Hi all,
I nee help to overcome this type of SLIN error....
Use addition UNIT when outputting MARA_MDEZ-PTRANS,
"PTRANS" is defined as ptrans LIKE mdez-mng01....(where mng01 = Quantity received or quantity required).
How to overcome this error.

Maximum Number Of Applications Are Getting certificate expired or error.how to overcome the problem.

To add with above, you can change the date back to 2008 or 2009 in clock settings before installation and when installation finished change it to current 2010. this will only work with "Certificate expired".

Overcome the runtime error from Widening Cast

Good Afternoon.
I created a Super class and Sub Class.
I created an object for super class reference variable.
Then i pass like this.
sub ?= super.
Then call the Super Class emthods by using Sub class reference variable.
Then press the Execute button.
Then it goes to the DUMP.
While i am using Narrowing Cast then it is working Properly.
But for the Widening Cast only it is taking the problem. It goes to the dump.
In BSP Widening cast working properly.
For my program why it is going to dump.
How i over come that DUMP.
Is there any Exceptions or give me the reson why it is going it dump. how i will solve that problem.
Give the data on above problem with screen shorts if possible.

Hi Krishna,
You can down-cast(widening cast) a class ref variable into its sub-class' class ref variable only if you have already done an up-cast(narrowing cast) of sub-class' class ref variable into the super class' class ref variable ....
that is
sub ?= super.
is possible only if
super = sub.
was already done...
If u r getting MOVE_CAST_ERROR error, this could be the reason...

Hi,
You need to add unit syntex in the write statement.
WRITE ptrans UNIT meins. etc.
And make sure you have also defined the the unit while decalring the ptrans.
e.g.: ptrans type c unit meins. etc.

I am using the firefox version 17 and when i drag and drop an image on my website. It gives me the following error.

In that Enter some message text in 001.
This will solve ur problem

I am sorry but I haven't check this forum in the last weeks because of lack of time. Thanks for your hint regarding a potential solution. Taking a look a the note I have some problem in "using" it.
This note contains a number of potential solutions regarding our problem.
Solution 1.) one could use the modification as described. Surprising to read that SAP is saying: do a modification to solve the problem. => this is only possible "manually" I am not sure If I will follow this approach
Solution 2.) Change the URL: This solution scenario I do not understand. The solution path is "very" short and not very instructive. This is the story:
You can do this by adding "_OLD" to the name of the application of the URL created for the configuration: Use "CONFIGURE_APPLICATION_OLD" instead of "CONFIGURE_APPLICATION"
and "CONFIGURE_COMPONENT_OLD" instead of "CONFIGURE_COMPONENT". If you want to use this function as your standard, you have to change the original application. To do this, set the parameter "OLD_TR" to "X".
This solution path is "to short". I do not get the "message" what to do.
Furthermore: Does that mean you have to use this peculiar solution any time durnig software development of webdynpro components using configurations? In my opinion yes. This is therefore only a "workaround solution" and nothing else.
And there can I find this parameter "old_tr" they are talking about?
Sap note 1060287 is the "same" kind (Symptom of this note:
If you use the configuration editor, there may be errors during transport handling or
DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND crashes.).
Here they are saying:

So in SP13 there seems to be a solution (I haven't found up to now the corresponding note). But does that now mean I must implement the complete support package?

Installing the appropriate combo update may help...
If you are running v10..7 Lion, install the OS X Lion Update 10.7.4 (Client Combo)
For 10.6 Snow Leopard > Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo
Then restart your Mac. Try the App Store.
If that doesn't help, try the following..
Quit the App Store if it's open.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar top of your screen click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration
Click Go
Move the NetworkInterfaces.plist file from the SystemConfiguration folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store and try downloading Mountain Lion.
You may also need to disable anti virus software and turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (or Security & Privacy) > Firewall

What are you trying to sync?
I see you are on ios 7.
I also had upgraded my iPad Mini to ios 7 & then the 1st time I tried to open a Numbers file that was set up to sync w my MacBookPro, I got a warning that I would not be able to sync it any more w my Mac until I upgraded to Mavericks.
So if you are trying to sync Numbers, Pages or Keynote files between your iPad mini in ios 7 and a Mac that hasn't been upgraded to Mavericks that could be the problem.
I was very shocked to get that message since I bought Numbers on the iPad so that I could have a particular file on both devices & keep them synced. I had no clue when I upgraded to ios 7 on the iPad Mini that it would make it so the files in the iWorks apps woudln't sync any more.
So I finally decided to go ahead & upgrade to Mavericks after carefully preparing & updating other software so that it would work w Mavericks. But I got error messages so haven't even been able to download Mavericks & now having 2nd thoughts about doing so.

In my application , there are two InputSelectDate(Start Date & End Date) and each of them goes under validation rule ( Entity Level). The validation works fine but when both of Attributes not valid I got one extra error which is

I managed to do step 3, but I got two errors when I tried to create a new phase listener in order to return custom life cycle.
The errors are:
-Error(8,27): method createPageLifecycle() in class view.MyADFPhaseListener cannot override method createPageLifecycle() in class oracle.adf.controller.faces.lifecycle.ADFPhaseListener with different return type, was class oracle.adf.controller.v2.lifecycle.PageLifecycle
-Error(9,20): incompatible types; found: class view.MyFacesPageLifecycle, required: class oracle.adf.controller.lifecycle.PageLifecycle
