Tax invoice for FI & SD

We have SD tax invoice from billing document, we also need FI tax invoice, the standard FI invoice is just extracted from FI document, the pogram is RFKORD50. But we need get the same infomation in FI invoice as SD invoice, how can I do it?!
Thanks in advance

Hi
There is no such Standard Script form for that
You have to prepare the Custom one with the data of the SD invoice and incorpoarate some FI data and design
so design the FORM and Program and use

  • Tax Invoice for purchases

Hi, I am a Youtuber and streamer located in Belgium. As a business I need tax invoices. I know I can buy physical discs (which are annoying to swap in/out every time and get scratched/lost).I can also buy PSN Codes (which are annoying because of the 150€ limit on the wallet and a huge waste in the garbage bin). Is it possible to get tax invoices for things bought digitally through the Store which were payed using credit card/PayPal? See this thread where the person was instructed to call a certain number.

You do get sent a "thank you for your purchase" email that contains the company registration number for SCEE.

  • How number range for Sales Tax Invoice is maintained

    Dear Friends,
Where number range for  Tax Invoice for sales is maintained for different product region wise.
    Regards,
    Alok

    Hi
You question is not very clear. You can have multiple products also in one sales invoice, so how would you distinguish at the product level. Also, what would be the distinction for determining the region. You may bill to a customer centrally, but delivery can be across to various regions in a country or to a seperate country. You have to first determine these combinations.
That said, if you are clear that sales invoice no has to be different based on for eg, region of  the delivering address, you have to do an small enhancement, calling up the user exit in VF01.

    Hi Vamsi and Upender
Thanks for your answers, I have done but what is happening , In smartforms under Pages and Windows I have created FIRST AND NEXT Page and under First page there are so many windows and out of which one info is having BILL TO PARTY window .This  is a billing address which has to be display on each page of invoice along with the details and subtotals  that is fine no problem . but they need only bill to party to print on Last page of the Invoice and rest pages should print as it is on each page so that when they fold it the posting address can be seen on the last page .
so when I the last page is printed wheather it is 7 or 17 page , the billilng address should print  at the last page example , it can be more also eg if it is 17 page on 17 page at the back side I want to print the billing address not on all pages
    FIRST
    NEXT
LAST -> I try to add window in this last column but it is ignoring while printing..
I hope you got my problem now

  • Correction invoices for rebate agreements in Poland

I am currenty working in Poland on rebate agreements. There is a legal requirement that every change in the invoiced and VAT value has to be corrected via a correction invoice , mentioning the original invoice line, updated line and the delta. However the rebate settlement only generates a standard credit note to pay the rebate. The credit note that is generated
for the rebate contains the settlement material.
In Poland the correction invoice should have the original quantity ,real material number and invoice value. Does
anybody have experience in how to create a correction invoice instead of the  standard credit note for the rebates ?
    Many thanks in advance
    Evert Nooijen

    Hello everybody,
The requirement to create correction invoices might look weird and very painful but I really think it is a legal requirement.
I have searched the internet and find contradictory information on whether the correction invoice is mandatory for rebate payments in Poland.
For example the SAP country specifics mention that a correction invoice is needed for rebates:
"You are required to create a correction tax invoice whenever you need to correct a tax invoice, for example:
    ·        To grant a customer a discount or rebate or increase the price of goods or services
    ·        To correct a tax invoice, for example, if it contains an error in any of the prices, tax rates, tax amounts, net values, gross values, quantities, or units of measure
    ·        When a customer returns some goods to you"'
However I also found another document that gives me the impression that the Polish regulations on correction invoices have been changed in November 2009 (Polish jurisdiction)
See the text below that is part of the changes in Poland:
" The WSA in Wrocław ruled on 12 November 2009 (case ref. I SA/Wr 1155/09) that a rebate causing a reduction
of the tax base for VAT may be documented not only by invoice but also by other documents.
The taxpayer received rebates directly from his suppliers and by proxy of a company which negotiated terms of delivery in his
name. The rebates received directly from suppliers were backed by correction invoices. Those received from the
intermediary were documented by credit notes. The tax authorities took the view that rebates could only be documented by
correction invoices. However, the WSA ruled that a rebate could be documented otherwise, for example, by credit note. Such
a document must be supplemented with additional information which shows who gave whom the rebate and in what amount."
HOWEVER: I am told by the local Polish organisation that this decision from the court in Wrocław, and not necessarily valid in other areas like Warsaw.
Then I had contacted Price Waterhouse in Poland and have asked them for an advice:  I have received the following answer from PWC:
""Pursuant to the Polish VAT regulations post-transaction rebates should be documented with the correction invoices referring to the original invoice. Therefore, we recommend that the  system is appropriately adjusted to include the discussed functionality. Please note this is a standard in Poland that SAP allows for creation of such correction invoices."'
So as mentioned, I think we have to enable the correction invoices for Poland, however I don't think we cannot create those in correctoin invoice requests (e.g. document type RK) in standard SAP by the rebate settlement program. We cen build a program to do it automatically, but I was hoping for a standard SAP program that was linked to the rabete functions in SD (automatically as part of the rebate settlement.).
    Hopefully somebody has any recommendation.

  • View or print pre-paid tax invoice statements

You can view and print off tax invoice statements for your Pre-Paid usage over the last 180 days through My Account. This facility is free of charge.
Please note: because of the way GST is applied, these tax invoices are only available after you've used your Pre-Paid credit, and not before such as at the time of recharge.
You can also obtain a receipt for recharging your Pre-Paid service via My Account, recharge online or when you purchase a voucher from one of our retail outlets.
Please note: this is a receipt, which is not a tax invoice, but can still be used in place of a tax invoice when used in accordance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) guidelines.
We can't issue a tax invoice for your pre-paid recharge
A 'tax invoice' is a defined document for 'GST' purposes only under the GST Act to show the amount of GST charged on a supply. Since Pre-Paid recharges are not subject to GST, we are prevented at law from issuing a tax invoice for a recharge displaying a GST amount.
This is outlined in Division 100 of the GST Act, which applies to recharges for telecommunications services such as smartphones and tablets. We can, however, offer a receipt for a Pre-Paid recharge if purchased through one of our retail outlets, which can be used in place of a tax invoice in accordance with ATO guidelines.
You can use a receipt from your pre-paid recharge in place of a tax invoice for your own GST purposes
Telstra (and other telecommunication providers) raised this issue with the ATO to reach a resolution for customers that are GST registered. The ATO ruled that 'receipts' could be used as 'tax invoices' provided the customer could still demonstrate that the usage of the recharge was subject to GST. The ATO ruling is available through the ATO website and is stated as follows:
Sections within Issue 13 - Tax invoices for prepaid telephone cards
    Nature of the arrangement
The amendments to vouchers provisions clarify that prepaid phone cards are eligible Division 100 vouchers and are not subject to GST at the time the phone cards are issued. Telephone cards are typically sold through retail outlets. The retailer will usually provide an invoice or tax invoice when the phone card is supplied. However, the taxable supply is the supply of domestic phone calls by the telco.
Accordingly the tax invoice should be issued by the telco that makes the telecommunication supplies. Due to the way in which phone cards are distributed, the telco may not have sufficient reasonable way of knowing the details of the recipient of the telecommunication supplies in order to issue them with a tax invoice.
Further, in many instances the price of the telecommunication supplies (each individual phone call, for example) will be less than $82.50 (GST inclusive) and so the telco would not have a legal obligation to issue a tax invoice.
    Issue
What are the tax invoice requirements where phone calls are made with a pre-paid telephone card that is considered to be a FVV [Face Value Voucher] for GST purposes?
    Decision
The Commissioner [of Taxation] will treat the receipt provided by the retailer for the purchase of a phone card as a tax invoice for the telephone calls that are made using that phone card. This decision applies only to pre-paid phone cards that are considered to be FVVs for GST purposes. The person using the phone card may need to substantiate that all telecommunication supplies:
Were taxable supplies to them (for example, not GST-free international mobile roaming supplies); and were all creditable acquisitions
If they want to claim input tax credits based on 1/11th of the price of the phone card shown on any invoice or tax invoice covered by the determination
GST applied to a pre-paid service
In accordance with Division 100 of the GST Act, GST is applied to each separate type of usage you make within the recharge amount and expiry time. Each instance of usage is taken to be a separate supply of a service for GST purposes and is assessed as to the application of GST at that time. Some usage may be GST-free and therefore no GST will be charged on those usages. This is why we're able to offer tax invoices through My Account for your usage.

    I don't understand it
i purchased my recharge voucher online and in one line in your QA it is written that you can still get your tax invoice after you have used your credit. In one line it is written we do not issue tax invoices purchased online. My question is will I be able to get my tax invoice after i have utilised my credit or not?

  • Multipe number range for indonesia tax invoice no.

    Hi All,
I have one question to confirm with you all:
Our indonesia office need to print out tax invoice when billing document is created.
The format is TTS.BBB-YY.NNNNNNNN , and only TTS is fixed, the other 13 digits changes.
And we can only get one number range from tax office for almost one month's usage, which means we can not maintain the number range for one whole year in one time.
Question 1:  How to maintain mulitple of number ranges for one year:
I'm thinking if we can maintain different number  in table "V_OFF_NUM_ID"
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  900    ID0114  01
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  901    ID0114  03
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  902    ID0114  04
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  903    ID0114  05
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  904    ID0114  06
But the "code 2" is same sometimes, so I have to do so
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  900    ID0114  01
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  901    ID0114  03
    2014/03/28 – 2014/12/31  901    ID0114  04
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  903    ID0114  05
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  904    ID0114  06
But if so, I don't know when the billing date is after 2014/03/28, and the number "03" is not used up, system will pick number range of 04 or 03?
    Question 2:
The revision billing document after reversal must have the same tax invoice no. with the "original billing" & reversal billing"
The SAP standard use new tax invoice no.
    How to realize it?
    Question 3:
YY is year and defaulted from billing date?
    Thanks and best regards
    Cathy

You are correct that this is statutory requirement, and SAP deliver the solution, you can refer to note
    1033737 - Indonesia: Tax Invoice & VAT Reporting 1107 .
However, from 04/2014, the requirement changes
    TTS.BBB-YY.NNNNNNNN
Before: Only NNNNNNNN changes and SAP suggest using one number range
Now: BBB-YY.NNNNNNNN  changes, and there are quite a few number range per each year.
Can not get one number range for one whole year.
Therefore, I raised my question as above. However, I think I have answer to my question, just I'm looking for one more perfect solution if there is:
1> The answer for 1st question
When the "code 2" is same sometimes, I will maintain as below
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  900    ID0114  01
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  901    ID0114  03
    2014/03/28 – 2014/12/31  901    ID0114  04
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  903    ID0114  05
    2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31  904    ID0114  06
By testing, only if the number of 03 is used up even though the billing date is 2014/04/01, the number 04 will be used, so should be okay.
2> The answer for 2nd question
The revision billing document after reversal must have the same tax invoice no. with the "original billing" & reversal billing"
The SAP standard use new tax invoice no
Since there are only 3-4 reversal per year, so user can realize it by changing the "current number" in J1AB
    You mentioned it in
    http://scn.sap.com/thread/3519329
but I did not try until I'm sure it will work
    3> YY
I think it's should be from billing date.

    Hello Vinay,
    Here's the answer -
    select single *
      from SEOMETAREL
    where clsname = 'CL_BBBB'
       and reltype = '2'.
The class for which you want to find the superslass will be the field CLSNAME, the superclass itself will be REFCLSNAME and this inheritance relationship is specified through the parameter RELTYPE.
I don't think any further explanation is necessary.

  • Generating Tax Invoice Number for deferred taxes (Thailand)

    Hi all,
I'm implementing deferred taxes for Thailand, and am attempting to generate an internal tax invoice number for vendors during the running of the program "Transfer Deferred Taxes".
I've set up the number ranges & intervals, number groups, created a dummy document class, and activated official document numbering for document type SA, which I'm using for the transfer posting.
However, when running the program "Transfer Deferred Taxes", I'm prompted to key in a tax invoice number of my own, which means that the system is not generating the number for me. How can I get this to work?
    Thanks,
    Daniel

    Hi
Ideally if it is configured for SD then VBRK-XBLNR and BKPF-XBLNR would be filled with the tax invoice number which is a 16 digit number. For your F1 invoice type check the accounting document type generated. It would mostly be RV.
You need to set up this accounting document type to consume the tax invoice number range. I guess FB70 transaction would be associated with accounting document type DR which is configured to use up the tax invoice number range.
    So follow these steps:
    1. First check the accounting document type created for the invoice of type F1.
    2. Go to SPROCross Application Component-General Application FunctionsCross-Application Document NumberingIndonesia--Document Numbering
    3. Check the document class created for country ID.
    4. If document class is created as I guess it has been because you can already generate the number through FB70 transactions then check if accounting document type created from F1 invoice is assigned to the document class.
I guess it is this setting which you are missing. As a result of this tax invoice number is not getting generated for SD documents.
    Thanks
