Table to get Credit memo in AR

Hi,
Can you please help me to get highlighted information from attached screenshot, I am able to create report as per user requirement but now user is asking to add 'Credit Reason' and 'Distribution' details also to the report.

  • Get credit memos to print on Dunning Level - All Print layout

    Greetings,
    I am wondering why credit memos do not show on the dunning level - all print layout.  If I click on the edit icon it lists credit memos within here and it looks like they should print, yet when I run the wizard and I have a customer with a credit memo on their account it does not show on the statement printout.  Any ideas?
    The only clue is on the dunning recommendation report all outstanding invoices get flagged to dunning level 1 whereas the credit memo stays at level 0.

    The reason behind - might be an outstanding functions need to be developed later or a bug.  Only if the link is there, you may print them out.  This is a fixed PLD that you don't have any controls.

  • Problem linking A/R invoice table INV1 and Credit memo table RIN1

    Hi Experts,
    I have developed a sales report by picking data from the A/R invoice table INV1, BP partner table OCRD and Charts of accounts table OACT and the report is working fine. The only problem is I am having a challenge linking the above tables with the A/R Credit memo table RIN1. I want the linkage that is in case an A/R invoice is cancelled by raising an A/R credit memo, the same is not reflected on the sales report, kindly help.

    Sorry, I did both the report and relationships in crystal but if I do a query in a view it is something like
    SELECT     dbo.OACT.AcctCode, dbo.OACT.AcctName, dbo.INV1.ItemCode, dbo.INV1.Dscription, OCRD_1.CardCode, OCRD_1.CardName
    FROM         dbo.OCRD CROSS JOIN
                          dbo.OACT INNER JOIN
                          dbo.INV1 ON dbo.OACT.AcctCode = dbo.INV1.AcctCode INNER JOIN
                          dbo.OCRD AS OCRD_1 ON dbo.INV1.BaseCard = OCRD_1.CardCode
    the problem is incorporating the credit memo table coz if i include it I end up with wrong figures, hope this will help you guide.

  • Withholding Tax all Condtion table not appearing in Rebate Credit memo

    Hi
    I am finding issue in rebate credit memo.
    Issue: In Acces sequence I have table 397 and extended 397 with additional fields.
    In normel credit memo I am able to find all these table in sales order Pricing Analysis tab.
    But in rebate credit memo, I am not able to find all table. Credit memo is showing 397 table but not showing ztable.
    Please check below screen shot for details
    1. 397 and 988 are identical and its appearing in rebate credit memo.
    I created 988 just to verify if any thing wrong in ztable generation or any thing missing to map.
    987 is extended table with addtional field sales doc. Type, Item category and its not appearing in Rebate credit memo.
    2. Rebate credit memo showing 988 and 397 table
    3. Normel credit memo showing all three table
    Question : How to get all three table in Rebate Credit memo?
    If 988 is appearing than why 987 is not populating.
    Both are Ztable and created together.
    I tried many combination but extended ztable not coming in rebate credit memo

    Routine 923 created as per SAP note 178824. And I am finding this issue only for rebate credit memo request.
    This condtion type (withholding tax ) is not part of rebate condtion. It is part of standard pricing procedure same like MWST.
    In Normel credit Memo (CR) all access assigned to this access sequnce is visible in sales order pricing analysis.
    But rebate credit memo request (B3) not showing all access (as in above screen shot). It shows only 2 access out of 3 access.
    One more addition
    If I am maintaining condtion record for visible access in rebate Credt memo request i.e. country / Tax relevant classifcation.
    SAP disble it in rebate credit memo request order.
    But normel Tax (MWST) is appearing in rebate credim memo request.
    I am not sure if this is due to standard sap.
    For Thailand we require withholding tax for Rebate credit memo.
    Please advice if any one can give some input on this.

    You can add  database field for that credit memo....
    In the field properties,under content tab,select the table by Holding ALT and clicking the 'Dropdown',
    so that it will display all the table and in that you can select the OIBT table and select the column which you need...

  • Draft Document Question - Credit Memo

    Hopefully one fo the experts will come through for me again!!!
    I have yet another challange.  When printing a Draft Credit memo,  I do not want to print the DRAFT water mark across the document.  I know how to shut that feature off.  Instead,  I would like to print my own message on the Draft Credit Memo, basically stating that is it not yet approved.  I see that ALL draft versions of the Marketing Documents are found in table ODRF and Credit Memos are found in ORIN.  When printing using the PLD,  how do I determine that the document is a DRAFT Credit Memo versus an actual LIVE  Credit Memo?  Is there a flag set similar to ObjType (14 is a Credit Memo)  that species that is a Draft document?  Sounds like a simple question but I am again pulling my hair out on this one!

    HI Dana,
    I donu2019t think you can have a different watermark for Draft documents. Instead, you can create a field of type u201CPictureu201D and position it as per the requirements. If this is supposed to be a watermark, rather than a regular field, then uncheck the u201Cbackgroundu201D field in the color tab for all other fields except for this picture/message field. Also create another field (FIELD_XYZ)as variable and the variable no. is 275 u2013 Name it as Doc Status. Create a text field (FIELD_ABC) with value = 6. Create another formula field with formula as FIELD_XYZ==FIELD_ABC. Now the picture field created above needs to be linked to this formula field so that it will print only when the doc is in draft mode.

    is it possible to bring in a credit memo line via the ra_interface_lines_all table, where the credit memo is attached to the invoice header only.
    I do not want to link each credit memo line to an invoice line.I just want to be able to link the Credit Memo to an invoice.
    Is this possible ? if yes, how ?

    I think that just means they have not been processed.

  • Price getting Re-determined in Credit Memo when PO is entered

    Hello all,
    While creating a credit memo request from an invoice, the prices are copied perfectly, (In the copy control pricing type is D (copy price unchanged)). Now once I enter the PO number the prices of the items are getting re-determined. The items actually have bracket prices, so when each item price is getting redetermined the bracket is only applied to individual items and not to all the items as it should be because the scale formula is for monthly calculation. On close analysis I have found that all items having different delivery dates their prices are getting re-determined. I have checked it is not because of any user exit and its pure Standard SAP code that is doing this based on the XVBKD table, where if there is any entry at the item level, it is re-determining the price. Has anyone faced a similar situation, if yes pls let us know of any solution.

    Dear Rupak,
    Your price / Quantity is copying correctly from Billing means your Copy Control settings are proper.
    Now while creating Credit Memo Request, after you change Quantity you are currently selecting Update & "B" - i.e. Carry out new pricing.
    Here instead of "B" select "A".
    A means - Copy price components and redetermine scales.
    Here the system:
    1. does not determine any new condition types
    2. and only redetermines the scale prices for changed quantities
    I guess this will definitely solve your problem.

  • Accounting doucment not get created for Credit Memo

    Hi
        When creating a cancellation doucment(vf11) for credit memo accounting document not get created.While I go for analysis then it is determining the G/L account.But not getting created the accounting doucment.
    When i select "Release to accounting" then it is giving a message like this:
    "Automatic clearing of billing document 951
    and canc. doc. 90000572 not poss."  as informatiion first
    and then later it is throwing an error message that "maintain correct number range"
    While for the same material or earlier cancellation happened and accounting doucment get created.
    Please help me out;How would i get this solved?

    Here, Mantain Number Range.
    To Assign,
    T. Code: SM30
    T.Code: Bill_Num (or select if different in your case)
    Assign No. range to your combination of Sales OrgDist.ChannelBill Type i.e. for Cancelled Billing Doc. Type
    To Maintain Number Range for Accounting Documents,
    T. Code: FBN1

  • Processing credit memos (non manual) / WITH_ITEM table after payment run

    Hi gotta question
    we are processing credit memos & invoices via XI. After we complete our payment run the transactions net out proprly however for our 1099 reportable vendors the debits are posting as credits on the WITH_ITEM table. When we do this process manually the posting are correctly applied as credits in WITH_ITEM .
    In a nutshell is why do memo credits get posted differently to the ITEM_WITH table in the automated process
    vs the manual process. I
    Has anyone encountered this ? Is this a part of how SAP processes CM's.

    Credit memo request is similar to creating a sales order.
    you could also get info through transaction VA01.

There will be no invoice/billing doc for this document type and will be created from FB75 transaction. For billing document i am using FM SD_PRINT_TERMS_OF_PAYMENT_SPLI.   • When Creating Credit memo pricing formula gets triggered even if pri typ D

    Hi gurus,
    We have a copy control set up from billing doc to credit memo doc with all the item catergories pricing type as D (Copy pricing elements unchanged ). We have a discount condition in pricing procedure which is set to statistical based on a condition base formula.
    When I create a credit memo all condition are copied from billing document but the discount condition is set to statistical, which in term throws off the further calculations.
    I found out that this is happening because the condition base formula is getting executed during copy and discount condition get statistical.My understanding was that ,making the pricing type D should not even touch the formula,it should copy conditions as it is.
    Have anybody seen this issue before , is there a way to control it ? Or this is a SAP bug ?

    Billing doc pricing :
    ZVEN Vendor List Price 135,00
    ZVDC Vendor Discount 50,000-    -

    I dont thik its an SAP bug. In order to answer your query, we need to understand further more on the issue,
    1) IS ZVDC defualted to statistical in the pricing procedure ? or are you explicitly putting to statistical based onthe condition base formula ?
    2 ) if you are putting as statistical explicitly then we need to check the logic in the base formula. Probably you are filtering the document type or category in the logic?
    Can you send me the logic, in the base routine, ?
    sit with an abaper and try to debug the routine.
    the routines should definetly be called even if you are copying.
    the indicator D just copies the unit price thats it, the condition value is calculated from the routines only,
    i feel there is some thing in your routine which needs to be corrected.
