Trouble with reappearing sections of images

Question

I am making demonstration videos, I am blurring out text that
is sensitive information by editing the background in photoshop.
Everything works fine until certain parts where the mouse clicks on
anything, the section that is blurred out will reappear as original
unblurred text. When I change the background to a blank white, the
section of the image I edited still shows up on it during the time
of the mouse click. I cannot even put a colored block over it
because the original unblurred section shows up over it during the
time of the click. How can I fix this? By the way, I am only having
problems with my firefox version. I made a similar video to show
how to do something in IE and it worked fine.

No they do not have that camcorder symbol, I have removed all
those slides. I think it may be similar to these reappearing frame
elements that this TechNote mentions

But I do not have advanced under Options, I am using
Captivate 2. I am trying to describe what is happening in accurate
detail but it is a bit weird and hard to explain. I switched the
background of a slide with this problem to just white, and still
when it gets to that certain part for maybe half a second the text
that I want to blur out will show up. Just that small part of the
image, in horizontal lines.. also with some other horizontal lines
from the image and the button that the mouse is clicking.
