Error TF10175 The FMS team project does not exist
We are using TFS and Visual Studio 2013. TFS was working fine for me. However we have to do some Java development and also wanted that code in source control in the project. I was the lucky one (or not) volunteered to head this up. I installed
Eclipse and the TFS plugin for Eclipse now I am unable to use Visual Studio 2013 and the Source Control explorer to open other .Net based pieces to the solution without getting the following error:
Error
TF10175: The FMS team project does not exist.
This only happens for me and since I installed the Eclipse TFS Plugin. I also get the error when I try to get the latest code. Is there an issue in using the TFS plugin for Eclipse and Visual Studios?
R. K. WaltersHi Walters,
Thanks for your post.
As you’re using TFS Eclipse, I moved this post to TFS Eclipse and Cross Platform forum for the better response.

Hi to all,
I tried to compile my .sln with VS2010 but I had this error.
error MSB4057: The target "PlatformPrepareForBuild" does not exist in the project.
It occurs only compiling with win32 configuration but not with x64 one.
Ideas?
Thank you in advancedIn which version of Visual Studio did you create this solution? And What type of the project in this solution? And could you please post the proj file here?
If this solution is created in VS2012 or VS2013, please make sure the original solution is not corrupt, it can be opened and built successfully in the corresponding Visual Studio. For probable compatibility issues, you could check the documents here:

I have a 8 node cluster with Hyper-V, which will be 10 nodes when it's finally done.
Recently I've been try to add nodes and though that went fine, after about a week I could not open the Failover Cluster Manager anymore.
After some checking I found out that the latest added node was giving problems.
VM's on the node still run and function properly, but most Powershell commands result in a "The requested object does not exist. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010114)".
I can suspend the node with Suspend-ClusterNode, but draining roles was unsuccesful in one case.
In the other there were no VM's on the node so suspending went fine.
What I did find out was that when I tried to ping the node from another, proper functioning node, it took a while before the pinging started. It felt like the interface had to come back online on the problem node.
After that, I could add the cluster to the Failover Cluster Manager. However, Powershell commands still give a 0x80010114 error or a CIM error for when I use Get-NetAdapter.
A reboot resolves the problem, but only for about a week.
I know there is a topic with the same title already, but the wbemtest en rollup update "answer" is totally unclear to me why I should change something with wbemtest, or why to install updates that to me have nothing to do with this problem.
Before I did the ping test from a functioning node I pinged my DC and another node from the problem node just fine.
No waiting at all.
The cluster has three networks. Management (host only), Live Migration and iSCSI (also a VMSwitch for certain VM's).
I have no idea where to look. Evenviewer doesn't give me anything I can work with that I can find...Hi,
Are you using the HP servers? It seems is the HP Nic team service was causing the issue, please try to
disabled the HP NIC team service from services and restarted the WMI service.

The name "Folder" does not exist in the namespace
I am trying to learn Wpf and doing some of the examples on the Microsoft site. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/vstudio/bb546972(v=vs.110).aspx?cs-save-lang=1&cs-lang=vb#code-snippet-1
I am using Visual studio 2013. As I work through the example I am getting the following error.

Can someone explain what is happening.
Thanks HalDid you try to build the application (Project->Build in Visual Studio) ? If the error doesn't go away then and you have no other compilation errors (if you do you need to fix these first), you should replace "FolderExplorer" with the namespace
in which the Folder class resides. If you haven't explicitly declared a namespace, you will find the name of the default namespace under Project->Properties->Root namespace. Copy the value from this text box to your XAML:
xmlns:my="clr-namespace:FolderExplorer"
The default namespace is usually the same as the name of the application by default so if your application is called "FolderExplorer" you should be able to build it.
If you cannot make it work then please upload a reproducable sample of your issue to OneDrive and post the link to it here for further help.

The requested resource does not exist - EAR - Jsp
Hy!
Following a tutorial I'm trying to create a small application in the Developer Studio.
I created a Table, an EJB-Project with an Entity Bean and a Stateless Session Bean, a Web-Project with a JSP-File and an EAR which I deployed. Now the JSP form should be available at http://[server-name]:50000/employee/view.
But I get:
404 Not Found - SAP J2EE Engine/6.40
The requested resource does not exist.
Details: Go to main page of this application!
"main page" is a link which refers to http://localhost:50000/index.html which is the SAP Engine Start Page.
This is my first experience with sap netweaver. So I don't know where I should start to search for the problem or how to solve it.
In the web.xml of the WebProject there is the following code for the servlet mapping:
<servlet>
<servlet-name>NewEmployee.jsp</servlet-name>
<jsp-file>/NewEmployee.jsp</jsp-file>
</servlet>
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>NewEmployee.jsp</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>/view</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
This is the code in the application.xml of the ear which should make it possible to access the webproject under .../employee.
<module>
<web>
<web-uri>EmployeeWeb.war</web-uri>
<context-root>employee</context-root>
</web>
</module>
Best Regards,
CarinaHy!
I tried several changes and found out, I just had to remove the ' / ' bevor NewEmployee.jsp in the jsp-file - tag.
<servlet>
<servlet-name>NewEmployee.jsp</servlet-name>
<jsp-file>NewEmployee.jsp</jsp-file>
</servlet>
Now it works and I'm able to test the jsp. There's a form and after a submit a jndi-lookup is performed.
Object ref=jndiContext.lookup("java:comp/ev/ejb/EmployeeService");
It seems the EJB reference in the web.xml:
<ejb-ref>
<ejb-ref-name>ejb/EmployeeService</ejb-ref-name>
<ejb-ref-type>Session</ejb-ref-type>
<home>com.sap.bsp.EmployeeServicesHome</home>
<remote>com.sap.bsp.EmployeeServices</remote>
<ejb-link>EmployeeEjb.jar#EmployeeServicesBean</ejb-link>
</ejb-ref>
doesn't work, because I get:
com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Path to object does not exist at java:comp, the whole lookup name is java:comp/ev/ejb/EmployeeService.
Looking forward to a hint
Best regards,
Carina -
Azure - The name 'model' does not exist in the current context
I am getting the error below but only on Azure, everything builds and runs fine on multiple machines running locally. But when I deploy to Azure I get the error below trying to login. Not even sure where to start researching this one
Compilation Error
Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.
Compiler Error Message: CS0103: The name 'model' does not exist in the current context
Source Error:
Line 1: @model Web.Models.LoginViewModelhi,
From the error message, it seems like a MVC issue.
I suggest you could re-configure your web configuration follow those solutions The name 'model' does not exist in current context in MVC3
and
Razor View throwing “The name 'model' does not exist in the current context” .
And then you could try to deploy project to azure again. I think this error may be disappeared. Please try it.

Will

"The key 'LocalizedPerfCounter' does not exist in the appSettings" when creating Socket
Hi all,
Some time ago, I've installed the nuGet package for self-hosted signalR applications on a project. Today, I went to start a completely unrelated project, one that does not have that package (or any package at all), and has absolutely nothing to do with owin,
asp.net, signalR or anything else related to that package.
Now in this project, when I try to create a Socket, I get an InvalidOperationException: "The key 'LocalizedPerfCounter' does not exist in the appSettings".
The exception seems to be handled and the program proceeds, but it's annoying.
Also, I'm seriously concerned. Here I'm not trying to create some arcane ASP.NET thing that calls down into a dozen layers and six different configuration frameworks before actually getting to the TCP stack. I'm doing a plain straight new Socket(AddressFamily.InterNetwork,
SocketType.Stream, ProtocolType.Tcp).
How is it possible for a nuGet package that installs unrelated DLLs to another solution entirely to affect something that resides in the basic System.dll? What business does it have interfering with very low-level network calls?Hello Zappo,
For this InvalidOperationException, please check this hotfix to see if you are under those scenario:

For this, since it is related with the NuGet, I suggest that you could post it to the NuGet forum,

The name "XYZ" does not exist in the namespace
I was getting error "The name “XYZ” does not exist in the namespace " at here
<UserControl.Resources>
<ms:VisiableConverter x:Key="VisiableConverter"></ms:VisiableConverter>

How to solve?
namespace DictionaryApp.Model
public class VisiableConverter : IValueConverter
public object Convert(object value, Type targetType, object parameter, string language)
throw new NotImplementedException();
public object Convert(
object value,
Type targetType,
object parameter,
CultureInfo culture)
bool visibility = (bool)value;
return visibility ? Visibility.Visible : Visibility.Collapsed;
public object ConvertBack(object value, Type targetType, object parameter, string language)
throw new NotImplementedException();
public object ConvertBack(
object value,
Type targetType,
object parameter,
CultureInfo culture)
Visibility visibility = (Visibility)value;
return (visibility == Visibility.Visible);
Next, add the converter in the UserControl's resources. In m
y simple project, I had to create this section - but hopefully you're already using this in your real apps!
You may also need to add an xmlns attribute in page.xaml for your project's namespace.
x:Class="DictionaryApp.PageDictionary"
xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"

mc:Ignorable="d">
<UserControl.Resources>
<ms:VisiableConverter x:Key="VisiableConverter"></ms:VisiableConverter>

public object Convert(object value, Type targetType, object parameter, string language)
throw new NotImplementedException();
and
public object ConvertBack(object value, Type targetType, object parameter, string language)
throw new NotImplementedException(); -
CRM Upgrade from 7.0 to EhP1 Error - The requested resource does not exist
Hello All,
We have recently upgrade our pilot system in CRM from CRM 7.0 to Ehp1. The upgrade was successful.
However, when I login into the WebUI, I get an error message as follows:
404 Not Found
The requested resource does not exist
Details: Go to main page of this application
I got in touch with the Basis team and tried to activate some services through SICF that were deactivated because of the upgrade. But we still encounter the above error everytime I tried logging into WebUI.
I kindly request to provide some pointers towards the resolution of the same.
Thanks and regards,
VSK.Hi,
please try to activate all SICF services under sap->bc->bsp.
If needed deactivate them and activate afterwards again to be sure all services are active.
Good luck
Kind regards

"+OracleJSP: An error occurred. Consult your application/system administrator for support. Programmers should consider setting the init-param debug_mode to "true" to see the complete exception message.+"
I'm investigating that now, but the roles seemed to be assigned to the user anyway.
When attempting to migrate from HPSu 8.5.2 to Reporting and Analysis 9.3.1 using the 9.3.1 Linux x86 Migration Utility (V11333-01 from edelivery.oracle.com), I get the following error message in a test migration:
The migration process has been failed on 'User Defined Roles' migration step*
I set the log level to debug and looked it over and here are the error details:

We've only one user-defined role in the source system that I don't think is giving us this issue, it is inactivated and "User Roles" was not one of the selected objects to migrate.
I would like to try taking the role completely out of the source system if possible, preferably through SQL applied to the V8 tables or through the SDK.
The error looks like it lies in the migration task following the user role provisioning, doAssignDefaultGroup* and is caused by getProjectNameByID*
The steps I have taken (for sanity sake) so far are:
--I've removed all associations with this user defined role in the source system (users, groups, and roles) using the administrative interface on the web.
--I've unchecked 'User Defined Roles' on the list objects to migrate from the source to target systems in the Migration Utility, but I still get the error.
It looks like it is trying to provision a user defined role in the target system, but it is not finding a default project by the id in the error message.
Are there any Shared Services steps in the target system that need to be taken besides creating a manager type user to use as a log in for the Migration Tool?I turned on the jsp debug init-param for the system for more information about the error. I get the following:
Request URI:/interop/jsp/css/CSSTemplate.jsp
Exception:
OracleJSP:oracle.jsp.parse.JspParseException: /jsp/css/provisionSummary.jsp: Line # 119, <bean:define id="appId" name="appName" property="key"/>
Error: Tag attempted to define a bean which already exists: appId
When I attempt to provision the user I created for administrative purposes, Ialso see the following:
--from the file SharedServices_Metadata.log I see the error:
+2009-09-18 15:55:32,399 \[AJPRequestHandler-HTTPThreadGroup-6\] ERROR com.hyperion.eie.common.cms.CMSFacade - org.apache.slide.structure.ObjectNotFoundException: No object found at /users/admin+

How does one set these logs into debug mode ? -

404 Not Found, the requested resource does not exist
Hi gurus,
We're faciing an issue where when we submit data back to the SRM shopping cart from the MDM catalog UI, we intermittently get a "404 Not Found, the request resource does not exist" error page.
Below is the HTTP trace upon item checkout:
POST 200 text/html; charset=UTF-8 https://server/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tcmdmsrmcat~uisearch/MDM_SRM_UI_App?sap-wd-cltwndid=0cf753a3797111dfa7c662676002500a&sap-wd-appwndid=0cf753a4797111df966b62676002500a&sap-wd-norefresh=X

GET (Cache) application/x-javascript https://server/webdynpro/resources/sap.com/tcwddispwda/global/SSR/js/autorelax.js
The page https://server/webdynpro/resources/sap.com/tcmdmsrmcat~uisearch/Components/com.sap.mdm.srmcat.uisearch.master.Master/ProductForm30703.html is where the 404 error is being generated. And this error is also intermittent, so some time, the page will load with GET 200, but other times, it will show GET 404.
Does anyone know what this ProductForm#####.html does? The ##### is a numerical value that seems to be incrementing on every catalog submission back to SRM shopping cart.
MDM build 03.69
Thanks.Sudhanshu appreciate your quick responses and the intermittent error is what's troubling me as well.
Let me run through the SRM SC scenario for example:
1. In shopping cart professional > Add Item > SRMMDM Catalog
2. In the SRM-MDM catalog > Add an item to cart > Checkout
3. After checkout, is where the intermittent error comes. Sometimes, the ProductForm.html is generated without a problem, and the product data is returned to the SRM SC in line 1.
4. When we're back in the SRM SC professional > Add Item > SRMMDM Catalog to punchout to the catalog again.
5. Again, in the SRM-MDM catalog > Add an item to cart > Checkout
6. Boom...the ProductForm.html page generates a 404 error.
The scenario is similar from SUS to MDM, where for example, the first (or second or third) MDM punch out works, then all of a sudden, the 404 error is generated and it's always at the ProductForm.html where the 404 code is given. I have yet to find a pattern to see what triggers this 404 error. Sometimes the first MDM punchout will generate this 404 error. Sometimes it will work up to 4 or 5 punchouts before the 404 error is generated.
I'm have our BASIS team do a thorough analysis at the portal level to look for errors and still waiting for SAP's response.
Another interesting thing is that this ONLY happens in our dev box. In our QA box, we don't see such a behavior.
Thanks for your time!
