Theme menu appears end the DVD

Can't change the order of theme menu of a IDVD project. I create a slide show and the theme menu always appears the end of project rather than the begining. This seems to have appear since I upgraded to Life06.

A process by the name of avgcmgr is loading the CPUs by up to 100 percent. At least 5 of them have appeared on the activity monitor. I've removed them with forced quit but they return! How do I permanently get rid of them? CPUA temp is now 194F.

Why has disc menu appeared at the end of dvd?

Hi
Have just finished a project and then decided to create a disc menu to navigate to selected scenes. Burned the disc and found the menu at the end of the disc rather than the beginning. Could anyone inform me how to move it to the begining as I cannot see it anywhere in the timeline.

Sorry for the delay but here's the update.
The menu is now at the beginning of the discs....but.
After the 1st dvd (which was fine except the menu at the end) I altered a couple of scenes in the project and burned a further 2 (for family). I tried various machines and this is the result.
On A toshiba dvd: Menu is at beginning, difference being that when you navigate from the main menu window to the scene selection window the screen format seems to reduce to 4:3 ratio instead of being widescreen. Also when you get to the scene selection window the buttons for navigation do not operate.
On a Sony bluray: Menu is at beginning, but again when you navigate from the main menu window (16:9) to the scene selection window the screen ratio reduces to 4:3.
But in this case the buttons for the scene selection window do operate.
On a windows pc/and Mac.
Same as the sony bluray.
On the bluray, pc and mac because the scene selection window reduces ratio size it causes the selector tab to not be at the side of the scenes when you want to choose them but to overlap onto the thumbnails.
I did another mini test and the scene selection window remained at the correct widescreen ratio.
The one problem that is consistent throughout is that when trying to navigate the menu the scene selection/menu buttons do not all show up or are offset to the scene you want
Hope this is not to long winded but wanted to give you the full picture.

Can't access Menu button on the DVD

I put a Title Menu button in each of my scene submenus. It works just fine on the computer, but after burning the DVD, I can't use the button - it won't even highlight. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

First item to consider is media. I recommend Verbatim / Maxell DVD-R ... Is this what you used? If so, and it still has issues then ....
drag & drop this item/s to the trash and restart the computer
com.apple.iDvd.plist
(make sure to empty the trash)
if that fails then ...
try going into Macintosh HD >Applications > Font Book, then look for
fonts that have a black dot beside them. Highlight these fonts, then from the menu bar select > Edit > Resolve Duplicates to turn these fonts off.
If nothing posted above works for you then please try making a disc image from iDVD's file menu and use apple's dvd player to test said image. if it plays exactly as expected, then this too would tend to point toward your choice of media/s and not iDVD6.

Downloading TV shows from itunes - episodes appearing seperately not all under the same series despite all the information being the same. How can I get them to appear under the same series

I have many series - NCIS, West Wing etc where some episodes appear under the series and some appear on their own.
I have checked the info anf they appear to be identical.
How do I get them to group together corectly?

After a couple of days, I'm noticing that the repeat(ing) offenders have more than 10 episodes, and seem to keep repeating them every time I sync.
They only show once in my phone and in the iTunes Podcasts, but through iTunes and looking at what's in my phone is when I see the repeats.
Even after I've marked a podcast as played, and deleted it from within my phone, as well as telling iTunes to delete the played episodes, it still shows multiples of the played episodes.
There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it either. They aren't the newest ones either.

Nav menu appearing in the centre of page

Hello,
I am in need of some help. Im a graphic designer by trade - but a friend of mine who has a kooky web shop has been left in the lurch by her web guy and has asked me to have a look at the problem. The left nave window of her shop is appearing in the center of the page instead of the left menu.

I can't for the life of me see why that isnt working.... lol, I should stick to photoshop and fireworks, Im sure.

Why can I not see some downloads on Apple TV as well as them not appearing on the library on my laptop too.

My iPhone 4s and my iPad mini retina shows all the downloads. However, I have now signed up with Apple TV but all the songs are not showing. I also have songs missing within the iTunes library on my laptop. Can anyone give me a solution?

HT2474 When I click on application in my dock, only the small black opaque menu appears. The application window does not open automatically.

What version of OS X are you running?

"Save Image As" does not appear on the right click menu of an image I want to save.

Trying to save images as a file to my desktop/laptop. I right click on the image and the menu appears. The entry Save Image As... is not present on the menu. How do I get the menu to show this entry?
I've heard that the problem may have something to do with plug-ins, but I've reinstalled and disabled each of them. It didn't change anything.

Does that happen with all images or only on specific web pages?
Can you post a link if the later applies?
Can you save the images via Tools > Page Info > Media ?
To be sure:
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
* Use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.

You can also try "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the [[Safe mode]] start window.

fcx4 bin clips are not appearing in the viewer after clicking on them , i need help getting them to appear in the viewer.

I have the same issue. I am using apex.oracle.com for some test applications, but for last couple of weeks when I login and click the "Application builder" I could not see my applications there (around 4-5 of them)! It says No applications found.
Neither I have any application groups setup nor do any criteria given in "Application" search field under "Application builder".
The only way I could access some, if not all, of my applications is to pull it from the link under the context box "Recent" (which you can see in the right hand side of the "Application builder" page.)
Any help is greatly appreciated. This issue is not a show stopper as I could still pull out my critical applications from the recent link, but its definitely a worrisome issue.

When I 'share' photos from iPhoto to Facebook they don't appear on the Facebook newsfeed?
The only way I can get them to appear on the Facebook newsfeed is to 'share' the album within Facebook. Does anyone know why iPhoto only puts the photos on my profile wall and not for people to view in the newsfeed?

In iphoto, I click on events. In events I clilck on an event but it deos not appear as photos on the screen which remains blank. The photos are however available by clicking on the event under "RECENT" in the side bar.

Make a temporary, backup copy of your library if you don't already have one (Control-click on the library and select Duplicate from the contextual menu) and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #3, followed by #4 and then #1 as needed.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

Best way is to use another App, something like Photo Manager Pro which is an excelent app. You can do everything you can't with Apple's sofware: order pictures in the order you want, any order; copy, paste, transfer... you name it, it does it.
