Three Computers One Sign-in?

I understand that you can only use the product on one computer at a time but install on two, I have a situation though where I have a personal account, and a work account for CC. I also have a work PC, and Laptop. As well as my Laptop. My personal Laptop has CC applications installed from my personal CC account. My Work laptop and Computer are both on my Work CC account.
Understanding the situation above, my question is: Am i going to encounter a problem with swapping my work account between the three computers as to transfer settings and such when working for work and working for personal (I.E. application settings that transfer when you sign in to the CC applications and such)?

You may get better help asking about application settings in the forum for the application

  • Installing Photoshop CS6 on Three Computers

Hi, I have three computers, One Desktop as my main production machine, one 17" Laptop as my Studio Shooting machine and a 15" as my travel machine.  I would like to install Photoshop CS6 all on three machines but using only one at a time.  At the moment, the Activation process does not allow me to do this.
I would very much appreciate some help on this.
    Many thanks
    Ed

You can only Activate Photoshop on 2 computers at any one time, if you need to install on a 3rd PC you will need to Deactivate it on one of the other PC's

  • Can I install CC on three computers - I only use one of them at a time?

I'd like to use CC on three computers in three cities where I travel - I only use one computer at a time - is this possible with a single license? If so, how?

As long as you sign out of at least one of them you can.  Sign out before you depart from a given city and you should be set to sign in at another.

  • One of the computers on my homesharing network is automatically downloading purchases even though settings are not checked for this to occur?  What am I missing here?  BTW only one of the three computers (pc) is doing this.

We have three computers (two pcs and one mac) on our home sharing network. When I buy a song on my pc it is automatically downloading it to my husband's pc - but not my daugher's mac.  The settings on each library do not indicate any items should automatically download.  What am I missing here?  This is  a relatively recent thing I just noticed.  It was not always happening in this way.  Help.  Both pcs are on Windows 7.  Thanks in advance for any help.  My husband and I don't always like the same songs so I need help to get back to marital bliss....

I think I found the answer to my own problemin case anyone experienced the same thing.  There is a separate spot in itunes under preferences to allow for automatic downloads from other devices.  It seems unrelated to home sharing.  I unchecked the boxes under the "store" section and that appears to have taken care of the issue.

  • Curios text in one of three computers when displaying the very same mail in Outlook. I run Outlook 2003 under Windows 8.1.1

Curios text in one of three computers when displaying the very same mail in outlook.
I run Outlook 2003 under Windows 8.1.1 in all of my 3 computers. 70% of the mail from the same sender are shown OK in the actual computer and 100% of the very same mail are shown OK in the two other computers. If I forwards an OK received
mail from one of the “100%”, it will be received OK in the “70%” as well. For me the wrong displayed mail shows up as some kind of vector-descriptors (non converted html?). All links in blue are displayed ok and most of the text is readable in an unformatted
way. When it comes to logos etc it’s not readable at all. What to do?

  • Why do my internet filters quit working on one of my three computers when both computers are identical?

I have three computers with identical software, versions of Firefox (18.0.1), and identical in extensions. However for some reason, on just the one computer my content filters (ProCon and Blocksi) are no longer working. They're enabled. I've cleared cache and cookies. I've restarted Firefox 5 times already. I've used Google. All to no avail.
I've disabled all extensions but one the ones that don't work. Still nothing. They work perfectly on the other two. But on this one they just suddenly stop doing their job.
So what do I do? Does this make sense? Is there something on that shouldn't be that I am unaware of?
I have a feeling the answer is something simple that I missed.

I appreciate the response. Funny thing is that all I did was disable a plugin (dunno what the Java plugin does) and it works now. I've re-enabled the plugin and the extensions still work. I'm going to disable it and leave it that way unless my computer complains about it.
This is one of those times I wish I understood coding better to make complete sense of it.

  • I have different music files all over three computers. Everytime I connect my iPod to one of these computers it transfer the music files from that computer but delete the music files that I already have in my iPod. I want all my music in my iPod.

I have different music files in three computers.
Everytime I connect my iPod into one of these computers it transfer the music files from that computer but delete the music files that I already have in my iPod.
I want all my music in my iPod.
    What I need to do?
    Thanks!

I haven't researched it and I don't claim to know everything about iTunes, but it has always been my understanding that you can only use one computer per iPod, but you can have multiple iPods per computer. From what I understand, this is to prevent illegal sharing and whatnot.

  • With three browsers on three computers, how can you maintain them individually if they all match one another? Which is the dominant browser?

With three browsers on three computers, how can you maintain them individually if they all match one another? Which is the dominant browser?
For example, how can I have one addon disabled or removed on one computer's browser without is affecting the other computers?

If you are referring to the Firefox Sync service, they are all equal. When data is changed on one computer, the changes will be sent to the other computers once Firefox is opened the next time.
If you don't one type of data synchronized on a particular computer, then don't select that type of data for being synchronized.

  • Three computers, two Outlook accounts, one Pearl 8110

Here is my situation:  I use Outlook 2007 at home with standard POP access to my Yahoo e-mail address.  I just started a new job with a company that has an enterprise server with wireless sync capability.  What I want to do is have my personal Outlook account at home be consistent with/sync with my business Outlook account at work, and have it consistent across three computers -- laptop at work, laptop at home, and desktop at home.  Currently, I don't use my BB for my personal e-mail (I inherited the phone from my previous job, and I'm too cheap to pay for the data package with my carrier), so the non-e-mail functions -- Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes -- are the most critical to to me, but if it's possible to pick up my personal/home e-mails, also, that would be ideal.  I sync at home manually, both with my laptop and my desktop, and at work I'll use the wireless sync.  Is it possible to make all this work the way I envision it?  Thanks for your help.

Thanks.  Here's my problem though -- I'm more concerned about keeping my calendar and contacts and tasks and notes consistent across the three computers.  I'm set up for wireless sync at the office, but when I try to manually sync at home, it tells me that I can't sync without turning off wireless sync.  That's a pretty cumbersome process to do every day, you know?  Add to it that when I turn wireless sync back on, I get a message that says "changes made while wireless sync was turned off may be lost . . ."  Sort of defeats the purpose, doesn't it?

  • We have three computers in the house--2 crashed before I could deauthorize home sharing.  Now, with my new MacAir, the total computers in our household is 3 but home sharing will not allow me to add the other device.

We have three computers in the house (iMac, MacAir and the new MacAir I just received) in addition to 2 iPhones and 2 iPads.  2 Macbook Pros are no longer in use (both crashed before home sharing could be deauthorized) but now I have reached my maximum device allowance (5), even though only 2 computers are currently active.  How can I reset the authorized computer numbers?

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. Otherwise you can "deauthorize all" from your iTunes account.
    Open iTunes on a computer
From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Under "Computer Authorizations" select "Deauthorize All".
Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "deauthorize all" your authorized computers, authorize each one as required.

  • I use three computers

I have a mac pro at the office, and I use a macbook pro when on photoshoots, and a macbook air when out and about or traveling. I use all three computers at least once or twice a week.
I understand the software can be activated on two machines, however is there a way to manage the registration on more than two devices? I.e. Register and de-register the two laptops as I need to use them?

I am no authority on the matter, but to me it sounds doable based on the following information:
Activation, deactivation | Sign in, sign out
    http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-deactivation-products.html
    Deactivate
A single license for Adobe software lets you install the software on two computers. However, you can use the software on only one computer at any given time. If you want to install the software on a third computer, deactivate the software on the computer on which you will no longer use the software. Then, activate the software on the new computer. Uninstalling software does not deactivate it.
How easy is it to toggle back and forth continually however and when needed?
How many computers can I install my Creative Cloud apps on?

If you install on a third computer, it will request you to de-activate on the other two computers.  You can then reactivate one of the previous two computers, and use Creative Cloud apps on it. If you regularly need to use the Creative Cloud on more than two computers then it would be best to purchase an additional subscription.
    Hope something helps your efforts.

  • HT1420 I can't deauthorise my daughter's last computer from iTunes because it has crashed. We have three computers in the house but I can't authorise my new MacbookPro for iTunes or homesharing. So I can't even get my music from my old Macbook into my new

I can't deauthorise my daughter's last computer from iTunes because it has crashed. We have three computers in the house but I can't authorise my new MacbookPro for iTunes or homesharing because it says I have 5 computers authorised (I don't). I can't even get my music from the iTunes library on my old Macbook onto my new one, because it won't let me sync my iPhone 5 with my old Macbook, as I can't update the iTunes software. So I have a new MacbookPro and a new iPhone 5 and I can't get any of my music on either of them. I feel singularly depressed.

As you have more than 1 computer authorised then you should be able to log into your account on your computer's iTunes (Store > View My Account) and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.

  • Why is it harder to use Lightroom on three computers than to use Photoshop?

I own three computers: A desktop, a recently acquired laptop, and a still serviceable laptop that I use occasionally.
If I understand things correctly, the license agreement for Photoshop allows me to install it on all three machines, so long as it is activated on no more than two at a time.  Moreover, I believe that Adobe recently changed their policy to remove the limits on activations and deactivations, so if I am taking a laptop somewhere, I just have to be sure that Photoshop is activated on it before I go.
The situation with Lightroom is different, because there is no way to deactivate it once it is installed.  I asked customer service what I should do if I wanted to use it on three machines, and was offered two options: (1) Buy two copies; or (2) Uninstall and reinstall each time I wanted to switch machines.  I haven't tried it, but I do not think that this advice is correct, because I do not think that uninstalling Lightroom actually unregisters it, but maybe I'm wrong about that.
Be that as it may, I'm writing this note to say that some other software vendors solve this problem more congenially than Adobe.  Some of them allow their products to be installed on three computers, not just two.  Some of them will sell you a third license at half price.  Others will give you a third license for the asking if you have a reasonable explanation.  Still others will say "Actually, we'll let you install on any number of computers as long as you use it only on one at a time."
Is anyone at Adobe reading this who might be willing to press for a more reasonable policy for Lightroom?

Your catalog, presets, previews remain intact during an uninstall. Don't see why that would happen.
BTW, if you want to reach Adobe with your concern, this is a User-User forum. The correct place is here: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/products/photoshop_family_photoshop_lightro om

  • FlASH DRIVE RECOGNIZED BY TWO OF THREE COMPUTERS

Have a new Transcend flash drive.  I have three computers: 1 with Windows X and two with Windows 8.  The one with Windows X and one of the ones with Windows 8 (a notebook) recognizes the flash drive.  But the towers desktop with Windows 8
does not.  What to do?  (The computer that will not recognize this flash drive recognized everything else, including other flash drives.)

Answers to the questions by Olaf:  I tried other USB ports.  No different!  No, the SSD does not show up in the Device Manager or the Disk Management Console.  No, Windows does not attempt to install a driver! No, there is no security
    suite installed with that configuration!
I have decided that the best answer is to take the damn SSD and either throw it away or use it in other computers only, where it works just fine.   (PS. I bought two more SSD's on sale.  They, work just fine in all three computers.)
Final PS:  Thank you, Olaf.  And greetings to you from the United States.
