Question

So here's the story, a friend of mine had some problems with her Nokia n900, living in Canada we had to buy it from an asian mall but it sill had the warranty and everything so cool. Anyway, she calls Nokia in Canada, they send her a box with shipping and everything, cool so far, right?
Wrong, they then send the unit back with a broken screen and pry marks where they tried to get into it. She calls them, obviously furious and they tell her they can't do anything and the reason she sent it back was because it's an American model. They told her to contact Nokia in the US, so she did.
Chapter 2: they at first, without even looking at it, say they can't do anything, then after talking to a supervisor she finally gets them to consider it, supervisor says she will call back... 3 weeks later no call, so we try calling them and the supervisor is never there and there are no notes on the account.
Eventually we get in contact with her and she says to send the phone in and they will replace it, awesome! Only not... We send it in using the directions they told us to follow, but the person who received it never read any of the directions, they just opened it and fixed it, then wanted us to pay shipping back. (like $30). Since we were told that the unit would be replaced this made us pretty mad, and now they were absolutely refusing to replace it. 
We eventually get a hold of the supervisor again who said she would try to sort it out, we get a phone call weeks later saying its been replaced and shipped out.
She opens the box... And its the same one but with a new screen.
After trying to call Nokia back about it, they are refusing to replace it now that we have it.
Now she doesn't want to have to deal with it anymore but I am getting pretty upset... .
If anyone can offer me any assistance or where I could post this to get assistance, that would be great.
