Tables off line/alignment-please help!

Question

I've been working on this problem for a week now and just
can't seem to figure it out. I used a dw template and created a
table with scrolling text in the middle cell. The site looks great
in Firefox and Safari, but i've gotten feedback from people using
IE that the tables are "off line." When I looked for myself, sure
enough, the table seemed to be part of the preceeding paragraph,
and off line, causing part of the table to appear off the page.
What am I doing wrong?

Your menu is still broken. In Internet Explorer, go to the
Advanced
Internet Options, and enable the option to display a
notification about
every javascript error. Now try to use your page....
You have deleted the javascript at the bottom of the page
that is required
to set up the menus. I'm not optimistic.

Without that, your menu cannot work at all, in addition to
throwing the
continuous js errors.
What's blowing the page out, I believe, is this table -

bordercolor="1" summary="">
Try dropping its width to something more reasonable.
