Tcode or standard report

Is there a TCode or standard report that will provide a billing report for invoices raised during a certain period via plant and date

Hi yuvrajb ,
Go To SPRO > Sales and Distribution > Billing > Lists > Define Selection Criteria
Here Go for New Entries Give the following
SAPMV65A in the Prog Name,
7 in TRG,
K in Dis,
SELK in Event,
9 in It,
WERKS in Field Name.
Save it.
Then Goto VF05
Give the Payer (or) Material
Goto - Further Selection Criteria
Select - Plant
Give the Respective plant to which you want the Reports.

SAP provides include structure CI_QMEL for QM10 transaction.
so create CI_QMEL Structure and add field as u need.
But after that u need to assign it some where i don't know , check with ur funcntional consultants.

GET REPORT OF A STANDARD REPORT / TCODE WE09

I want to use a standard report but in BATCH INPUT DATA???
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THE REPORT OF IT?
FOR EXAMPLE DO A SEARCH ON IDOC USING WE09 BUT FOR SEARCH FIELD...

I don't get it.
WE09 will never generate a report. May be you mean that it creates a list (of IDOCs). This list is an ALV HIER_SEQ list with header and item records. According to your selection criteria the IDOC number and status data are displayed. On request (expand) the items show the names of the segments of the IDOC.
Now let us know what is the meaning of "get the several reports of we09 and show only one report". I'm sure we can help if we understand. BTW: Do you do any ABAP?

Modifying standard report RM06EL00(tcode: ME2L) with PR and RFQ data

Hi,
The requirement is to add few more fields to the existing layout
of standard report RM06EL00(ME2L). For this we had thought of
copying the std prog and modifying it, but I am not able to
locate the place where fieldcatalog is populated in the program.
It appears to be getting populated dynamically.
Please suggest if there is any possibility of doing this or if
anybody has faced such scenario...

SAP Standard report/Tcode for Retest date of Materials

As my sceniro is not shelf life, i required retest date (recurring inspection date) of materials laying in the storage locations. for better clarity i am describing my sceniro. In MM01- Quality Management- Inspection interval - 365 days entered for all ROH type materials. Now how can i see the materials retest date laying ( Only Stock batches) in the storage location.

Mismatch in PS reports BW vs R3 Standard reports

hello Gurus,
I have loaded the 0PS_C04 (Controlling) for PS.
The Budget data comapared to R3 figures are matching perfectly.
Bu the Actual Cost show big difference. The R3 data using tcode:S_ALR_87013558 shows a very different Actual Cost.
The report in BW is the standard report WBS Elements:0PS_C04_Q0004
I tried filtering on Valuation View,Vtype,0metype etc....
Is there any config setting in R3 for PS....
This particular is coming in BW production data.
In BW Dev the figures are right compared to R3 Quality server....

I got similar problem in BW (Project systems) report on 0PS_C04.
The Cost Plan and Revenue Plan data compared to R3 figures are matching perfectly. Bu the Actual Cost show big difference. I am using sap delivered restricted key figures.
Can any one please help me to match my Cost Actual and Revenue Actual with R/3 Data

Standard Report to upload Master Data from Excel files

Hi,
I am testing some configuration items and I am in need of master data for various scenarios, which is not available in the system now. Is there any standard report that will read data from an excel sheet and upload the corresponding infotypes? This will be of great help.

Hi,
As far as I know, there is no standard report in SAP for master data load using excel sheet. You have write a custom z-program with the help of BDC for basic actions or for individual infotypes upload you can use 'Fast Entry' for quickly uploading data for any perticular infoype using Tcode PA30.

Fathers name not appearing in HR standard Reports

Dear All,
Currently we are in process of using the standard pension reports like Form4 P.S, Form5 P.S etc(Tcode : PC00_M40_EPN).
In the report output , we observe that the Father's name field is not getting populated.
On Analysing further, we understood that.
1.In the implementation stage, we had mapped the father subtype to '3' instead of the default '11'.
(Personal Management>Personal Administration>Personal data --> Family-> Define possible family members).
2.In all the standard pension reports ( tcode : PC00_M40_EPN , PC00_M40_PNY etc ),the select query in the ABAP programs hardcodes subtype '11' to fetch for father detail from infotype table PA0021(Family Member/Dependents).
3.We have a lot of data mainatined in the current production system with sybtype '3' mapped to father.Hence cannot change it at present.
Is there any way out to display the fathers name in the standard HR reports ?Possible alternatives..?

Dear John,
After considerable thought we decided not to change the config.We also have some custom developments which uses the father subtype.All these data would need to be deleted and corrected.
Hence we directly modified the relevant subroutine in the standard reports and changed the value from '11' to '3'.
The reports now work fine.

Copy and add standard report

I have a request to add few column in the standard report (T-code F.19, program, RFWERE00), so i copy the program and proceed modification, when i check the code, it has error. I would like to know can I have any solution to add column into the report. Thanks!

you can do two things...
1. enhance (shift + F4) .. and then goto edit->enhancement operations->show implicit enhancement points..and use it,,
the subroutines are present in RASORT_ALV_MISC mostly... enhance and use the points
2. copy it into a z report and do the changes..

der is no such standard report to show WBS,settlement, asset no and asset cost/value as perv my knowlwdge. so do one thing select one standard report which is more similar to standard report to show WBS,settlement, asset no and asset cost/value but some of like asset no or asset cost or some other values not reflecting in that std report. den u take the Table name and field name of that particular fields which u wann reflect in the report. use the logic of STD TC of SAp which more similar to which u wanna preapre the New TC. tae help of Abaper. tell ur querry and content of ur report . he will definately do it

There is no standard report for sales order list on the basis of company code.u have to develop it.
OR
Create report with SAP Qury
OR
u can us VA05N tcode >>> Speciefy sales organization from - to (all sales organizations from one company code).

How to see the transaction value of sub-contracting for particular period?
In MBLB we can see the over all stock value at vendor side. If I refer it in MB51 (For particular period movement type as 541 and Specila stock as u201Cou201D it shows the local currency value is zero....)
