Transferring pdf file into AutoCad drawing?

I use to scan a calc or detail into a jpeg file & then import with the "raster image reference" command into AutoCad 2009.
The quality of the scanned import is not clear enough. Is there another way with Adobe Acrobat Pro? I tried using the AutoCad "OLE object" to insert it, but the printing is worse. HELP.

I'M USING ACROBAT X TO CREATE PDF FILES FROM AUTOCAD 12 DRAWINGS. THE PROGRAM RANDOMLY LEAVES OUT TEXT AND IMAGES. IT ALSO STRUGGLES WITH TIFF, JPEG AND PDF IMAGE FILES EMBEDDED WITHIN THE AUTOCAD DRAWING. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH ACROBAT. I WAS HOPING THE UPGRADE TO X WOULD ELIMINATE THE PROBLEM BUT IT HAS NOT.

I have now tried for hours, but now I give up!
MY WISH -
Create a Table of Contents (TOC) automatically after I have combined several pdf.files into a single pdf.file.
I have already bookmarks, shown on the screen (see screenshot below) but I want those bookmark to be visualised in a separate TOC in the top of the combined files.
This new TOC (which I have inserted) shall be printable and serve as a cover page in a binder.
I have seen other cheap pdf.programs in the market (e.g. PDF Converter Professional 7.3) which are able to make the above things, easy, fast and nice.

Please do below to combine files:
Log into https://createpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html with your Adobe ID and password
Select "Combine Files" from right pane
Click "Select Files" button
Select your files to combine
Enter a name for combined PDF file
Click "Combine" button
Click "Download" button in the progress bar to download the combined file to your computer.
To combine more than 12 files:
Combine 1-12th files and name it “combined 1” for example
Combine 13-24 files and name it “combined 2”
Keep doing step #1 and #2 and combine those combined files to combine all your files.
You can use Acrobat XI Pro to combine multiple files (more than 12 files) by following the steps below and you can download Acrobat XI Pro Trial version from www.adobe.com:

1. Launch Acrobat

As TSN has indicated we have no idea what program you are using, other than you posted in the Acrobat forum. In Acrobat you go to File > Create > Combine (varies with version of Acrobat). You can also open one and then use the pages>Insert to add the others.

Not possible with Reader. You need Acrobat or a subscription to something like PDF Pack to do it.

For an Adobe Acrobat user it's not at all difficult to combine multiple PDF files into one. But to combine PDF files full version of Adobe Acrobat is mainly required, otherwise PDF files can't be combined. For example, I'm using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. These simple steps are mainly required to combine PDF files:
Open Adobe Acrobat.
Click on Combine and click on Merge files into a single PDF.
A window will be appearing, click on Add Files and select the PDF files you want to combine.
Arrange the selected files in any order with the help of Move Up and Move Down button.
