Every user can manage his or her own spool and output requests in the Output Controller. Call the output controller using transaction
SP01 (Tools CCMS Spool Output Controller) or in the system by choosing System Services Output Controller.
Features
In the output controller, you can:
· Check the status of your own current spool requests. To do this, choose System ® Own Spool Requests.
· Specify selection criteria for displaying spool and output requests. A list of spool or output requests then appears that match these criteria.
· Output spool requests; that is, the system generates output requests that are sent to the host spooler, for printing or output on other devices.
· Display detailed data about a spool or output request and change certain attributes such as destination printer and the number of copies
· Display the data to be printed and download it as an ASCII file.
· Add spool requests to another spool request.
· Delete requests.

Run Tcode STMS > Overview imports (F5) > you will find all import queues > then click on the import queue in which u want to see the status of transport (DEV , QAS , PRD )

Setting format for spool requests in background jobs, for emails
Hi,
Don't know if this is the correct forum, but I'll give it a go (will appricate info regarding what forum is applicable otherwise.)
For some periodical background jobs that we run in ECC, we have in the job set up that a mail group of people to receives the spool request via mail. Vi have used this a few years now. When we recently uppgraded from R/3 to ECC, the format of the spool request sent as mail attachment changed from .txt to .htm. This is however not the problem for us.
We now have a scenario with a daily mail report, i.e. delivered as an attachment (htm-format) in our email system (Lotus Notes).
So far so good, and nothing really new about this, except the changed format.
What the users want is to print this report. It can be done, but it is a wide report, so it cuts the report in three pieces, as there is no automatic sizing to landscape printout and/our automatic sizing to one page. The best solution would be if it automatically was set up to landscape + automatically fit page size. Which format (.txt .htm .xls .pdf...) we receive the file in, is not really important, as long as we can print it directly without having to reformat it. Now we have to save the file to excel manually after we receive it, and then format the excel sheet. Just for printout purpose, so it is annoying work.
Any solution available? (preferrably without coding)

If you are using FM REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY to print your ALV Report it has got a paramter IS_PRINT in which you can pass your format type. Below is the field name where you have to pass your format type.

How do I set the response status code for a request in ADF?
For example:
I have a page accessible like page.jspx?id=$ID, in which $ID identifies an object stored in a database. The user navigates to page.jspx?id=abc. abc does not exist or has been deleted. I wish to set the response status code to 404 for the page request, like, for instance, https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=abc does. How do I do this?
PS: Changing the status code for subsequent partial submits on the page if the object is deleted while the user is on the page (e.g. if the user attempts to delete an already deleted object through a "Delete" button on the page) may also be desirable, but would probably not fit in as well with the ADF lifecycle or be as useful.Maybe I should be more specific about the current state of the code. It's something functionally similar in relevant portions to the following. For the purposes of this code, assume the ID maps only to a name, rather than a more complicated object:

}The code initializes the data from the database through the initilaizer of a pageFlow-scoped bean with a dummy setter for the document because I read somewhere that that would work, and it seems to work, even though it seems hacky.
Ideally, the code would render the 404 where it currently says (// TODO: Set status code 404). I realize this may not even be possible given the current architecture, because part of the response body has already been rendered, and I believe, but cannot find a source to cite, that the status code and headers cannot be set after the body has started being rendered. Is there any architecture that would get me this page's functionality (even if it's two JSPXs on the backend (which might be ideal)) and be able to render a 404 for an inexistent object?

Trasaction code for mass delete of open Pur req.
I was looking for is a way to perform a mass delete of open PRu2019s prior to running MRP. My reasoning is if a PR has not been converted to a PO by the time the next MRP runs we want to delete all open PRu2019s so items are re-planned based on the most current data.
Is there a mass delete transaction code for PRu2019s?

2- You cannot directly delete PRs, You can only mark them as "deleted". To delete them physically from DB you have to "archive" them via transaction SARA.
Deletion of PR can be done using ME52N
This is only possible provided that no purchase order have been assigned. If po has been created, you can only Flag for Deletion.
To delete the PR, select the line(s) you wish to delete and then click on the dustbin (Thrash) icon.

Usually my users receive a list of assets which were capitalized from AUC account through Project system.
Generally charges are posted to WBS element and then users capitalize assets using that WBS element through settlement.
Users have been asked to give all the invoices detail which has hit the WBS element from which that particular assets have been capitalized. is there any transaction code to get the all invoices detail which has hit the WBS element from that particular assets.

You can directly create the asset on goods receipt via MM module and then the invoice will automatically go against that asset.
If you still want to use the WBS element for capitalisation then you can use the WBS element statistically with a type 90 cost element posting and the sset will still be crteated when goods receipted/ invopice receipted -
Simple Request - How Do I Print a Spool Request in 3.1i?
Here is the scenario:
I have created an FI Misc Credit Memo for a customer who wants a hard copy of the document. Using transaction code FB12, I generate a correspondence. Then using transaction code F.64, I attempt to print the document. This generates a spool request with a number like 86,007.
From there I go to system>services>output control which takes me to the spool request screen. From there, I am missing the next step.
This screen has fields for:
Spool request number (attempted number given when spool request was generated - 86,007, field only fits 5 characters so comma has been excluded)
Spool request name ( I think this is my problem as I have no idea where to find this)
User name (field is populated)
From date (field is populated)
Client (field is populated)
Output device (have entered desired printer name)
Format (usually self-populates once a successful print request is entered)
Title (unnecessary field I believe)
Recipient (unnecessary field)
Department (unnecessary field)

remove values from all the fields in the selection screen and enter only your spool number. The Execute wiht 'F8' and if the spool request is found, with the "printer" push-button you can print it.

Hello,
Pleasure to be part of this community and ask the first question.
I have created a report and probably, that report is going to be scheduled to run weekly.
I want to understand how I can create a job and spool request display report for this program. I have found some information from this forum about SM36/SM37 T-Code and spool request display. However, I think I am not able to get the whole scenario of how it is going to work.
If someone can give me an idea, that would be great. Practical examples will be appreciated.

UditI am assuming you will be scheduling this job manually and not programmatically.. The process is as follows..
Goto SM36
Enter a Job Name
click on START Condition butto and click Date and Time button
you will see a button PERIODIC VALUES appeared below.
Click and select WEEKLY as you have indicated, SAVE it.
Enter date and time so that it starts on that time and is scheduled everywk at that time
You can enter NO START AFTER in case you want to restrict this.
Then Click STEP
You can enter program name variant and also select Printer specification
And that should do the trick..

1. Check whether background job SAP_REORG_SPOOL with the report RSPO0041/RSPO1041 is running properly or not.
2. If running properly, Goto t-code SP01, enter from and to dates for "Date Created" and execute. Spool requests get displayed. Select any one spool request and check the request attributes(F8). If you're able to see date under "deleted on" as either 12/31/2099 or 01/01/2100, this is due to kernel problem. For this you've to apply the new kernel as per the below note.

Dear all,
I'm facing a very strange behavior while printing sales order confirmation from va01
in SAP ECC5.0.
I've got access sequences and condition records in order to print out immediately the form at saving, based on sales org/doc type.
Among 3 different doc type, only one is wrongly output twice when saving, without any explanations : no messages number set up in communication no TDCOPIES , output type set up ok and so on...
I really check around the whole things to find out a potential reason of this but without success.
Other doc type call same smartforms and print program but correctly issue only one output.
Where else could I look on to?
Please advice.

WHICH TABLE STORES SPOOL REQUEST GENERATED BY BACKGROUND JOB ?
Background job is generating multiple request.
i am not able to find the table which stores all the spool request for a particular background job.i know the table for spool request : TSP01
But how should i link it to background job name ?
i want the link between background job name and spool request generated by it......
TBTCPV is the view but it stores only one spool request.....rather than multiple spoolreq generated by background job..
