hi to all,
i need to get the tables related to event happening in front-end .i.e. consider i do perform a search on the deptartment and it fetches data related to the department such as employee and so on.,it gets linked to multiple table for those data.how to capture the tables it gets connected to and retrieve the information in tht event.

> go to se16>enter table TSTC and enter T-code MM01 and execute it will show the Program name
go to se80-->enter the Program name which showed in Se16 for MM01 now it will show all the table used in Transaction MM01

The table vision CRMV_LINKPARTNER will retrieve the information you're looking for (just enter the service ticket GUID as input).
If you take a look how this vision is elaborated, you'll check how you can associate the table CRMD_ORDERADM_H to table CRMD_PARTNER.

How to join 2 tables which are not related with any primary key foreign key constraint.
Ex.Consider Table A has 5 columns->A_ID,A_Name,A_Address,A_City,A_Pin(Total 10 rows)
Table B has 5 columns->B_ID,B_Name,B_Adress,B_City,B_City(Total 30 rows)
From both the table i want the data,which i need to use in curosr to display finally as "Address Label".
Both the table are entirely different,but there can be some names of Table A which may come in Table B also,if the name,address and city is also same.That means same person in both the table.
So finally i want total number of distinct records(distinct data of Table A which is not in B+all the data of table B) to come under Address Label.
How can i write the select query for this condition?

The corresponding column types should be similar, if not exactly the same.
There's no problem if A_Name is VARCHAR2 (50) and B_Name is CHAR (30).
However, there will be a problem if A_ID is a NUMBER and B_ID is a TIMESTAMP.
You must have the same number of columns in all branches of the UNION.
If you want an ORDER BY clause, put it at the very end, after the last branch of the UNION.
You can use positional notation (where 2 means the 2nd column) like I did, or you can use names from the first prong of the UNION (such as A_Name).
From both the table i want the data,which i need to use in curosr to display finally as "Address Label".
So finally i want total number of distinct records(distinct data of Table A which is not in B+all the data of table B) to come under Address Label.I'm not sure what your mean about "Address Label".
Whenever you have a question, post a little sample data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements, relevant columns only) from all tables, and the exact results (formatted) that you want from that data.
You can concatenate all 5 columns into one VARCHAR2 column, if you want to.
You'll probably want to use RPAD (or simillar functions) to make the output line up nicely.
If any of the columns are not strings, use TO_CHAR to make string versions of them.
For example:
SELECT TO_CHAR (A_ID, '9999999')
     || '   '          -- leave a little space between the left-justified a_id and the right-justified a_name
     || RPAD (A_Name, 25)
     || RPAD (A_Address, 50)

Any event for getting Wi_id no from table Swwwihead

I am getting wi_id using interface if_swf_ifs_workitem_exit using method after creation but during this time workitem is not saved to table swwwihead. Is there any event or any other alternative to get the workittem from that table after saving the data and before it goes to the sap inbox.?

I am getting the needed data from the paramenter but my problem is i had made one user decision activity which is going to sap inbox and i have to send thid decision box to lotus notes inbox which i am doing with a program rswuwfml2.
I am writing this program exit to run this program when the workitem is created and these are getting from the method but the program rswuwfml2 requires work id and other details from table swwwiead as when method is populaed this details are not commited o the table.
I don't want call his program explicity.
Hope this will clear your doubts regarding my question.

At the event START-OF-SELECTION, the system sets the status FLIGHT for the basic list. In status FLIGHT, function code SELE (text SELECT) is assigned to function key F2 and to a pushbutton. The three fields spfli-carrid, spfli-connid, and num are stored in the HIDE area while creating the basic list. The detail list has status BOOKING, where F2 is assigned to function code INFO (text: Booking Information). The detail list presents data that the program selected using the HIDE fields of the basic list. For each list line displayed, the system stores additional information in the HIDE area.
If the user selects a line of the detail list, the system displays the stored information in a dialog box with the status WIND. For the WIND status, the default values for the status type Dialog box have been adopted with the list status adjustment. The program uses sbook-bookid to check whether the user selected a valid line.
The program itself sets all page headers and the title bar of the dialog box.

i m making a report for T-code 'IE03' and i have to display grouping2(FGRU2) and its description in output with respect to Equipment number(EQUNR), but problem is that i m not getting the table relating to both fields. can anyone please help me as soon as possible plz.?

itob is database view.
tcf13 is tras.Table.
efhm is Structure.
You cannot select data from a structure.
A structure / work area contains data only at the run-time.
You can select data from views and tables.
The data you need to select will be in Database tables. All you need to do
is to find those table and select from there.

     the scenario is.

     1 Invoice document number : 200000001 which include 2 Purchase Order.
     1 Payment document number : 300000001
     How should I found out table relation from Payment document number - Invoice document number - Purchase Order number. ?
      I try to link the following table, but it does not work.

Thnx a lot for the reply. This has almost solved my problem, however there's one thing left. when I'm trying to take a print out after exporting the info into an excel sheet, the information really looks scattered, i.e., is there a way where we can go ahead and get the info in a rather unscattered manner.
I've tried to take a print directly without actually transferring the info into an excel sheet, then each of the vendor is printed in a separate page, which again they feel is a problem.
So, if you have an idea pls suggest.

I would wonder if you could use SE11 and SE16 for getting information on table relations.
You can use e.g. SQVI to create queries and you can set the link between tables (define the relation of them).
