Taxes and condition tables - pricing

Gurus
1)Taxes will be added to the net value in pricing procedure or not?
EX : 1000 net value + tax 10% = 1100$
If yes -
customer will pay only net value  1000$ or 1100$  ?
If not -- taxes 100$ where will go ?
Please correct me if my question is wrong or you can clear this for me.
2)what are the standard sap condition pricing tables -0 - 499 or 599?
3)what are the main pricing table in sales like - komp, komg,?,?,?
Thanks
Kris

    All,
I am making a change to table A305, Change Condition Table, and when I generate the change it is asking me to assign a package to make the change.  Can anyone tell me what package I should be using?

    Thanks,
    Sean

    Hi Sean

  • V/04 : Change condition table (pricing sales&distribution) technical view

    Hello,
I want to modify table A073 (just modify checkbox in technical view) using V/04 but It ask me a access key.
the data are stored in table T681E, How can i modify the table T681E ?
What transaction i have to use ?
Is there any user exit can i use it ?
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi ABdou,
The best way is to get the access key from any ABAPer(normally they have the access key) or you can try in any of the below mentioned Table.views by going to Tcode SM30(click on Maintain)
    V_T681_IND             Conditions: Condition Index
    V_T681A             Conditions: Application
    V_T681COMP       Maintain T681COMP
    V_T681F             Field Catalog (&1 &2)
    V_T681H            Conditions: Archiving Control
V_T681O           Allowed Document Types for Condition Index
    V_T681V            Conditions: Usage
    V_T681Y_BMEN     View Maintenance: T681Y_BMEN
    V_T681Y_BMEN_USR     View Maintenance: T681Y_BMEN
    V_T681Z           Conditions: Usage/Application
Most of the pricing related tables are cross-client and hence very limited EDIT access would be provided(generally it would be Read only access)
If you come across any changes that need to be made in any of the above mentioned tables you can go ahead and give it a try using SM30.(Maintain)
    Hope it helps

  • Metal Prices Condition Table#85

    Hi
M/06 Display Condition table (pricing purchasing)
Currently selection field is : Company Code
I want to maintain Material specific condition for GAU1 & GAU2.
Does it possible and make sense ?
    regards
    RG

    Hi,
You will have to create a new condition table between the range 501 to 599 in the Tcode - M/03. In this double click on the field "Material" from the field catalog displayed on the right hand side. This field will get selected and displayed to your left hand side. Then Click on "Generate" option on the top.Once the table has been created , go to Tcode M/07 for creating Access sequence. Include the Condition table created above.Assign this Access sequence to the condition type for which you want the values to be determined based upon material code. Maintain the condition records in Tcode - MEK1.

  • Dynamic Structures and Internal Tables

    Hi All,
I am doing a report to create condition records based on the condition type and condition table. Assume the condition type as PR00 and it as condition table of 304,305,306.Each condition table as its own header and item fields.Based on the  condition table that the user specifies in the selection screen
the header and item structures of my report should change dynamically and these should be moved  to the dynamic internal table that contains both header and item fields. Can anyone give an idea how to achieve it. Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Chakradhar.

    Hi All,
    Thanks for your replies.
    SPLIT i_string_line-input_str AT cl_abap_char_utilities=>horizontal_tab
    INTO i_header_line-header
              i_header_line-vkorg
              i_header_line-vtweg
              i_header_line-pltyp
             i_header_line-waerk.
In the above syntax based on the condition table I selected on selection screen my flat file is as below.
case 1: If condition table given is 304
    H    SalesOrganization    DistributionChannel    Customer
I    Material    Releasestatus    Amount    Currency    ValidFrom    ValidTo
case 2: If condition table given is 305
    H    SalesOrganization    DistributionChannel
I    Material    Releasestatus    Amount    Currency    ValidFrom    ValidTo
case 3: If condition table given is 306
    H    SalesOrganization    DistributionChannel     PriceListType     DocumentCurrency
I    Material    Releasestatus    Amount    Currency    ValidFrom    ValidTo
In the above code i_string_line-input_str contains the following heading of fields based on the condition table we select in selection screen.when I want to split them into respective fields
using INTO clause my structure should change dynamically. How can I achieve it and my entire program is in OOPS ALV.Thanks in Advance.

  • Cut-Off Entries in Z-Condition table during Initial Download

    Hi there,
I have implemented in our CRM 5.0 / Backend 4.70 a new condition type, access sequence and condition table that uses two Z-fields. The customizing download worked well. I also created an adapter object for the initial download of the condition records. But: When I download the condition records from the Backend to the CRM, the entries of one key-field of the condition table are shortend from "9010" (in the Backend 4.70) to only "9" in CRM!
    What can this be???
    Thanks in advance
    Ralph

Finally found the error: In structure ZA0CND_MAPT_ACS_REM_CUST I did not refer to the correct key field that I use in the condition table on the R/3. I changed the ZA0CND_MAPT_ACS_REM_CUST, acivated it and then the initial download worked fine!

  • New Condition Table in Tax Pricing Procedure

    Hi Friends,
Have u ever created new table for TAX Pricing Procedure and assigned the same to acess sequence.
    We are using TAXINN.
    Scenario is given below:
We receive material directly & some times we asked 1st vendor to send the material to another vendor without receiving into our factory. 1st case it will be cenvatable & in 2nd case it is non cenvatable (2nd vendor who receives material will claim)
Presently we are using condition table of Plant / vendor / Material. To meet above requirement we want to make a table with Plant / Material / Vendor / Storage location combination.
We maintain "Storage location" in filed catalogue VOK0 & then maintain in KOMPAZ appendix structure, so that it update KOMP & KOMK tables accordingly. When we are creating new table with storage location, we are getting error i.e. "storage location" field is not updated in KOMP & KOMK tables.
Can any one guide me how to proceed ? Is there any other method for solving this ?
    Regards,
    Sai Krishna

46C: You should do it the other way around: first update structure KOMPAZ with field LGORT, then add it to the field catalog in VOK0.
You will then need to code these exits:
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP and/or USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK to fill in the storage location field.  If you add new fields to the catalog, you need to supply the values as well.  The userexits are available in MV45AFZZ.

  • Relation B/W tax and pricing condition types

    HI friends
I want to know relation b/w tax and pricing condition types.
Here, i think we are giving relation in pricing procedure, how we are giving that relation, what is that mean.
How sys will carry the values from tax condition types to pricing condition types.
plz give me the details early.
    with regards
    lakky

    Hi...
Actually in priciing procedure it is only sequential arrnagment of COnt type could be price, dicount or tax ... so that system calculates as process given by client.
now when u see tax condition types .. they are also created in FI and also in Sd with same controls and linked via the account key...
Account key MWS, MW3 are created in Fi and only used in Sd but azccount keys like ERL, ERF, ERS are created in Sd and used for account det in VKOA ...
also MWS, MW3 used in VkOA but are used in TAx procedure also and are assigned G/L in Tax code ...
now when u c the pricicng in a Sd doc .. sales order then all totals calculated and net price given and below that a Tax total given ... how system calculates tax totals is that in the tax conditio type in condition category .. we give Taxes as D so that all cond types with this cond catefory gets added and totalled to this tax total figure ..

  • Pricing condition table and condition type question

    hi guys,
We can use same condition table in pricing for multiple condition types.I am wondering how system knows which condition records should be applicable for which condition type in the same table.
I know the structure KOMV has those details, but thats used during the run time.
Do we have database table which preserve this relation /link ? Please help.
I also would like to know the  tables / fields /structures  which can be used at run time for defining requirements in pricing procedures.
    Thanks
    Dona

    Hi,
Condition types are assigned with access sequences.
These are the determining sequences in order to select which condition table is to be selected for that particular scenario.
Generally the access sequences are tested to the condition records on their priority basis.
    pricing procedure
    condition type
    access sequence
    condition table
    selection records.
hope this would help you understand the concept.
    regards,
    Siddharth.

  • Condition type in tax and pricing

    Hello Guru's
I have a purchase order in which  tax is say X7 for which condition type is appearing as MWVZ in taxes but in condition tab condition type is appearing as NAVS.Can any one tell how to check mapping of condition type appearing in taxes with respect to condition type appearing in pricing that is how system has derived condition in tax MWVZ to NAVS in pricing(that is in condition tab).
Is this SAP defined setting? Can we add /change it?How to check the same.?
    Thanks

  • Sales Order Unable to Use New Condition Tables for Tax Condition Type

    Dear All,
I am currently working on SAP R/3 4.0. I have a new requirement for my tax where I need to create new condition tables other than the 4 standard SAP tables which are Customer/Material, Division/Customer, Departure Country/Destination Country, Domestic Taxes and Export Taxes. My new tables consists of Departure Country/Destination Country/Shipping Point/Tax Code. The requirement is that the tax code is based on the chosen destination country and shipping point. The problem I am facing now is that no matter what types of table I create or even I generate with reference to the standard table, the access sequence will only refer to the 4 standard SAP tables above. Even if I put my own table in the highest priority for the access sequence, the same thing happens. My sales order will only pick up date from the standard table.
I wonder if anyone encountered the same problem as me.
    Kindly advise.
    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Yvonne

    Hi
    Yvonne
I suggest fist check a simple thing ,whether u have successfully determined shipping point for each line item ,it is possible that just adding a line item will not trigger shipping point determination . So after u update the shipping point on line level u can rerun pricing and check agian if u r getting it .
Secondly for tax purposes I suggest   Try to have Customer and material tax classification approach  this allows to u have long term flexibiliy and also reduces your maintenance activity . As if u change or add number of shipping points and business changes using the sequence of shipping point ,the logic of just using shipping point will not work.
In Tax classification u cna add new condition table for each new tax category and use it in different access sequences.
This information can be passed on to FI using Different Tax code for Different combination.
    I hope this helps
    Regards
    Mandar
