Tremolo Between Two notes

Question

How do you deal with them in Logic score?
Example 1
Example 2
Example 3 (2nd bar)
The thing here is: which would be a good technique to do this without messing up things when changing from part to full score view ?
In example 1 I managed quite easily putting two half notes in tempo 1 and 3 then just hided it's stems and added the tremolo simbol at tempo 2. But I haven't found good solutions for examples 2 and 3.
Any thoughts ?

There are five key factors involved in creating all of the notation in Examples 1 and 3:
1) Playing/entering the tremolando notes as chords, initially
2) Assigning the top notes to a different MIDI channel from the bottom notes (or vice versa)
3) Selecting or creating a polyphonic Staff Style for the part (or even just that measure)
4) Using the graphic shift tool to move the secondary notes to their desired position
5) Adding tremolando markings to the staff
Details:
Follow steps 1 and 2 above. When it comes to step 3, if you want to apply tremolando to a specific measure, use the scissor tool to separate just that measure from the adjoining ones so that the measure with the tremolando notes are contained within its own region. Then apply a polyphonic Staff Style (a preset or one that you create) to just that region.
Hide the rests for that style and set the stem direction to Auto (or whatever works best for the part). Then do steps 4 and 5.

FWIW, I've never seen the notation you indicated in Example 2, and I'm not sure how you'd do that in Logic.
