    Hi,
First check the sales order is complete.Click on incompletion log.If its complete then try the following
To check the settings for billing type T code is VOFA. Here you can check the document pricing proc only. If its is showing fine
in sales order and not billing then check your copy control T code VTFL. Check what is the pricing type for item category.

  • Report to check materials list with missing pricing conditions

    Hi,
I have two levels in the BOM. Sales material in the top and purchase material in the bottom. I create VK11 pricing (condition type: XP00) for SALES ORG/ MATERIAL and SALES ORG/ MATERIAL/ CUSTOMER level for both materials. Is there any standard SAP report to display materials I missed to enter pricing conditions.
    Thanks,
    Sam

    Dear Sam
I dont know there is such report which fulfills your requirement. but i suggest you to run V/LD and select Material Prices at 15. Give sales organization, distribution channel, condition type and material range from and to. For example i just executed report with
    Sales organization        1000
    Distribution Channel       60
    Material                          1900000         1999999
    Condition                        PR00
The system will show you the materials for which you have maintained condition record. Export this report to excel and use VLOOKUP for your requirement.
    Update your response.

  • Invoice List: Missing Pricing Condition

    Hi,
We are trying to implement invoice list because of the different sold-to party but same payer requirement. we have configured all the requirements listed
    Prerequisites
You can only process invoice lists if the following prerequisite data is defined by your system administrator in Customizing for Sales:
Condition type RL00 (factoring discount) must be maintained and, if required, also the condition type MW15.
An invoice list type must be assigned to each billing type that you want to process in invoice lists. The standard version of the SAP R/3 System includes two types of invoice lists: LR for invoices and debit memos, LG for credit memos.
Copying requirements must be defined (for example, the payer, terms of payment and other fields that must be identical in the documents to be included in the invoice list)
In addition, before you process an invoice list, you must maintain the following master data:
A customer calendar must be defined, specifying the time intervals or dates on which invoice lists are to be processed.
The customer calendar must be entered in the Billing Sales Area view of the customer master record.
Pricing condition records for the condition type RL00 and, if necessary, (e.g. in Germany) the condition type MW15 must be maintained.
Output condition records for condition types LR00 and RD01 must be created.
It successfully creates the invoice list now with net value, but, the pricing condition is missing.
What might have been the problem?
Thanks in advance for your help...

    Hi,
Have you maintained the pricing condition record for RL00? Also can you please explain what have you maintained in copy control? If possible, please share the screenshot.
    Thanks,

  • Maintain Excise defaults for pricing condition in TAXINN procedure

    Hi all,
I post this message as I'm customizing CIN part for creation and calculation of excise invoice. I have read lot of post but i'm a bit confused about right procedure to adopt. I try to explain:
I'm doing a stardard sales flow (sales order -> delivery -> commercial invoice -> excise invoice) and the only method I have found to flow excise values in excise invoice is to insert pricing conditions in India -> Basic settings -> Determination of excise duty -> Maintain excise defaults for TAXINN procedure.
In this table I have insert pricing conditions I use in my SD pricing schemas (in this case I use a copy of JINFAC). I have insert pricing conditions corresponding to BED % and BED total, and also CESS % and total and S&HCESS % and total.
If I remove pricing condition from this table, corresponing value in excise invoice, when I create it, become 0.
My dubt is if is correct to populate with table to flow excise values in excise invoice. I ask it as I have read differents approach and differents customizing settings applied in similar situations. In particular, I have found documentation in which, for TAXINN procedure, is recommended to leave blank "excise defaults" (with exception of CVD condition). What is the right method to use?
There is one right procedure or, as it seems reading posts, someone have to do his "proper CIN customizing" based on results that have to obtain?
Thanks in advance for any contribute that can help to clarify this situation.
    Regards
    Gianpaolo

    Hi all,
I think to have found solution to my dubt.
If I use "condition based Excise determination" I have to insert records with pricing schema (if is a copy of standard J* schema, like ZINFAC that is a copy of JINFAC) and excise pricing conditions in the transaction below:
India -> Basic settings -> Determination of excise duty -> Condition-based Excise determination -> Classify condition type
To determine value in excise invoice seems that program check before table in transaction described before. If in this table don't find records for pricing schema-excise pricing condition the program check also table in transaction below:
India -> Basic settings -> Determination of excise duty -> Maintain excise defaults
If during this second check find excise pricing conditions insert, can determine equally the values of excise in excise invoice.
This is the result of my checks. I hope this could be useful for other people with similar problem.

  • VPRS Price condition missing

    Hi All,
I am trying to create a intercompany PO, I have two materials in PO 1) SAP material 2) Vendor material in item level (in PO).
system is throwing the below error message.
Pricing error: Mandatory condition VPRS is missing
        Message no. V1801
    Diagnosis
The obligatory condition VPRS does not exist. The document is therefore
considered to be incomplete from the point of view of pricing.
The cause can be, for example, that a condition record does not exist
for condition VPRS or that a field overflow has occurred when the
        condition rate was calculated.
    Procedure
Check why the condition could not be found. Use the pricing analysis
function on the pricing screen to do this. If necessary, add the missing
        condition manually to the document.
Please help me on this issue.
    Thanks a lot

    Hi Remo,
as per my knowledge, VPRS is the sales pricing condition, and this message arrises when you have defined tthis condition type in your pricing procedure and also made it as mandatory condition for the respective pricing procedure, but not yet maintained the customer info-record for the mtrl and customer, please check this with the SD counterpart or maintain the info-record for the same mtrl.
    hope it will help you.
    regards,
    YK

  • All the pricing conditions are not visible for a given sales area, material

    Hello All,
There is a customized screen with sales area(Sales org, distribution channel and division), material and sold to party. There is buttton when we click it has to display the pricing conditions. The problem here is it is not displaying all the conditions some conditions like ZB02 and MWST are missing. The Function module used is PRICING.
Whereas in VA03 tranaction for a sales order created with this sales area, material it is showing all the conditions for a item.
Please help me to solve this issue.
    Many Thanks,

    Hi
The BP's created for one particular sales area are not getting replicated into CRM, though before sometime it was happening.
DJ>>  Hope the required sales area is available in CRM.
The BP with the "general data", and "role of sold to party" only flows but not with the sales area. There is no BDoc error in the SMW01 either. While displaying BP for the role of sold to party, it shows "Sold-to-party(maintained)" but the sales area entries though maintained for this sales area in the ECC, do not flow to the CRM.
DJ>> Please check the following -
    1. Create a BP in CRM (with the sold-to party role) with the required Sales area and see if this customer when replicated to ECC has the relevant Sales Area.  Ideally it should get replicated if all you middleware settings are fine.
    2. See you have not set a filter for a specific Sales Area and becuase of that BP is getting replicate but not the sales area.
    Hope this will help

  • CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE add or update pricing conditions

    Hi Experts,
I'm working in a requirement where I have to add items into a  quotation via CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE this is working now. The problem is that I'm not able to add or update  either standar nor "Z" pricing conditions (e.g. XBRT or ZPRU). For this I use the segment  E101CRMXIF_PRCD_COND_XT and E101CRMXIF_BT_PRCD_COND where:
    COND_TYPE = 'ZPRU'
    COND_VALUE = 'value in numbers' e.g. 45
    COND_CURRENCY = 'USD'
    OBJECT_TASK = 'I'
Do you know if its possible to do it, or if anything is missing?
    Thank you in advance
    Regards
    Donovan L.

Yes, it's possible I guess the condition which are you talking are manual conditions, right? and you marked the correponding X fields, right?
    Cheers!

  • Pricing Condition Type PR00.

    Hi experts,
I have a scenario where condition type PR00 shoul be mandatory in sales order   and document should not proceed further unless the basic price  is put while creating sales order. Also,  system should not allow double entry of PR00.
I have already marked condition type PR00 as manadatory (still document is precceding in absence of any value ) and incompletion procedure log is applied.
Pl guide on same at the earliest.
    Regards,
    Pallavi

    Hi
    Check following points :
    1. Check for the properties of condition type. It should has BASE PRICE as the property. And Access sequence should have to be there.
    2. Mark check for Mandaotory in the Pricing procedure.
    3. Check for your calculation. Your Net value should come as zero- if the PR00 is missing.
So when you will process any sales order it will, give you a incompletion log error as net value is zero- or pricing is missing for the item. And also Mandatory condition type PR00 is missing.
    Thanks
    Rishi

  • Pricing condition type not working

    Hi all,
A pricing condition type is present which is supposed to make the netvalue to zero after the order reason is changed to rejection using va02. But even after the order reason is changed to rejection and we tried to genrate new pricing document, the netvalue is not becoming zero. How can I debug this? The condition type is not determined by using condition records.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Smith
This should be working in the following ways.
    1) Order Reason/Rejection Reason being a field in the Key combination with 100% Discount triggering Zero Net Value
if this the case, then you should check in Condition Analysis wheather the value has conrrectly flown in the condition table , if not why it has not flown in to the condition table (It could be missing value in the condition record or a prblem in the field catalogue user exit-  you need to take Developer's help as suggested by others)
    2)  Using a Requirement and changing the Net Value Zero without any condition table field.
If so, put a break point in the requirement and check why this has not been successful in this scenario.
I hope the replies would help you to some extent in solviing the issue.
    Thanks

  • Pricing condition record not getting executed  in Sale order!

    hello all
I was trying to process a sale order, when i enter the material, system giving me a message "ZINV" condition type missing. i have checked v/08 there is "check - tick mark" for 'zinv' condition type and I have maintained the condition record.
It is still giving me the same error.
    any one can help me?
    thanks

    Same as above.
If you are getting the error "Mandatory Pricing condition XXX is missing". All you have to do it select the item and then hit pricing icon on the lower section of your screen and then enter the missing condition in the table displayed in front of you and then enter a price etc.
This message can be removed by customizing the pricing procedure and removing the 'Mdt' flag.
Also make sure the condition type has been marked for manual update in the condition detail section.

    Hi,
I am explaining my problem little more.
I have to change the Pricing condition amount in the contract. I have called the FM CRM_ORDER_READ for getting the current pricing conditions record and using FM PRC_PD_ITEM_INPUT change the amount of pricing condition for ex: PR00.
I have checked the pricing condition amount using CRM_PRIDOC_READ_OW FM and I got the same value which i have changed. So It got changed the IPC as well as buffer also.
But After calling the FM CRM_ORDER_SAVE the condition record amount is not saved/replicated in the contract.
Kindly suggest me. If i missed anything.

  • How to get xkomv-kwert (condition value) from a pricing condition ZZP1

    Hi experts,
I have a pricing condition zcust that I need to modify in the sales order.   The calculation of ZCUST is dependent on the condition value in another price condition ZZP1.   The price for ZZP1 is a fixed amount of $6 which is split among line items in the order.    In sapmv45A, when the code hits userexit_save_document_prepare, the value of xkomv-kwert (condition value) exist.   In other user-exits in sapm45A, I was unable to find xkomv-kwert.  My question is:  How can I find the value of xkomv-kwert  as i don't  know how ZZP1 is calculated ??  There is no routine attached to ZZP1.
THE ZCUST has a routine 993 which is similar to 3.   Here in program saplv61A, i was trying to get xkomv-kwert for ZZP1 but unable to get any data.   Can anyone suggest where i can get the data (xkomv-kwert) for ZZP1 in saplv61a ?
I looked at userexit_xkomv_bewerten_end in saplv61a but it does not help.
XKomv-kbetr  always has data.    If i have ZZP1 data, then i can modify ZCUST.
    Many thanks.
    Joyce

    Hi Jelena,
In VOFM, it is Formula/Condition Base Value for routine 993.   In Pricing Procedure, it falls in column "Base Type" for 993.
Let's see if i can simplify this: In a sales order with 2 line items:
                   prices                    Amt                      Condition Value (USD)
    Line 10     ZS1   sell price     2.30                                 1150
                     ZPP1 charge        6.36                                 3.40  (note the distribution **)
                     ZL1                      3                                      3
                    ZR1 %                  1.000%                            11.50
                    ZR2                      0.01                                   5
                    Suggested price =  2.35                             1172.90
                      ZCUST               2.34                                1170
                      total price            2.34                               1170
Note:  The ZCUST price is wrong.  It is missing the ZPP1 charge which is 3.40.  Zcust should be 1170 + 3.40 = 1173.40
    Line 20     ZS1   sell price     25                                 1000
                     ZPP1 charge        6.36                                 2.96  (note the distribution **)
                     ZL1                      3                                      3
                    ZR1 %                  1.000%                            10
                    ZR2                      0.01                                   0.6
                    Suggested price =  25.41                              1016.56
                      ZCUST                   25.34                           1013.60 (should be 1013.60 + 2.96)
                   Total price                25.34                            1013.60
You can see the ZCUST is calculated incorrectly.  The routine calculate zcust as $1170 and $1013.60 for each item which did not include the distribution amount of  ZPP1 ($3.40 and $2.96).
When i debug the routine, the xkomv-kwert is zero.   I  am trying to get $3.40 and $2.96 so i can add to to zcust in the routine.
Am trying to determine in saplv61A at which include that i can see #3.40 and $2.96 for both line items in xkomv-kwert.
Then maybe i can modify the routine or saplv61A so it shows the correct zcust price  after entering the 2 line items in the sales order  create (VA01) ?     Can you pls suggest  ?
If i make the changes in USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE, then user cannot see the correct zcust until the order is saved.  This would be too late to know the zcust price ahead of time.
Pls view in the Edit mode... i see my texts have been compressed.
    Many thanks
    Joyce
