I have an iphone 4s black 16g. The characters on screen have gone so large that I cannot key in the passcode to access the phone or make a call, can anybody help out? I have tried rebooting, without success.

I have two faults! 1, an error comes up in Ps CC 2014 "could not apply the saved panel configuration, restring to default and my tools have disappeared completely and anything ive tried I cannot get them back not even the drop down menu in 'window' helps at all. And 2, Lr everytime I load it up it gives me the option to retry or switch to and it takes a while for me to even get anywhere with it I think it has something to do with the catalogs? I can give a few suggestions on Photoshop CC 2014, but Lightroom is a separate forum and you should ask Lr questions there.
First close Photoshop.
Then start Photoshop by double-clicking on it's icon and very quickly after that, hold down the ctrl-alt-shift keys until you see the reset dialog. answer "Yes" to delete settings, and let Photoshop continue to load.
It's tricky to do and may take a few tries, but at least it should reset Photoshop CC 2014 to defaults.

Why is Safari screen so large that I cannot use the close button?
I've turned off zoom, but all my windows are opening so large that I've had to relocate the dock to the side because I cannot get to the "close" button. What monster did this to me? Mountain Lion 10.8.3?
Screen resolution?
Go to Apple Menu / System Preferences / Displays.
Change the resolution. Whatever numbers are shown, e.g. 1280 x 960, select a larger one. You can keep changing this till you find the resolution that suits you. -

- Other computer.
If this not worked. Put iPhone in to DFU mode. And restore.

Updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 7.0.6 and now cannot use text/phone
I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 7.0.6 and now I cannot use text/phone services. When attempting to access either service from the primary display the screen whites out and freezes up. Settings>Phone allows me to interface with my preference howevver tapping on Settings>Messages (or Settings>Facetime) causes the Settings function to lock up. I have to back out of Settings entirely and restart. This is seriously agrivating.
I would do a full restore in iTunes using your last backup.

The screen on my iPhone has gone black while I was using it. It just "shut off". The phone is still working as I can hear/see it when it plugs into the computer, but the screen just wont turn on. I've tried the soft reset "holding down home and lock screen" and i've tried to restore settings. I went to the apple store and they said I had to send it to my provider (in another country) but my phone contract has run out.
Is there a way to fix this?
If not, is there some way apple can replace the phone? It's less than 2 years old. Surely the screen shouldn't just give out like that.

My iPhone 5s did the same and my company sent me a new one. That one had the same problem. I am now being told by my company that it is an app that I have loaded that is not compatible with the IOS update. They sent me an iPhone6 and advised me to only add my apps one at a time to see which one is causing the problem. Verizon, I was told, has been working on the problem as well. Don't know if all this is true but sounded right to me.
