Tasklist data with components

Hello Guys,
I am trying to fetch the task list for headers,operations and components. Since there is no std table to retreive, I end creating query thru SQVI by joining PLMZ,PLPO,STPO to fetch the details. But I am not sure what is the connetivity between these fields to get the info. I tried with various options and no luck.
I assume these three table will give me the info. if yes, please let me know the sequence of tables and also the link between tables to fetch only the task list associated with components.
Mahee

Hi,
Take table PLMZ.
Inputs:
Task list type (PLNTY), Group (PLNNR)
Get the BOM Category (STLTY) & BOM (STLNR).
Take table STPO.
Inputs:
STLTY & STLNR
Get IDNRK value MENGE (Quantity) & MEINS (UoM).

Maheswaran.

  • How to Install Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) on Windows Server 2003?

    I recently installed "32-bit Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) with Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio" on my computer (Windows 7, 64bit). Everything seems fine and I can develop and run my application in Visual Studio 2010 and IIS 7.
    Now, when I deploy my application to the Server, it raises error:
    Exception: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleCommand' threw an exception. ---> Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleException: The provider is not compatible with the version of Oracle client
    Obviously I need to install ODAC on the server, too. My server is:
    - Windows 2003 32 bit R2 (I know, I know!)
    - IIS 6
    So. I downloaded the same installation from Oracle website (ODAC 11.2 Release 5 and Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio [11.2.0.3.20]) and installed it on the server. But still getting the same error.
    PS: When I was installing, I chose Oracle Data Access Component for Oracle Client 11.2.0.3.20 in Oracle Universal Installer. hmmmm. Should I choose "Oracle Server" instead? Screenshot

    ODP.NET, Unmanaged Driver uses unmanaged dependencies in the Oracle Client. The error you see means you have another Oracle Client installed on the Win2003 machine and ODP.NET is attempting to load the incorrect Oracle Client version, rather than the version you installed ODP.NET with.
    What you need to do is direct ODP.NET where to find the correct version of its unamanaged Oracle Client dependencies. This will be generally the bin directory of your Oracle Client home that was installed with ODP.NET.
    You can learn more about DllPath here:
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E20434_01/doc/win.112/e23174/InstallODP.htm#sthref94
    If you're not familiar with how to set ODP.NET settings in the Registry or .NET config files, you can read how to do that here:

  • Best practice for sharing data with model window

    Hi team,
    what would the best practice for sharing data with a modal
    window be ? I use a modal window to display record details from a
    record list, but i am not quite sure how to access the data from
    the components in the main application in the modal window.
    Any hints would be welcome
    Best
    Frank

    Pass a reference to the parent into the modal popup. Then you
    can reference anything in the parent scope.
    I haven't done this i 2.0 yet so I can't give you code. I'll
    post if I do.
    Oh, also, you can reference the parent using parentDocument.
    So in the popup you could do:
    parentDocument.myPublicVariable = "whatever";

  • Using the Oracle ADF Data Visualization Components in a standard JSF enviro

    Hi,
    I have asked this question on the JDeveloper and ADF forum, haven't gotten a response yet:
    Using the Data Visualization Components from ADF in a JBoss 7.1.1
    .. but I would like to ask the question here as well if anyone have used the data visualization components from Oracle ADF Essentials .. the free version ... using the graph components in general, but I am looking at specifically using the gantt chart component in particular ... in a standard JSF environment ( e.g. Tomcat + Mojarra, or JBoss with the built-in Mojarra implementation ) ??
    I know there are other JSF charting components out there ...like the ones from PrimeFaces, but the gantt chart from ADF looks more ... well .. professional.

    People are not prone to answer questions that are not really a problem. You want to know something about a free product, install it and see for yourself. In any case spreading your question around is not going to help you, the people who know about ADF are still going to be looking in the ADF forum. If you don't get an answer there, what chance do you think you have that you'll get one here where it is off-topic?
    I'll close with a word of advice: you generally pay for quality. If you want professional looking charts, you'll probably have to look at commercial products.

  • IDOC BOMMAT: Wrong validity-from dates for components

    Hi all,
    I am currently loading BOMs via IDOC BOMMAT for a data migration project. Unfortunately I am having problems to load the BOMs with the correct validity-from date for components. The data is correct when I check in LSMW, but after the load of the IDOCs the validity-from date of each component is the same as the validity date of the BOM header!
    System Version is SAP 4.7.
    Thanks for your help and Best Regards

    Has anybody any ideas?
    Thanks a lot!

  • Data visualization components

    visualization components. Thanks in advance

    You are right. But I'm just sharing with you the info I collected in different places and all that coming from Oracle is in "may be but not necessary" manner ;) The only straight forward "announcement" (famous October the 1st) was proven to not be so exact ;)
    Look at the last post of Ted Farrell in famous "11g Countdown" thread. He confirms the intention to support other J2EE 5 servers (like TomCat and JBoss).
    For what I assume, they will support selected servers with intention to draw as many developers to JDeveloper as possible. Then, they will push most of them to ADF (when you get used to JDeveloper then it is easy to become an ADF addict). Then they will sell ADF licenses for the same price as SE1 servers and thus most of products will got entrapped into OAS 11g... Clever plan. Not bad at all, if they provide reasonable licensing policy/pricing.

  • SSIS Load Excel Data with out MS Office

    Hello All,
    Requirement : Load Excel Data to SQL Server Table using SSIS 2012 with out using OPENROWSET(Ad Hoc Distributed Queries)
    SET UP : SQL SERVER 2012-64 Bit  and Access DataBase Engine 2010 -64 Bit
    Problem :: No MS Office Install
    Help on this  as how can this be achieved
    When I use Excel as Source , I get error "MS Ace OLEDB 12.0" provider is not install on local Machine but if I take OLEDB Source and use OPENROWSET , I can see and Load data in SQL Table ..

    Hi Mushtaq308,
    According to your description, you want to read write Excel using SSIS without installing MS office on the target environment. In that case, missing of data access component on the machine stops working of SSIS package.
    Then following any one installation on the machine can solve this issue:
    2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components
    Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable
    Besides, for the error message that “the 'microsoft.ace.oledb.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine”, please refer to the following thread:

  • Creating BOM with components but using additional UOM

    Hi,
    I have a requirement.I want to create a BOM using componennts with their additioanl UOMs.
    Example: Parent material ABC123 UOM:EA
    Component : Test001,UOM EA,additional UOM: DZ
    Now if I am creating a BOM for ABC123 with components Test001 but overwritting the default UOM EA with Additional UOM DZ,system throws error 'Unit of measure DZ not supported for material Test001 in plant XXXX'
    I have maintained additional UOM DZ for component in material master.
    Is there any setting in the system which will allow me to use additional unit of measure for the component ?
    Please suggest
    Best Regards,
    manOO

    Hello, and I apologise if my answer is a little late, but all you have to do is maintain the production unit in the 'Work Scheduling' view of MM02.
    In the 'General Data' tab, update the 'Production Unit' field with the UOM which you would like to create the BOM.
    As long as the 'Additional Data' Units of Measure is updated in MM02 for the raw material, this should fix your problem.

  • Open Hub: How-to doc "How to Extract data with Open Hub to a Logical File"

    Hi all,
    We are using open hub to download transaction files from infocubes to application server, and would like to have filename which is dynamic based period and year, i.e. period and year of the transaction data to be downloaded.
    I understand we could use logical file for this purpose.  However we are not sure how to have the period and year to be dynamically derived in filename.
    I have read in sdn a number of posted messages on a similar topic and many have suggested a 'How-to' paper titled "How to Extract data with Open Hub to a Logical Filename".  However i could not seem to be able to get document from the link given.
    Just wonder if anyone has the correct or latest link to the document, or would appreciate if you could share the document with all in sdn if you have a copy.
    Many thanks and best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,
    After creating open hub press F1 in Application server file name text box from the help window there u Click on Maintain 'Client independent file names and file paths'  then u will be taken to the Implementation guide screen > click on Cross client maintanance of file name > create a logical file path by clicking on new entiries > after creating logical file path now go to Logical file name definition there give your Logical file , name , physical file (ur file name followed by month or year what ever is applicable (press f1 for more info)) , data format (ASC) , application area (BW) and logical path (choose from F4 selection which u have created first), now goto Assignment of  physical path to logical path > give syntax group >physical path is the path u gave at logical file name definition.
    however we have created a logical path file name to identify the file by sys date but ur requirement seems to be of dynamic date of tranaction data...may u can achieve this by creating a variable. U can see the help from F1 that would be of much help to u. All the above steps i have explained will help u create a dynamic logical file.
    hope this helps u to some extent.

  • Import data with nulls in Desktop Intelligence

    Hello,
    I have data with null values (in a measure).  If I export the data as CSV it shows null values as #EMPTY.  If I use that as a datasource, it loads #EMPTY as 0 (zero).
    Is there a way to make desktop intelligence recognize null values?  I tried to remove the #empty and just leave the column empty, it still loads as a numeric zero.
    Same (actually worse) for XML.  It seems if I export my data to XML it can not use that as a datasource.  Odd.  So I created the following XML file:
    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
    <data>
      <item key="AAAAAEUK" value="130" category="A" />
      <item key="AAAACGDC" value="66" category="A" />
      <item key="AAAADNJP" value="56" category="A" />
      <item key="AAAAFWRQ" value="222" category="A" />
      <item key="AAAAGITU" category="B" />
    </data>
    I would expect the value field to be null for the last row.  But the values turns out to be 222!  If I try to put anything else, an empty string "", "#EMPTY", "null", it is always returned as 0.
    This is a problem because 0 an null are differnt when computing averages.

    Hi Florian,
    What is the source of your csv data?
    If I have a table in excel with empty cells, the data goes into the .csv as nothing so your example would look like
    Item key,value,category
    AAAAAEUK,130,A
    AAAACGDC,66,A
    AAAADNJP,56,A
    AAAAFWRQ,222,A
    AAAAGITU,,B
    This reads in just fine in DeskI (shows #EMPTY in the view data, treats it as such in the report).
    So I would look to get the data generated in right way, then DeskI can handle it, no problem.
    If all else fails, just run a search&replace and change ,#EMPTY, to ,,
    BTW if you have an alphanumeric value in a column where DeskI already decided there should be numeric,
    it will read in as 0, that is why the #EMPTY string value got transformed to zero.
    Good luck,
    Marianne

  • Dynamic SQL and Data with Single Quotes in it.

    Hi There,
    I have a problem in that I am using dynamic SQL and it happens that one of the columns does contain single quotes (') in it as part of the data. This causes the resultant dynamic SQL to get confused as the single quote that is part of the data is taken to mean end of sting, when in fact its part of the data. This leaves out a dangling single quote that was meant to enclose the string. Here is my dynamic SQL and the result of the parsed SQL that I have captured:
    ****Dynamic SQL*****
    l_sql:='select NOTE_TEMPLATE_ID '||
    'FROM TMP_NOTE_TEMPLATE_VALUES '||
    'where TRIM(LEGACY_NOTE_CODE)='''||trim(fp_note_code)||''' '||
    'and TRIM(DISPLAY_VALUE)='''||trim(fp_note_text)||''' ';
    execute immediate l_sql INTO l_note_template_id;
    Because the column DISPLAY_VALUE contains data with single quotes, the resultant SQL is:
    ******PARSED SQL************
    select NOTE_TEMPLATE_ID
    FROM TMP_NOTE_TEMPLATE_VALUES
    where TRIM(LEGACY_NOTE_CODE)='INQ' and TRIM(DISPLAY_VALUE)='Cont'd'
    And the problem lies with the single quote between teh characters t and d in the data field for DISPLAY_ITEM. How can I handle this?
    Many thanks,

    I have been reliably informed that if one doesn't enclose char/varchar2 data items in quotes, the right indices may not be usedI am into oracle for past 4 years and for the first time i am hearing this.
    Your reliable source is just wrong. Bind variables are variables that store your value and which are used in SQL. They are the proper way to use values in your SQL. By default all variables in PL/SQL is bind variable.
    When you can do some thing in just straight SQL just do it. Dynamic SQL does not make any sense to me here.
    Thanks,
    Karthick.
