Total of In stock showing during AR transactions

Dear experts
May I know how to show In stock total for individual warehouse instead the lump sum total of In stock during AR transactions?
e.g.
Item A
100 units in Warehouse 1
200 units in warehouse 2
during AR transaction, e.g. Sales Order, when I choose Warehouse 1for Item A, it should show total of 100 units instead of 300 units at In Stock at the line item.
Please advice so that the system can show the In stock total correctly based on each warehouse during AR transaction?

You can use this FS

on a UDF setting autorefresh when exiting altered column WHSE.

ST03N shows users accessing transactions even when not logged in

Hello all...
We are trying to determine how many times a user executed a transaction during a specific period, and are using ST03N to do this.
We get the information fine, but it shows non-system users as having accessed transactions on days they are not logged in or it shows excessive use of a transaction (i.e 8000 times in a 20 day period).
We have confirmed that no batch jobs or system jobs are running or have run under their ID's. Additionally, it shows use of transactions which the users are not authorized to use.
Please help as we are trying to explain this for SOX purposes.

We can use AL08, but it doesn't show any user activity for the specific users that keep popping up in ST03N.
RFC calls seem to be closest to explaining this, but how can one track the calls made by a user? Additionally, if the ID is not authorized to perform a transaction shouldn't the RFC call fail?

Pop-up screen not showing while accessing transactions in SAP CRM WEB-UI

When we are logging on SAP CRM WEB UI, for transactions like Lead, Complaints and Activities-
Sometimes Pop up screen is showing for selecting transaction types, but sometimes it is not showing.
We have tried it on different work stations with same user id and standard business roles , but we are not able to trace the problem. Also with same id sometimes error shows, "No business roles attached, not allowed to logon,
after that when we tried on other workstation with same id we were able to access all transactions.
Please suggest what would be the problem.

This is sporadically occurring issue hence I cannot pin point one single reason. Since sometimes you are able to logon and some time not certainly it could not be a Role authorization issue.
Just check if your business role is properly configured. Thats all i can say.

Some Software Component Versions do not show up in transaction sproxy

I have a landscape with a CRM system, a PI system (with the SLD on it) and some other systems.
In transaction sproxy in the CRM system the Software Component Version SAP CRM ABAP 7.0 shows up, but others that should be there like SAP ABA 7.01 are not there.
So I went on the SLD and edited the technical system for the CRM system, I added the product SAP CRM 7.00 and set the checkmark for installed for the relevant SWCVs like SAP ABA 7.01.
I then went to the business system for the relevant CRM client and there also checked those SWCVs.
But still they do not show up in transaction sproxy in the CRM system.
What am I missing?

No. TV Shows are kept in the cloud which is a different thing all together from iCloud. iCloud is your own personal strage space for backups and other App data. "the cloud" in the case of Tv shows and movies is in Apple's own media servers. So you can't simply delete a show from there.
This however means that the show in the cloud is not taking up space in your iCloud storage. As Axeman points out: you can Hide it, but you'll need a computer to do so.

Profiles 화면을 open한 후, 해당 profile option을 조회하면 End date에 값이 들어가 있습니다.

Per internal only bugs 2862423 and 3381431, Development decided to remove this
profile option for better usability of the product. Per Development: "...it
could potentially hide transactions from the users and prevent them from
categorizing and including transactions in the expense report.".
There is no equivilant profile option in OIE.H or higher. All credit card
transactions, regardless of age, are now visable in the OIE product.

What to do if screen is totally black with curser showing?

This morning after having Mac Pro in sleep mode I went to use computer and screen is totally blank with curser showing. I turned computer off and the screen appeared white with the apple logo but once it was on screen went black again. Can someone give me some direction on what is wrong.?

Replenishment upto max. stock level during SNP heuristics run.

Hi Experts,
As per the requirement from client, we need to configure the setting of replenishment upto max. stock level during SNP heuristics run.
I am using below settings in R/3 for achieving the expected results.
(R/3 ) MRP1 u2013
Lot size                       HB               Replenish to maximum stock level
Maximum stock level      20,000
(APO) Targ.Stk Lvl Methd   5 u2013 in APO u2013 product master -   lot size tab.
Still, after heuristics run, the requisitions are getting created equals to forecast value. It should get generated as max. stock level maintained.
Could anyone share their experience regarding this? Am I missing some additional setting?

If the requirement is that you have to replenish upto a certain stock level then instead of maintaining the Max Stock level you can simply maintain
SB : Safety stock from product master
and in the Safety stock field maintain the quantity as desired ( in this case 20000 ) . This probably will solve the problem in your case . You may not require to maintain Max stock level .
Target stock level in heuristics also works fine with the following settings
make sure you maintain
Target stock level method as =5
In Maximum Stock level = maintain the quantity desired ( 20000 in your case say )
do not maintain any safety stock method keep it blank .
then location heuristics generates PR according to the the maximum stock level.
If still it is not working plz let me know what other settings you are maintaining probably we will find a way out .

Cannot change transaction isolation during distributed transaction

Hi All,
When ever the IPortalComponent session expires my application is throwing Null pointer exception. So I am catching the NullPointer exception and then reloading the page again. It is working in frontend without any issues.
But in the error log monitor(nwa) I can see the below error when reloading the page after component session expires.
Cannot change transaction isolation during distributed transaction and when the connection is shared. DataSource name: "PRODB2
As per my knowledge I understood that this is happening beacuse application is trying to recreate a new connection pool while one pool instance is alive.
If this is correct can any one tell me how to destory the pool of current session when reloading the page.

Manual Zero Stock Check during TO confirmation in SAP 5.0

Dear All,
1.We have a requirement to do zero stock check for SU managed Bulk Storage type during TO confirmation. Is there any exit/enhancement which can help us achieve this? We hve used FM L_TA_QUITTIEREN for TO confirmation for bulk storage type.
2. We also want to do manual zero stock check during TO confirmation as we have same source SU in multiple TO line item in a TO. SAP note 22067 only says to do manual zero stock for this type of scenario. We are able to request empty bin in manual zero stock check. But unable to post any difference. Is there any exit or enhancement which will enable us to post difference during manual zero stock check?

I bought imac new in 2007-it has safari. runs slow, the color disk shows during then. bought either leopard or snow leopard, but not enough memory to load it- any suggestions? i dont want to buy another computer! thx!

Open up your Finder window & check the bottom of the window in the middle. It will tell you how much HD space you have left.

Empty the trash!
Open up your application folder & go through all your apps. Trash all the apps you no longer want and/or use.
An easier way to do this is to open the Application folder in list view & press the Command+j keys.
In the the dialog that appears, click the "This Window Only" button & the "Calculate All Sizes" check box.
Wait a bit until your file & folder sizes have all been calculated, then click the "Size" column to sort your apps from the fattest to the most anorexic.
Get rid of all your photo files you don't want and/or need. Same goes for those pics off the websites you downloaded (gifs, jpegs, etc.). Or transfer/move them all to a photo/movie storage site like ImageShack and Photobucket, 2 of the most popular FREE storage sites.
Get rid of all your video & music files you no longer view and/or listen too. Especially, if you already have the actual CD/DVDs or you can later redownload from a website. Or transfer them all to a FREE video/movies and/or music storage site.
Use Spotlight to make sure you got rid of everything. You can even trash directly from Spotlight!
Drag what you don't want and/or need to the trash. Better yet, download this neat little shareware app *demo* called AppZapper. It basically does all the work for you by not only trashing the apps but the apps preference files, caches & all its associated files.
Another software that does the above is AppDelete. Best of all this software is free!
Burn what you want and/or need onto CDs or DVDs. Not everyone has the luxury of purchasing an external HD and/or the system requirements for iCloud to store their "stuff.”
Dropbox is a free storage facility software.
You can check with your ISP to see if they offer *free* storage space. Most if not all do now-a-days. There are thousands if not millions of *free* storage facilities on the web also. Use your favorite search engine to search them out as they come in different storage sizes to fit your needs & wants.
Check for duplicate fonts.
Applications>Font Book
Select “All Fonts”
If you see any “black dots” next to any fonts this mean you have duplicates and/or multiple versions of these fonts.
To clean this up, select a “black dotted” font or the Apple + *click* to select multiple dotted fonts;
Edit>Resolve>Duplicates.
What the above does is turns off the duplicates & multiple version fonts. Not delete them.
More than likely the “extras” were installed by other programs and/or other users.
Clear out font caches
Use FontNuke. It does all the work for you. And, best of all it’s *FREE*.
Printer Drivers
Get rid of all the printer drivers you don’t need & use except the ones for your *current* printer(s)/scanner(s).
HD>Library>Printers Folder
If you accidently threw something out that you needed for your printer/scanner it can be easily obtained from the manufacturer’s website and/or from the CD that came w/the printer/scanner.
Garage Band
Has about 1GB of loops stored. Get rid of some some them. You surely don’t use, like and/or need them all.
HD>Library>Audio/Apple Loops>Apple>Apple Loops For GarageBand
Or just get rid of the Garage Band app altogether if you don’t use it.
Get rid of extra languages
Strip your computer down to your “native” tongue.
You can do this with a *FREE* utility called Monolingual. Another app that apparently does all the work for you. I’ve never used it. However, a lot of users here swear by & recommend it highly.
However, there is a warning for *native English speakers*. Make sure you keep BOTH English and English (United States).

No stock showing in Inventory on date stock report

I have created a Stock on date query at plant material level using standard cube 0IC_C03
to get stock quantity on posting date i have restricted 0TOTALSTCK
by 0CALDAY variable .
Correct me if any thing wrong to get on date stock.
When i m executing that report for date 20.07.2009 , it shows 0 qty for a given Plant(1001) and a given material(ABC)
where MB5B report in R/3 with same date show sum stock qty.
again i executed the report with 17.07.2009 , on which the material(ABC) was lastly transacted for that given plant(1001)
for this date i m able to match the qty with MB5B.
Then i check sum other stock report which is at 0CALMONTH level wen executed with 07.2009 shows correct qty.
Now my question is y it is showing 0 qty wen the stock is there in it ? is query definition not proper to get stock on date ?

in column 0TOTALSTCK.
for 2 days data will look like this.
19/07/2009 -- 1001 -- 011235 --- 256 KG
20/07/2009 -- 1001 -- 011235 --- 280 KG
stock as on 19 in MB5B, after recipts and issue is 256 KG.
stock as on 20 th in MB5B, after recipts and issue is 280 KG.
based on issues and recipts, data will be added to total stock.
yes, stock will be last date posting date. as on today we can validate data till yesterday.
one more thing for plant whose values are not matching, did to drill down stock type and stock category and check data.
use RWBE t-code also for validation.

'.Total stock not issued from gate in stock.' : Yuou mean to say GR made with 103 but 105 not done for that
or Total stock in store but not issued yet ) : there is no GI with any movemen type ??

PO date change settlement during 'vi02' transaction

We have a scenario where in we engage a transporter to deliver goods to the customer. During sales-billing cycle a 'Shipping Cost' document is created through 'vi01' transaction code to capture the frieght cost.
After the transporter delivers the goods and risese bill for payment, we again open the shiiping cost document in 'vi02' for settlement.
We select the the 'setlement' subscreen, there is a check box 'Transfer'. when we check this and save the document, in the background a PO ans service entry sheet is generated.
In this case system automatically create a PO with the current date but i want that PO will be created using the settlement date not the system date.
(Because suppose one of my shipment document settlement date is 23.06.10 and today i m fully transfiring that document then system will open a log with the error ..POSTING DATE CAN NOT BE EARLIER THEN PO DATE 27.07.10--MENS TODAYS DATE)
How can i solve this problem .
SO I WANT THAT WHEN THE SYSTEM IS CREATING PO SO IT WILL TAKE SETTLEMENT DATE.
Please do the needful.

In our case the period generally gets closed by 5th of every month so if I go by your example itself i.e the doc is created on 29.07.2010 (without transferring) and lets say that we are sitting on 01.08.2010 and open the same doc in VI02 the system will show the settlement date as 29.07.2010 ( because it was created on the same date)
Now even I want that when I check the box for transferring the doc should get posted on 29.07.2010 (in previous month itself despite that I am siiting and watching this doc on 01.08.2010) but the system for creating auto PO takes in the current date i.e. 01.08.2010 and throws in a message that you cannot post the settlement prior (29.07.2010) to the PO date i.e 01.08.2010
