To show data corresponding to the Largest Week

In the query I need to show the Order Qty for different products for the Largest Week.
How can this be achieved, the query is based on Cube.

I will explain by an example. If i Hvae following Data:
Week   Product   Qty
01/05    P1      180
01/05    P3      120
02/05    P1      100
02/05    P3      200
03/05    P2      350
03/05    P1      290
Then the query should show :
Week   Product   Qty
03/05    P2      350
03/05    P1      290
So, by largest week I intend to say for latest week.

How to format a date to display the ISO week number in BI Publisher ?

Hi there,
I need to format a date to display the ISO week number in BI Publisher.
I've tried the following <?format-date:NEED_BY_DATE;'WW'?>, but it returns a week number (1-53) where week 1 starts on the first day of the year and continues to the seventh day of the year, which is not what I want.
I want the ISO week number (1-52 or 1-53), the one implemented by the 'IW' format mask of the Oracle PL/SQL TO_CHAR() function for example.
I've tried using 'IW' format mask, but it is not recognised by BI Publisher.
Also, as I'm working on an RTF template, I've tried 'IW' as MS Word date format, but it is not recognised by MS Word :-((
Any help would be much appreciated,

The thing is I don't have access to the query, unless I modify a standard E-Businees Suite view (one of those used to generate the PO document in Purchasing).

Time Machine - Data created during the last week not being backed up

I've been searching through all the hints, though haven't been able to solve this problem.
Time machine backs up regularly - though every once in a while when it shows that its backing up the data; but nothing actually gets backed up. Most of the time it works by using one of the hints on the top of this forum.
However this time - I've tried everything in the hints, but am unable to get Time Machine to backup files created last week - they're there in my Documents folder but do not get backed up. New files which I create get backed up.
I think the problem can be solved if I could get time machine to do a deep traversal - but have not been able to do that
I've tried the following:
1. Booted into Safe Mode and rebooted into normal
2. Re-installed 10.6.6 combo update

How to show last value of the delivery week

Hi, iam facing problem displaying last qty value wrt delivery week.
the records in the cube are as follows:

Is there an app that shows data usage at the top of screen on a iPhone

I'm looking for an app that will run a data usage readout at the top of my iPhone 5 running in real time in the background
Does anyone know of an app that does that?

I have 6 bluetooth devices paired with my iphone. The speakers (same brand for home and office) are in position 1 and 2. (office is number 2)
When I come into my office in the morning, the power to the speakers is already on. I have to go to settings/bluetooth and select the speakers in my office in order to connect. It does not connect automatically. When I leave my office to go elsewhere in the building that's out of range, if I take my iPhone, I have to reconnect when I get back to my office. I suppose I could turn the speakers off, then back on again, but that's just one more step I shouldn't have to take. Interesting enough, when I enter my family room with my speakers at home (position 1) the speakers connect automatically.
What I'm looking for is an app that lets me select specific bluetooth devices and places an icon on my screen. Then all I'd need to do is press that icon and automatically be connected to the bluetooth device I want.
BTW, I have a bluetooth hands free device in my car. (position 3 on the list) When I get in, I always have to do the same thing to connect to it.

Report to show data based on the Selection

I have a prompt which is having three filters i.e. Region Country and City.
I have to create a report which shuold show the revenue share based on the selection of the Prompt.
Say When the Region is selected as Eurpoe then report should be:
Europe : 12%
Say When the Counrty is selected as UK then report should be:
UK: 6%
Say When the City iis selected as London then report should be:
London : 1.2%
How can we get this implemented?

You want a level based measure in the BMM which will allow you to derive the region share regardless of filtering.
Then simply use Region is prompted in the report to filter for only the region you want.
For level based measure, duplicate your measure and drag it to the total level of your Region hierarchy. Define you % measure in the BMM as a logical calc.

Entourage not showing 'sent items' from the past week.

Hi all,
I've been using Google Apps Mail to host my domains' email accounts, and Entourage on my Mac to access them in the office, for a year or two with no problems.
(other than trialling the disastrous MobileMe, but that's another story)
My sent emails stopped appearing in my Sent Items folder a week ago - but I didn't change anything. Using the web client I can see emails in there that I've sent today, but in Entourage, the most recent is seven days ago.
Just to reiterate: the emails ARE stored in the Sent Items folder, but Entourage is not picking any new ones up.
Any ideas?

It sounds like your manager has delegated you right to only his inbox folder. If you need full access, there is a setting on his mailbox to provide full access to his mailbox which would allow you to see the full folder structure.
This is essentially Exchange 2013 running in office 365 so I will do my best to explain what to do without having access to O365.
Navigate to the Exchange Admin Center, find Recipients and your manager's name. Click Edit (pencil icon) on your manager's name and click the "mailbox delegation" menu on the left side of the window. Scroll down to the very bottom where it says Full Access
and add your name there.
Within 15 minutes, and probably closing and re-opening Outlook client, your manager's mailbox should appear as a second mailbox in your outlook profile automatically.

Hide the Description of KF, only show data

Hello all,
I have a scenario where in BEx Analyzer I see repeated description somewhat like this:
2005...no.Products
2006...no.Products
2007...no.Products
2008...no.Products
I have used 'query properties'-display-Hide repeated key figures (checked) but its not working for me.
Acutally I don't want to display description 'no. Products', only its data is important to show.
when I go into Properties of 'no.Products'-display- there I can use 'Hide' but then its does not show anything: not description 'no.Products' and also no data.
Also I tried to delete the description of this CKF and in that case the technical name of 'no. products' is shown in BEx Analyzer
is there any way where I show data but not the description

Well I have already tried this but this doesnot work for me. I have CKF 'no.Products' which is created at global level and using it in a query.
Selecting this KF-properties-General tab-description: 'no.Products' but when I delete this description and save the query then there is no effect in BEx Analyzer; still I can see 'no.Products'. I come back in Query designer and 'no.Products' Description is there (which I deleted myself).
I even created a new CKF 'no.Products' without any Description (where it show 'new calculated key figure') and used that in my query but in that case 'Technical name' of this CKF is shown in BEx Analyzer.

Looking for formula to fill dates of particular days of week for a given month

I have a Numbers document with a sheet for each month of the year, named "January", "February", "March", etc.
Each sheet contains a table as follows:
I am looking for a function that will calculate the dates in a given month that I am due to see each client, based on the year (contained in a single cell table on a seperate sheet) and the month of the sheet (I am presuming that a function can refer to the name of a sheet). These dates would populate the cells under "Session 1", "Session 2", etc. (for some days of the week there may be only four sessions, for others five).
I hope this is clear, and would be grateful for any help in getting this working.

Here's an example, using September, 2011 as the month.
Main Table:
A1: =DATE(Year :: A2,9,1)
This calculates the Date and Time value for midnight at the beginning of the first day of the ninth month of the year indicated in cell A2 of the table "Year" (September 1, 2011). It uses a Custom format to display only the month and year of this date. The Dates calculated in the rest of the table depend on the Date and Time value in this cell.
A2 - A11: Entered data. Not used in calculations.
B2 - B10: Entered data. The text values here are used as search-for values, and must match the text values in column A of the table Weekday lookup.
C2, Filled down to C10: =$A$1+MOD(7-WEEKDAY($A$1)+VLOOKUP(B,Weekday lookup :: $A:$B,2,FALSE),7)
This calculates the Date corresponding to the first occurrence of the weekday indicated in B during the month in A1. The result is a Date and Time value (used in formulas to the right). The cells use a custom format to display only the Day (of the month) number.
D2, Filled right to column F and down to row 10: =C+7
Calculates the date seven days after the date in column C.
G2, filled down to row 10: =IF(MONTH($A$1)=MONTH(F+7),F+7,"")
This is the same formula as used in D2, but adds a check to suppress the calculation if the result is not in the same month as other dates on the table.
Year: The requested single cell table to record the year.
Weekday Lookup: A lookup table from which to retrieve the weekday number for the day in column B of the main table.
Custom formats:
Select cells C2 - G10
Open the Inspector > Cell Format Inspector > Date and Time
Delete the unwanted elements from the workspace in the Inspector.
Repeat for cell A1.

PS: Numbers cannot use the Sheet name or Table name as data for a formula unless the name is placed into a cell on a table.

Some Data Missing in the inbound Idoc received from Gentran

Hi,
We are receing one custom message type with the basic type ORDER05 in SAP from Gentran. When we checked the destination file generated in Gentran, its showing data for all the segments. However in SAP when we checked the corresponding idoc we find the segment E1EDP05 is missing. The Gentran team says they are placing the destination file in the unix server of SAP. However we dont find these files in the SAP Unix server. Could anybody advise what could be the problem and where we need to check further ?

Gentran will never be able to create an IDOC within SAP. Here is what happens:
> Gentran creates a flatfile/XML which is in the IDOC format (the one which you can see in WE60).
> Gentran then places this flat file/XML in a folder on Application server. This can be UNIX, Windows NT, etc..
> Gentran then triggers the Startrfc.exe which will trigger EDI_DATA_INCOMING function module.
> This FM will parse the data, check it for consistency of the defined standards, then write the control record into EDIDC and corresponding data records into EDID4 and updates the relevant statuses (i.e. 01 - added, etc). It'll then look into the partner profile setup, look for process code and moves the status to 64 and calls the inbound FM which will post the application document.
In you case, you need to find out what file is coming in and where E1EDP05 has missed. The data will only be sent by Gentran. The inbound function modules will never update IDOC data records (unless there is a customization). The status records are updated.
If E1EDP05 is not mapped and sent by Gentran and you still used to see it, then there should have been a customization in place to add values to IDOC segment fields. Try to get the final file that is mapped from either X12/EDIFACT and then see if E1EDP05 segment is present in there. If it is present then upload the same file into AL11 using CG3Z and call EDI_DATA_INCOMING or WE19 to process it. Once processed, you'll can observe if E1EDP05 is being created or not.

GR/Delivery Date required in the Invoice Verification screenlayout

Dear Forum,
We notice that when the users perform the Invoice Verification thru MIRO, in the screenlayout corresponding to 'All Information' the system populates the date under the 'Delivery Date' column, however, this date corresponds to the Delivery Date mentioned in the PO Header and does not reflect the actual GR Date. The users want this to be replaced by the actual Delivery Date when the goods were received and GR was posted. Is there a way to replace this or else modify the layout so that the actual Delivery Date is populated. The reason is that the users want the baseline date to be replaced by the actual GR date and do want to go for another step involving the scrutinizing of the PO History.

When downloading/uploading any file with Firefox, Finder shows date but not time

On my iMac, as I either upload or download a file using Firefox after installing Lion, the Finder window that opens for me to tell it where to either download the file to or upload it from, shows dates of all the existing docs there, but not the time. How can I make it show the time as well?

I have found the problem.
A download manager had been installed for a specific website and it was butting in all the time. Even after removing it with 'Add or remove software' it still had its hooks into the system and it was impossible to download anything as it now would not run.
Had to do an XP 'System restore' before I could get rid of it.
The offending program was MD_setup.exe size 3,045KB from the themediadownloader.com

Get the current week and subtract 12 weeks

Hi Experts,
Am getting the system current date and getting the current week using the FM->GET_WEEK_INFO_BASED_ON_DATE. Again I want to subtract 12 weeks including the current week. But still confused with the logic.
Also I came to know that I can use FM->DATE_GET_WEEK and can subtract 12 weeks from it.
So please advice how can I proceed further and how can I get the weeks that should be lesser than the 12weeks from the current week.

Hi everyone,
I'm sorry if this topic has already been covered. I've searched the forums for an answer, but did not see anything I took to be an answer (I'm not very good at this).
I'm trying to make a simple table to tell me which dates a particular day of the week falls on. For instance, I'm making a syllabus for a class that meets every Tuesday and Thursday. I want to know which dates corresponds to every Tuesday and Thursday from here on out.
I currently have a table with two columns. The first column is the day of the week. The first row is Tuesday, the second is Thursday, the third Tuesday, etc. I was able to do this easily with auto fill. I want the next column to be the date.
Here's a picture of what I mean:
Is there a formula that will let me do this?

How about putting both into the first column?
Select all of column A and use the Cell Format inspector to set the format as Date and Time, with the Date: and Time: pop-up menus set to:
Date: Mon, Jan 5, 2009
or: Monday, January 5, 2009
or to a Custom format, Date and Time, including only the elements you want in the format you want them.
Time: None
Enter the starting date into A2, and confirm that it is either a Tuesday or a Thursday.
In A3, enter
=A2+2 (if the course starts on a Tuesday)
or
=A2+5 (if the course starts on a Thursday)
In A4, enter
=A2+7
Select A3 and A4, then grab the control (small circle at the lower right corner of the selection) and drag down until you reach the last date of the course.

Q1: I would like to know if I can show directly when I'm going on this page the current week.
Q2: Is it possible to put on "Start time" field the current date minus one month? and "End time" field the current date plus one year?
