Toggle between front and rear video capture device

Question

Hi.
First of all, is this where I can ask questions about wp c#?
second, How do I programmatically toggle front and rear video camera? I what to put a menu item option to switch between front(if available) and rear camera. Can you provide me with c# code to do this?
notes: I'm using directive Microsoft.Devices and the following Classes to capture videos:

For you question, we can use DeviceInformaiton class to find all webcams and then get the front or back webcam.
 Code looks like the following.
