Deleting Parked Documents for Previous Years

Hi
We have got 800 parked documents with a posting date between March 2003
and May 2010. As per audit requirements we need to delete all these
parked docuents which are mostly created through Tcode FV50 or FB50
usin parking option as we don't want to actually post them in system.
These docments have profit centre or cost centre entries in them as
well. Now when we try to delete these parked documents we get an error
message 'Transaction CO Through-postings from FI has been locked'. We
don't want to open the close CO period as it can use great problem to
us so can you please tell us some alternate way or some programme which
can be helpful to delete these parked documents without opening the
closed CO periods. I will really appreciate your kind response in this
regard.

I just attempted to duplicate the error message you were getting by pinpointing a parked document from 2006 created using FV50. I verified that the document contained cost centers and all CO posting periods from 2006 were locked in OKP1.
I pulled up the document in display mode, clicked on Document in the top left corner and went into change mode, then I clicked on document again while in change mode and selected "Delete Parked Document" and the document was deleted without error. Is this the same deletion method that you are using?
Like the previous response, I don't see how opening the CO posting periods will have any negative impact especially if FI posting periods are left closed.

Delete parked document with IDOC related

HI,
I am not aware of any program or tcode to delete idocs in sap. However, idocs can be archived depending on the idoc status.
The configuration is in transaction code WE47.
- Check the idoc status in WE47 to see if the idoc can be archived.
- We need to run archive program to archive the existing idoc.

On 10.4.11 Mac Mail I get this: Mail cannot update your mailboxes because your home directory is full. You must free up space in your home folder before using Mail. Delete unnedded documents or move documents to another volume. I can't open mail.

Found this on the "more like this" Worked like a charm!
With the Mail.app quit and using the Finder, go to Home > Library > Mail. Copy the Mail folder and place the copy on the Desktop for backup purposes.
Go to Home > Library > Mail > Envelope Index. Move the Envelope Index file to the Desktop.
Launch Mail and you will be prompted to import mailboxes. Select OK and allow the import process to complete.
After confirming all mailboxes were successfully imported and available, you can delete the copy of the Mail folder and old Envelope Index file from the Desktop and this should resolve the problem.

ICloud Deleted a document from all my devices and I didn't want it to. Help!?

I just upgraded my ipad and my mom's ipad to IOS5 a few days ago and I linked them both the the iCloud. What I didn't anticipate is that when I chose to allow the iCloud to work for my documents in pages, it suddenly transfered the files from my mom's ipad to mine and vise versa. Seeing these unwanted documents and not knowing what she was doing, my mom promptly deleted the documents that had been mine from her ipad and suddenly they all disappeared from mine too! I cannot find them anywhere! Can anyone help me??? I had three very important documents in there! I only have hope because my ipad says that it last backed up to the icloud yesterday at 10 PM so shouldn't that mean that my documents are floating around somewhere? I tried going into the settings for the icloud and into the files it has saved for pages but all that I found was a list of all the documents that were my moms which did not get deleted. Is there any way for me to restore my ipad to the last backup from the icloud? I assume that that should restore the documents somehow since they were there at the last restore but I could be wrong. The reason they suddenly synced together was because my mom and I just now opened our newly updated versions of pages for the first time and they asked us if we wanted to use icloud and when we chose yes they synced everything because I have my moms ipad set up with the same apple ID as mine. Any help?? If it is not possible to restore my documents can anyone at least give me some advice on how to stop this from happening again in the future? Thanks for any help!

All you have to do is this: Sync your 3GS to create a current backup. Then either: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings or restore it as a "New" device in iTunes. Both accomplish the same thing, erasing all of your data & settings from the phone. You can now give it to your sister, she can plug it into her computer, name it what she wants & sync her content to it. You then restore your 4S from the backup of the 3GS you created when you started. Follow this by syncing your content to your new phone & your 4S will look just like your 3GS.

Can't delete a document in Word 2007

I have Windows 7 and Office 2007. I want to delete a 6 page document which I created.
When I attempt this action, I get the following message:
"This action can't be completed because the file is open in MS Office Word."
I am quite sure the file is not open. I can delete other documents.

Check if any other application is running and is using this doc.

Work around.
Modify the document and save it as another name for example file1 save as file2, rename file1 and delete it.

At billing tab at line item in sales order, a finance document (a letter of credit in this case) can be assigned. I would like to know
1. how to assign and unassign it
2. is it possible to "deactivate a letter of credit" meaning that the letter of credit (already created) cannot be assigned to SD documents.
The field "Financ.doc.no." in VA02 is disable, so it cannot be changed.
Your suggestion would be appreciated.

If you have created a financial document in the transaction Vx11N, then you can assign that to the sales document item or to the header using that field in the billing tab. You need to have the "Paym.guar.proc." field fill before doing that.
To un-assign it, you can simple remove the value from that field, before you create a delivery / billing for that sales order line item.

Yes, in the Financial document type configuration you have a configuration option to setup validity periods. During LC document creation using transaction VX11N, you can give a validity period. Based on the validity dates system will issue an error message, if you try to assign an expired LC.

If you want to try this, stop using the iBook immediately, and wait until you get the recovery software because every time you save something to your hard drive (even if it's only a link in your browser history), you risk overwriting the files you deleted.

How to list Deleted parked documents

Hello friends
I have a question that I wait you can answer it. I need a report that shows the deleted parked documents. I have been trying through FBV3 and FB03 but don't show documents.
I am currently working on a project implementation R / 3 version 6.0. Here are a user that has created a lot of parked documents that can be displayed in FB03 and FBV3. But every deleted parked documents (BSTAT = Z) don't are displayed.
For more information, I tell them the steps we are taking to this:
1. We created a park document
2. We delete the park document
3. We enter to FB03 with number, company code and year and can see document
4. After that we push document list button and dynamic selections (BSTAT = Z) and execute
5. Document list is empty
6. We check document in BKPF table and can see that has BSTAT = Z
I have been looking SAP Notes about this and found 1320519 and 1317523, but aren't precisely about my problem.
I wish you can help me, either with a good report or a note to correct the problem.

If document is still in BKPF, should be display when I execute list button and dynamic selections in FB03?.
Because this, I feel that reports RFBUEB00 and RFBUEB01 needs a correction.
Am I in correct or not?
