Trouble Installing Xcode 4.2.1

Question

Hey guys,
I am having trouble installing xcode 4.2.1 in lion. It gets stuck at the same place during installation. I tried redownloading/reinstalling multiple times from the appstore but still get the same issue. I have also tried installing it with a different user account but that did not work either. Here is the tail from the install.log file:

You have a corrupt installer app. Best to delete it and the /Developer folder; then, DL another copy. If that results in the same error message, all I can suggest is that you file a bug report w/Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html or https://bugreport.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/RadarWeb.woa/wa/signIn
