Transaction SFW5  missing

Hi
I want to use fleet management in my system environment. I have a document that details settings required for configuring it. There it mentions about activating PLM extenion in transaction SFW5. We are using ECC 5.0 with IS retail. Here I am unable to locate this transaction. Although in SPRO there is transaction "Activation Switch for SAP R/3 Enterprise Extension Set". I have activated EA-PLM in it, but transactions related to Gas stations are not being displayed.
Please help me in this regard.
Thanx in advance.
Cheers
Hitesh

Is there any SAP standard transaction (s) or procedure (s) which will give the list of missing components/ parts per sales order, process order, stock transfer, projects, subcontracting apart from V_V2, CO24 & ME2O standard transactions?

  • FBCJ transaction is missing ....

Hi, We have problem, Our user's did FBCJ (let's we say FBCJ code A & B for the same company code), they did 2x transaction in FBCJ A & B on different day (as we saw form history of accouting doc) ... and they posted to Accounting Doc. (we've checked it .. and we saw the acc. doc. and we can saw the time of creation) ... the problem is On FBCJ B we saw the transaction ... but On FBCJ A the transaction was missing ... Please Help me .... cause our Balance in FBCJ A didn't same with the GL account Balance ...

    Dear Nayab,
    Yes I'm sure .... I've checked it ...
Posting on that 2 cash journals and no problem (but the user did
problem for a case on a month ago) ... 2 cash journals have 2 GL
accounts which different number each other.
I checked the balance of GL Account of that cash journal ... found the value and the document ... and I could overview too.
But as I mentioned ... one posting doc (Sel.) in FBCJ A was missing but
there was the accounting doc which I saw from GL Account Balance for
    Cash Journal A.
I Check that accounting doc in "Hat" symbol and  I knew the posting from T-code FBCJ (but I couldn't see the transaction
in FBCJ A cause was missing) ... so I check the original doc. of that
acconting doc. and it refered to ABAP Run Time Error with missing link
" " (blank) ... (as I know if I check the original doc, the FBCJ
    posting must appear) ..

  • Transaction DB02 = Missing Tables and Indexes shows under Secondary indexes from package $tmp

    Hi SAP Gurus,
I noticed on our SAP business warehouse (BW) system (NetWeaver 7.0 based on AIX/Oracle 11g) in transaction DB02 => Diagnostics => Missing Tables and Indexes under Secondary indexes, 26 indexes, in package $tmp:
The indexes are defined, but they don't have been created on the database.
When I try to create them via the database tool, I am getting the warning:
Does the warning raise up, because they where defined in the $tmp package?
I was looking in SAP notes for a solution for this "warning" concerning the /BIC/F-Indexes but I didn't found yet anything helpful ...
Thanks for your help and ideas ...
    Best regards
    Carlos

    Hi Carlos,
These are secondary indexes created during process chains in BI to improvise performance.
You may refer below SCN blogs on creation of these indices in BI.

  • SAP standard transactions for missing parts

    Hi!!! Friends,
Is there any SAP standard transaction (s) or procedure (s) which will give the list of missing components/ parts per sales order, process order, stock transfer, projects, subcontracting apart from V_V2, CO24 & ME2O standard transactions?

    Hi ,
As per me there is no other transaction. CO24 solves the purpose of missing part list view for projects more effectively.

  • Entries in table CDHDR for transaction MM02 missing after upgrade to ECC6.0

    Hi,
I am supporting a client who has just performed an upgrade from 4.7 to ECC6.0 on their test system.  We try and use transaction MM04 (display material master changes) or MM02 and view changes to the material master but there are no entries.
During the upgrade, the entries for transaction code MM02 in table CDHDR have been lost.  Can anybody give me assistance on how to avoid this when performing the production upgrade, or even better, is there any way to get these entries back?
    Thank you.
    Sharon.

That shouldn't happen - entries shouldn't get lost.
Is there anything in the CDHDR table (by browsing it with SE16)? If not, then something went wrong during the upgrade....
Have there been modifications to the table? Is the the table active in SE11?

  • Purchase Order with Transaction Type: Missing on scrren

    Hi Guys,
I've been searching for the place in config and master data that determines where the Transaction type is linked the the org. unit or user, but have not been succesfull.
The selection for transaction type is emty in the "Create Purchase order" screen.
I have activated ECPO in "Define Transaction Types" in IMG.
I have had the same problem before but forgot where it was.
Can any of you mighty people out there point me in the right direction?
    Thanks in advance,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,
The transaction types ECPO & ECDP are maintained in the attributes (BSA) of the org. structure at the Co. Code level or which ever level (P.Org, P.Group) based on the requirements. The user assigned at any of these levels inherit these attributes.
Also you define number ranges (external & Internal) both for the transaction types in the SPRO > IMG along with the point you mentioned for the activation of Transaction types.
Hope this answers your query. Clarifications are welcome.

It may be a network issue.
    Suggestions:
    1. Analyse generated SAGUI shortcut file.
Make your transaction iview "Technique to Start SAP GUI for Windows"=SAPGUI Shortcat.
On the client computer in Win explorer, set "Confirm open after download" for file extension .SAP
Preview of the iview now will generate tx.sap file, which you can analyze to see if connection info is OK.
    2. Activate trace in SAPGUI for windows and look at the trace.

  • Points recieved with no transaction explanation/missing points

    Hello there,
Just a question that kinda need answer.. I called customer service this morning and was treated very inappropriately by the first rep over the phone which just hang up on me out of nowher and was better with the second rep but she still has no clue about the issue.
    First of all,
I signed up for the My bestbuy credit card on December to purchase a refirdgerator from pacific sales because there are signs everywhere that said 10% back on the first purchase on the same day. That deal was screwed over by the rep putting us in 24 months 0% interest instead of 10% without explaning anything to us and we do not need the 24 months at all since we are going to pay that in full anyway.
So we went back to the store on January 9th to talk to them after we found out, and they redid the transaction, took off the 24 months and appologize to us that we should at least get 5% back as a regular transaction through the card . The purchase we made was 2367.00 before tax which means we should get about $118-119 worth of points (and also means we loss 118 dollars there already) so about 5918 points that we should recieve and they told us it will take 30 days for the points to show up.
So on January 14, i got an email that i recieved  3615 points for the purchase made on January 9. I didn't buy anything on that day besides redid the whole transaction with pacific sale for the amount of 2367 on My bestbuy credit card and the rep over the phone insist that the points are not from that purchase since I should be recieving more points that. My question is, where are these points from then? If it is from pacific sales, then I lose about 40 dollars + worth of points.... (again?)
I appologize for the long message. If there is something I need to provide to have everything settle, please let me know. I do not want to use those points until it is all figured out especially if it is an error.
    Thank you very much!

    Good afternoon texassuki,
Thank you for taking the time to sign up for the forum and connect with us.  I will make sure that your My Best Buy™ points balance is accurate and that everything is up-to-date.
I can understand having questions about your account and the points that have been awarded, especially if the initial transaction was not processed correctly with standard financing.  The points that posted to your account on 1/9/2015 are for your Pacific Sales purchase, as you mentioned you did go back to the store on the 9th; however, that second transaction more than likely caused some sort of hiccup with your points.
A purchased made within one of our Pacific Sales or Magnolia stores is processed in an entirely different way on our side than a standard Best Buy purchase, so points do not post within the same 20 day time frame and are actually added to a member's account differently.  They are added in more of a manual way than automatically by the system.  That is why those purchases tend to display differently in a member's "Purchase History" on BestBuy.com.
I am really sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced, as earning points should not be that difficult.  To go over your account with you in greater detail and to ensure that your points balance is accurate, I will be sending you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the little yellow envelope at the top of the page.
I hope you have a great rest of your day, and I look forward to further speaking with you.

  • Missing transactions

Some transactions which were entered on May 2 , are missing in Special ledger summary cube. When I check the delta for that day , everything seems ok,the load for May 2 , 3 were successfull
What could be the reason ,why these transactions went missing. Should I do a full repair request to load them.
My manager is interested in knowing why they went missing than loading them.
    Thanks

  • Missing transactions in outgoing payments / incoming payments

    Hello Experts,
My customer operated the year transfer process and created a new DB. From that point , he faces a problem with the outgoing payments and incoming payment forms.
In the new DB there are missing transactions in the forms mentioned above. We tried to analyze it and we got to the conclusion that the transactions who created by journal entry whose type is JE -30, has transfered to the new DB, but these transactions are not displayed in the outgoing payments and incoming payment forms.
This issue making a big problem with payments because you don't know if any transactions are missing.
Does anybody have an idea hoe to solve it ?

    Hi,
Since only few countries could use this year transfer process, I am afraid you had better log a message to SAP support.  That may give your answer faster.
    Thanks,
    Gordon

  • Missing inventory & COGS transaction after adding credit memo

    Dear All,
There is an problem that the inventory and COGS transaction is missed out after adding credit memo.
Not all the transaction is like that, but only a few. i am wondering what action can cause this result.
    Do anyone has any idea?
The case is like, in the Sales - A/R -> Return -> Accounting Tab -> Journal Remark, it should have an "orange arrow" and can drill down to see the transactions, it should have both the cr. and dr., but for some Returns, it didn't has any, therefore it affect the GL amount.
Please kindly help on this, million thanks

    Dear All,
i don't really understand the meaning in the solution in the note # 1057515, hopefully someone can help on this:
Q1. "these transactions will set the cost price independently of what was defined in the Item Master Data. The possibility to set the cost price in the Item Master Data was created to accommodate the   scenario above. The Item Cost field is only active when there is no onhand quantity."
Q2. What's the function of the "Stock Revaluation" ?
    Million thanks

  • Missing table entries: BSEG

    hie gurus
after altering a field structure for BSEG i have noticed that some transactions went missing however i was able to get some of them from tables BKPF(document header) BSIS(2ndry index for G/L accounts) and BSAS(2ndry index for cleared items). however wen i populate the entries from bsis that are not in bseg on documnet display if i double click i cannot get the original document? i have missed sokme information that needs to populated also in bseg but im not sure where to get it.
    please assist.
    Prince

    Hi
Due to the nature of the change required on the table BSEG it meant taking the risk of losing/corrupting data.  The former occured and i would advise against making structural changes to field/table definitions on critical tables like BSEG.

  • How to download list of transaction from SAP area menu in SAP1 transaction

    Hello All,
My requirement is I want to download the list of transaction under the SAP area menu in SAP1 transaction.
I tried with SE43, entered area menu as S000, but it doesn't give me of the same hierarchy and some transaction were missing, for example IH08 is available in SAP1 transaction and not available in SE43.
Could you please let me know is there any way to download the list.
    Regards,
    Thanga

If you open SE43N, type SAP1 and Display (F7), Tree is shown with collapsed nodes. Print option in Menu shows the same tree as a list. The nodes do not get expanded by default.
So in order to get expanded tree in list ( so that transaction codes can be seen), you need to expand the tree before choosing Area Menu > Print.
This works for average area menu which is less number of transactions.
Since you are looking for SAP1, it has lot of transactions, and on expanding it, information message is shown as:
The tree could only be partially expanded for performance reasons
Diagnosis: The hierarchy could not be completely expanded for performance reasons; it has too many subnodes.
    Procedure:
Restrict the number of nodes to be expanded by expanding a lower-level node
    or
Expand this node repeatedly until this message no longer appears. The hierarchy is then completely expanded.
As a result, IH08 transaction which is under Quality Management node can't be seen in list view as overflow occurred before this node was reached.
On debugging, it can be seen that the tree is expanded recursively by standard until an overflow flag is set.
In order to get around this overflow protection, you can write a custom code.
Below snippet is for demonstration purpose.
    1. Run FM BMENU_DISPLAY_RSTREE in SE37 with tree_id as QM01
    2. Run my snippet that calls same FM in the end
Compare 2 outputs and see the difference.
I am going 1 level deep and IH08 transaction can be seen in output.
Similarly, you can write a code that recursively expands every sub-tree found so that entire list can be seen.

  • Delta load missing

    Sorry about that - Kedar
We missed some deltas because we ran them during the day and missed some transactions . I cannot really tell what transactions are missing for me to put in seleciton for the repair request.
Is there any other way ?
    Thanks

    Hi,
No apologies needed. Just wanted to ensure that your query got answered.
The other way is to dump the cube, delete the init, do a full pull and then reinit without data transfer.
Or you can try to do a selective full pull by giving the selection criteria if you know by date just for that one day and any other filters that you know of(you run a big risk of having duplicate data this way). Or you can try to do the same in your repair request.
Or try to run the delta again, because as Eric mentioned unless the delta was broken there shouldn't have been a cause for you to miss transactions, even if you ran the load in the morning. Any changes after that would be posted to the delta queues and should be available the nex time you run the delta, irrespective of when you ran it.
    Cheers,
    Kedar
