurus
I have created a Quantity contract for XYZ material with say 100 qty. Now if i create a Sales order with reference to the contract, in the sales order i can manually change the quantity to more than 100.
Here the system just gives me an warning message that qty has exceeded the contract qty.
I want to make it a error message. In short i do not want to create a sales order of more than the contract qty.
Checked completion rule for contract item category KMN. But its just giving warning message.

In the SAP Order Transactions ME21N, ME22N and ME23N, you can select by purchase requisitions in the document overview (selection variant -purchase requisitions).If you do so, it is possible to select explicitly by open and released purchase requisitions...
OR
In Transaction MEPO, in the document overview you can select by purchase requisitions. Here you can select only open purchase requisitions and execute...

I want to get the blocked sales order line item, reason for blocking, product number & product description from GTS system, based on the sales order number from ECC system.
I am thinking to create and RFC FM in GTS system and call that in ECC.
Could you please tell me the table name in GTS system where I can see above mentioned data?

I have checked the table which you have mentioned in your earlier replay, am not able to see product number, reason for blocking etc.
My requirement is to create a trade report in ECC. I will be fetching data like sales order, ship to party, sold to party from system ECC using VBAK, VBAP & related tables.
Now I have to get that blocked sales order line item, reason for blocking, product number & product description from GTS system. My idea is to pass the sales order number from ECC to GTS using RFC and get the data.
Issue is am not sure about the tables, I want know which tables contains the data from blocked sales order in GTS system and how to connect those tables.
