TEM Business event problem

Hi Experts,
I need help regarding TEM - Business Events.
In the Dynamic Attendance Menu (PSV1) interface, when I check for the Attendee List, the Cost Center column does not appear.(Cost center of each attendee) How do i make it appear? This is also the case when I use report RHXTEILN.
The attendees were booked using Booking with Allocation, so the fee and the cost center is already recorded.
2nd Problem
An emplyee was in the same BE but when I looked it up on the Attendee list, the record of the employee under column ∑Bookings is 0. All the others are 1.
The fee is also 00.00. What could have gone wrong?

Thanks for your reply. Problem no. 1 is solved.
2) When you right-click on the business event where the employee was booked, there is an option called "Attendee List". When you chose this option, the list of Employees booked for that particular Business event is shown along with the columns Attendee Name, ∑Bookings, BP, Booking Date, Org Assignment, Cost Center, etc.
Under ∑Bookings column one attendee has a "0", all the other attendees has 1. What are the possible cause of this?
Also the number of booked attendees is counted incorrectly. Even if there are only 4 booked persons, 5 are displayed since the booking of 1 person is not counted. (value is 0)

TEM-Attendee & Business Event Appraisal

Hi All,
We are using SAP 5.0 and implementing TEM, when we try to create appraisal using T-code PV34(Attendee Appraisal), PV33(Business Appraisal) we are not routed to Generate To-Do List screen, instead it is going to a screen where we need to select the Appraiser and Appraiser mannually, which is quite un usual. It will remain same even if I go through Business Event Menu or Attendance Menu.
Any help in this regard is hightly appreciated.

I have now the some problem. When I run tcode PV33/PV34 the list of the appraisal templates contain not only the temlates for business events and attendees but also for employees.
Did you solve the problem?

Report showing "Notes" from Business Event in TEM

Hi!
There is one option to do so, however this report has not exactly the purpose you mentioned, but with some tirick you can have the notes )
Report: Business Event Brochure -> TA Code: S_AHR_61016218 (you can find it under the node Information/Events... in TEM in SAP menu)
Here you can choose an event type or an event group and set the following under "Formatting options":
Extended formatting options -> delete here all the fields they are not necessary for your query and leave only the "Notes on event" there.
After clicking on execution you will receive the notes exist on this object and you can tranform the SAP report into Winword format clicking the button above in the menu on the left-hand side.
This issue needs some resources but works fine.
Unfortunately there aren't any other standard reports but ad-hoc queries.

Intermittent Problem with Business Event.

Hi,
I have a problem with a BES Event. My suspicions are that the event is intermittently nor firing. It's custom code subscribed to '*.apps.ar.hz.PersonProfileExtAttr.Update' (an EBS Person Profile Extensible Attribute Update).
In the first lines of the custom code an audit is written to a table. For some one the updates to the Extensible Attribute no audit is written.
The table HZ_PARAM_TAB is cleared for the item
Q: Is there a way to prove that the BES Event did/did not fire?

HELPL ! BPEL reading business events (WF_DEFERRED queue) problem

Hi all,
I'm actually trying to catch a CDH (TCA) business event using the Bpel Oracle applications adapter. The problem is that there is no visible bpel instance in the console, but in other hand i can see events being raised by CDH in WF_DEFERRED queue (messages). The event that my bpel service is listenning to is "oracle.apps.ar.hz.Person.create". The WF_DEFERRED agent statuts is "Enabled" in workflow administrator console. I'm using Jdeveloper 10.1.3.3 and EBS R12. So, did i forget any steps ? Where can i find detailed documentation about this subject ? Any help would be apreciated. Thank you,

TEM Eror when Book business event

Hi,
i need help from all of you.
i try to book a business event for a list of attendee.
But face 'cancel' and 'error' message.
After check, i found that this attendee can book for business event has been past e.g. 08.10.2007 -10.10.2007 EN:ALI3213 but couldn't book for business event in future date 22.10.2007- 23.10.2007 EN:ALI3213.
Business event date : 22.10.2007- 23.10.2007 EN:ALI3213 8:00-17:00
Planned Working Time (IT007) : 22.10.2007- 23.10.2007 8:30 - 17:30
To solve it, I try to do substitution for this attendee , as the planned working time is differ from business event time, so i substitute this attendee to 8:00- 17:00 for date above. After that, it works, TEM allows me to book this attendee
However, i need advice from expert, how come i need to do substitution just can book for future business event? it is not logically that if i have 100 attendee, then i need to do 100 transaction of substitution.
Is that relate to configuration? FYI , that's all W warning in table V_T77KV_1

In your reply, you mention that i have set Warning in V_T77KV_1 to control the employee booking, byright the system could proceed the booking with 'Warning' only. However, now the system still prompt with error and cancel message.
Is any standard BADI control for this ? Check the infotype 0007 of the attendee ?
There's more than 7 attendee with different planing working time, i still fail to book these attendees in future event which start time and end time of the bussiness event is different with their planning working time.
Could you help to send me up the Configuration Note for TEM ?

Dear All,
When a Business Event is created in Training & Event Management module, we find that there is a
an option called " Further Information " to enter CONTENS of the Business Event. I would like to know the significance of the " CONTENTS " data entered here.
I would also like to know if we can call this data in the NOTIFICATIONS which will be sent to an Attendees.Is it possible? If yes what is the procedure to configure this scenario?

TEM: Relationship between External Person and Business Event

Hi,
The requirment is to have External Person to be related to Business Events.
Please let me know whether it will be ideal to relate External Person to Business Events or External Person to Business Event Type?
NOTE:As per the standard the relationship exist only between External Person(H) and Business Event Type (D).

TEM - Cost Transfer Posting to CO(Business Event Cost)

Dear All,
Kindly suggest solution for the following issue
I have maintained all the cost items with cost elements
I have booked an empolyee for a business event with resources
I have maintained receivers cost center in SEMIN SCOST (T77S0)
I have created the senders cost center while maintaining the Business Event type
Event is also Firmly booked
When i try to post the cost by PV1C - Cost Transfer Posting , the posting is neither complete nor giving error
when i click Create cost transfer in Tcode PV1C i am getting this message"S BK 186 Document has no errors."
But really the document is not created in CO.
While transferring it is not giving the option of the traffic lights(Red,green and Amber).

Business Event Appraisal - Not showing in PA30

Hi All,
We are implementing TEM on SAP 5.0 and replaced the old appraisal system with new appraisal system.
I have prepared the Appraisal for Business Event, by selecting Attendee as appraiser and Business Event as Apraisee, the problem I am encountering here is after the preparation the document is not shown in any of the following areas in PA30 for infotype 25.
1) Appraisal where Apraiser
2) Objective setting & Appraisal(Open)
But the Appraisal templates which are created under Personnel Appraisal(in PHAP_CATALOG), is shown but not the Appraisal templates which are created under SAP Learning Solution(in PHAP_CATALOG).
Is there any configuration inorder to get this done?
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Can you be precise, I mean which Integration settings your asking me to look into?
One thing I noticed while debugging the code, it is getting Add On Application as 'PA', and passing this parameter to get the Personel Appraisal templates, in case if I modify as 'PD' in the debugging mode, it is fetching the Business Event Appraisal along with Personel Appraisal. Is there any setting for this to have PD passed in to the Add on Application variable.

Business Event Appraisal in Training and event management

Hi
I am facing issue releated to Business Event Appraisal Functionality in ESS. I have maintained value as blank in field HAP00 REPLA switch.
We have created I View of transacion PV7I in ESS. When i am selecting "APPRAISAL" button for attended event , i can select appraisal form from appraisal form list. On next screen i don't get Appraisal Form where i have to give feedback on different criteria's. I get Rating column and four buttons: Save, Check data, back, Complete.
When i am executing PV7i through R3 then it's working properly. Why it is not working properly in ESS. Kindly help me ?

My client needs INSTRCUCTOR feedback functionality means feedback for instructors by participants for particular event. How we can configure in the system for TEM module not for LSO.

Unfortunately the appraisal services (my_appraisals, my_app_create, my_appraisalsm) have not been migrated for the use with integrated ITS.
Please review SAP notes 870126 and 771196
Note:
Since the appraisal services (My_appraisals, My_app_create) have not
been migrated, you can no longer use the appraisal function from the
services PV7I and PV8I with the integrated ITS.
At the same time I am afraid the succession product is not an option
for you as the TEM functionality is not integrated with the new
appraisal functionality of 'Performance Management'. Performance
Management only offers an integration with the succession product of
TEM, i.e. LSO (Learning Solution).

Training & Event Management - Business event appraisal

Dear all,

I hve two questions.
1. For e.g. there is one trainer who has conducted many training program in an org and business event appraisal has been performed where there is criteria to capture instructor information. Then how I can get a report for that trainer only. There is one selection criteria in the report of business event appraisal where I can select the instructor(appraisee) id. But it is not working.
2. When there are more than one instructor in one business event, then how attendee appraisal and business event appraisal are done?
3. In training & event mgt is it possible to perform periodic appraisal?

Hi Daniel,
There is no SAP standard report on Trainer wise attendance history for this purpose you have to define the Adhoc query.
When there are more than one instructor in one business event it is a tough scenario to have attendee appraisal .
In TEM it is possible to have periodic Appraisals.

Two user exits are needed to determine the correct G/L Account and Cost Center on Shipment Cost documents and post the Material Group on the Accounting document. BADI_SCD_ACCTG and Business Event 1120P can be used to accommodate the new functionality.
Business Process
Specific G/L Accounts and Cost Centers have to be determined to post on the Shipment Cost document. This is needed to provide accurate management reporting capabilities on shipments for Sales Order or Stock Transfer Order. A new custom table must be created which contains the following information: Distribution, Mode of Transport, Account, Cost Center Material group. Distribution is an identifier here if this shipment originated from an SO or STO.
There are no screens involved in this enhancement.

There is no field on the Shipment Cost Document to store the Product group. Therefore another mechanism must be used to get the Product Group on the accounting document.
Business Event 1120P can be used to import the Product group out of memory and put it on BSEG-MATNR. Structure BSEG_SUBST must be enhanced with field MATNR for this purpose.

     Determine if STO or SO based on Document Category from internal table I_REFOBJ-VTRLP field VGTYP If is C then Distribution type is Sales Order (Primary and Secondary Excluding Refinery 2 ) else we need to check the receiving plant. If the receiving plant (I_REFOBJ-VTRLK field WERKS) is a refinery the Distribution type is Primary (1) else its a (Primary and Secondary Excluding Refinery 2 ). Refineries can be identified via Function Module ZPLANTCLASSIFICATION. The plant must be passed into Import Parameter IP_SAPPLANT and field INT_PLANTCHAR-ATNAM must be looked up with value SAPTYPE. If it exists and field ATWRT contains RFY, the plant is a refinery.
     Product Group can be determined from the Material master through Material group field MARA-MATKL.
     Mode of Transport will be passed in the BADI in VTRLK-OIC_MOT.
     Select single entry from table ZTABLE1based on Distribution, Mode of Transport and Material Group. If nothing gets selected, error message No entry exists in table ZTABLE1for Distribution (distribution), MOT (MOT) & Mat. Group (material group) should be triggered.
     Move ZTABLE1-SAKNR to c_vfkn-sakto and ZTABLE1-KOSTL to c_vfkn-kostl
     The Material group must be exported to memory in BADI_SCD_ACCTG
