Hi,
1] You can create PIR for that vendor and maintain the required payment term.
This payment term will automatically picked up in PO because highest priority is always given to PIR
2] You can also maintain the payment term in personnel settings
3] Also you can maintain payment term for a particular vendor plantwise. in short if you are raising a PO for a particular vendor from plant say XXX, that payment term for that plant will be automatically picked up in the po. Following is the procedure for the same
Display vendor
Go to PURCHASING DATA
EXTRAS
ADD PURCHASING DATA
TICK DATA RELEVANT AT PLANT LEVEL ALLOWED
ENTER
EXTRAS
ALTERNATIVE DATA
CREATE
ENTER PLANT
TICK PURCHASING DATA
ENTER
NOW YOU CAN SEE PLANT BELOW PURCHASING ORG. VG00
NOW CHANGE PAYMENT TERM.

  • Interal Order not flowing to Accounting doc from MM

    Hi Gurus,
Need help on one of the issues with FI-MM integration.
    1. We have created a MM movement type and posting is enabled to Cost center and Internal order with the movement type.
    2. Cost center is automatically derived from OKB9, whereas Internal order is manually input in MB1A.
    3. After posting through MB1A ( Goods issue) , the MM document shows both Cost center and Internal order.
    4. But the Accounting document shows only "Cost center". "INTERNAL ORDER"  is not showing up at all.
(PS : If i try posting to the same GL account directly from FI, it is showing up both "Cost center" and "Internal order")
Any clues on why the Internal order is not flowing to the FI from MM ?
    Thanks
    Siva

    Hi,
Thanks for your reply. The issue is RESOLVED.
I checked the movement type thoroughly. The problem, is caused by the indicator " Check  acct.***." on the initial screen of the Movement type.
i checked it and now it is working fine. both cost center and order are flowing to FI /CO as well.
The help on the field is as below:
    Check account assignment
Indicates that the account assignment is checked.
    Use
If this indicator is set, the system checks whether a G/L account or an
account assignment has been specified on the item screen. If so, the system
copies this data to the posting line.
If this indicator is not set, the system always uses the G/L accounts or
    account assignments determined automatically.
    Thanks again for your help.

  • Documents which have not flowed through to FI from Purchasing

Does a Transaction exist which will display the documents that have not flowed through to Finance from Purchasing? Similar to VFX3 in Sales.
For example, a MIRO that has a wrong posting date and the document has been saved but has not flowed through to Finance.

You may have to create a report on SAP query, linking RBKP (the incoming invoice table) with BKPF. In BKPF table the invoice document and the fiscal year are concatenated and resides in the field AWKEY as the reference no.
If, for any combination of invoice and fiscal year you do not find a value in BKPF, this could be construed as those that do not have FI document generated.

  • Terms of Payment not working

    Dear Friends:
In vendor master, The terms of payment were 0001(Immediate payment) and cr memo terms as 30 days net due.
Using Vendor Credit memo,T.code F-41, I entered the credit memo 40 days back and posted the document.
But when i check the S_ALR_87012083 - List of Vendor Open Items for Printing, the doc.date and due.date are the same.
Please explain why this is happening. The due date should be after 30 days.
Please help to resolve the problem.
    Regards
    MSReddy

    Hi Sridhar,
Following are the rules for payment terms for credit memo.
    Invoice related credit memos:
Credit memos can be linked to the original invoice by entering the invoice number in the invoice reference field during document entry.  In this case, the payment terms are copied from the invoice so that the invoice and the credit memo are due on the same date.
    Other credit memos:
Payment terms in other credit memos are not valid and are due at the document date.  To activate the payment terms on these non-invoice related credit memos, enter a “V” in the invoice reference field during document entry.
If this credit memo is invoice related, the payment terms will default from invoice.  If it is not invoice related, default date is document date. Enter "V" in invocie reference to activate payment term defined in vendor master.
Hope this helps. Pls. award points if this helps.

  • Outgoing Payments not populating any invoices for a vendor

It seems I have an issue with Outgoing Payments after the turn of the fiscal year.
I have vendors that have invoices due this month and when I enter their vendor code in Outgoing payments, none of the invoices appear. Here are the things I verified:
All invoices have NO payment block checked - this is good
All posting periods have the correct dates for all periods - including doc dates and due dates
No periods are closed, I tried both closing period and unlocked as options
Payment methods are correct including banking info
The fiscal year is properly set in GL determination
I have upgraded to 8.81 p09 to see if this was a patch issue
Payment wizard does not even pull these vendors, though it does pull some and those all are due dates of earlier than Dec 2011
I have tried changing the due dates to be Nov 2011on the invoice, but it still will not show the vendors in outgoing payments
Nothing shows in the payment wizard for Non-incl. transactions
Authorizations are correct and I am signing on using a manager log on w pro license
This issue was not present until Jan 2012, all invoices were entered in Dec 2011
Are there any other areas I am missing to look? Is there something in the tables that would flag these invoices to not show?
Any idea what I can do?? HELP!!

    Hi,
Check the detect query in the Note No. : 1041101.
Also, check whether you detect any of the reported invoices in  the following detect query :
    SELECT t2.cardcode,T2.docNum, T1.docentry, T1.status, T2.docstatus,T1.reserved ,T2.reserve FROM
    pch6 T1 inner join opch T2 on T2.docentry = T1.docentry Where T1.reserved = 'Y' and T2.docstatus = 'O'
    and T1.reserved !=T2.reserve

  • Terms of Payment does not copy to PO in R/3

    Hi All,
We are using SRM 3.0 ECS, EBP4.0 and 4.6C R/3 versions.
We have set Terms of Payment (say for eg ZA00)for a Vendor in R/3 and replicated the vendor in EBP. Also maintained the Terms of Payment for the Vendor in SRM through Business Partner maintainance transaction. The maintained payment terms do get copied over to the PO in SRM, however this particular payment term does not flow to the PO in R/3.
We tried maintaining the Vendor with some other Terms of Payment (say for eg ZA01), this Terms of Payment flows to the PO in SRM as well as in R/3. Facing problem with some Terms of Payment.
Any pointers to solve this issue would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards,
    Francis

    Hello Francis,
why dont we try maintaining and updating the payement terms in R/3 centerally and the same are replicated and used in SRM or somehwere else?
Just go through the below notes might help
Note 518531 - EBP: Update with terms of payment fails
Note 884010 - Term of payment/delivery not transferred to purchase order

  • Terms of Payment Key in line item with Special G/L Indicator

    Hi All,
Displaying the line item of a financial document with Special G/L Indicator,
I can't see the Terms of Payment Key (BSEG-ZTERM).
Could anyone tell me how to make it shown?
    Thanks
    G.

    Hi:
BSEG-ZTERM is not contained by SAP standard dynpro:SAPMF05A 304 and hence it is not possible to display payment term in down payments with special GLs indicator, The reason being that the terms of payment not only control the due date but
also the cash discount terms. Hence it is not feasible to display terms of payment in Down payments. DP forms part of balance sheet and hence it is not system design to display payment terms with special GL indicator, Hope it will help you.

  • Holdback/retainage terms of payment

    Hi
What is Holdback/Retainage terms of payment and how is it different from Installment payments
    Thanks in Advance.
    Regards

    Hi,
Instalment payment is nothing but the total invoice amount is split up into individual items for each installment and each installment is calculated with the relevant payment term.
If we want to define instalment payment select the instalment payment check box while defining Payment terms in OBB8 and give the holdback/retainage percentage in OBB9.
Instalment amount is calculated based on the holdback percentage per instalment that you give in OBB9.

  • Rejection Message not flowing back to MM

    Hi,
If a supplier rejects a PO in SRM(SUS), then the rejection message is not flowing back to MM (from where the PO is sent), as to why the supplier rejected the PO.
    Please help.

    Hi,
What you mentioned is not a supported feature by default.
Please read OSS note 761150 for enabling.

  • Payment Term from Vendor is not going to Freight PO

    Hello All,
I am not MM consulting but I need to solve a problem.
As we know when I save a shipment cost document SAP creates a automatically PO for carrier as the configuration.
I have the payment terms registered in the Vendor Master (Carrier) but when I save my ship cost document and the system creates the PO the payment terms it is not appearing in the PO and consequently is not going to MIRO.
How should I do to take the Vendor Payment Term to the Freight PO?
    Thanks
    Marcos

    Hi,
Ensure that the payment terms is maintained in the purchasing view in MK02 for the same purchasing organization.
If its maintained, the same will be displayed in the automatic PO as well. If its not copied, please create a normal PO in ME21N and check whether the payment term is displayed in header - Delivery / Invoice tab.
If you are in old release, refer the note: 358506 - Auto Service PO Creation - Passing Values into the Function
If you are using TM system, refer the note: 1897588 - Payment terms not copied from Vendor master to PO
If the notes are not valid, then you may check for OSS notes or raise an OSS ticket to SAP.

  • Terms of Payment in not installed language

    Hi experts
We only have installed language package DE and EN.
But now we would like to maintain terms of payment in Russian (only for print).
    Therefore I go to SPRO->Sales and Distribution->Master Data->Business partners->Customers->Billing Document->Define Terms of Payment->GotTo->Translation
After that I can select DE and EN, but not RU.
Is there a possibility to maintain terms of payment in Russian WITHOUT installing RU-language package?
Or maybe, there is a way to maintain the text-table TVZBT.
    Thx a lot in advance
    Christian

    Hi,
you can maintain entries in table TVZBT using transaction SM30 only if the "Data Browser/Table View Maint." value is set as Display/Maintenance allowed for the table (Check using transaction se11 --> Delivery and maintenance tab). You can change the value to "Display/Maintenance allowed" if you want to maintain entries using SM30. Make sure that you assign an authorization object so that the table entries can be added only by authorized persons.
If the above option is not feasible
Create a Z-table(Same as TVZBT) with fields Paymnet terms, language and description. Access this table through smartform to print the description in different language.
Make sure that the Z-table is updated while creating/changing any payment terms. By this way you can maintain any languages.
    Hope this solves your issue.
    Thanks
    Arun

    Hi,
You need to check in ECC if the customer master has the payment terms maitained or not. This could be the reason for the payment terms not being populated into the ECC billing documents.
    hope this helps

  • Payment Terms not copied from Vendor Master to PO

    Hello,
PO was created for a Vendor and Vendor master has the correct payment terms but they did not get copied to the PO.
    Thanks
    Megha

    Hi Megha,
Did you maintain the payment terms in the Purchasing area of the vendor?
    SAP says
Master records have separate areas for Financial Accounting, Sales, and Purchasing. You can specify different terms of payment keys in each of these areas. When you then enter a business transaction, the application in question will use the key specified in its area of the master record.
    Thanks
    Aravind
