Outside of the contact number for that you've already used I don't know another way of direct contact. Here are some things that they may or may not of had you try that might help you. If you will go to the settings app and pick general on the right-hand side you will see accessibility. Within that you can adjust a text size make the text bowl you can also increase the contrast. You can also adjust the brightness and control panel.
As for Siri again in the settings app under general you should see Siri on the right-hand side with the switch to turn it on. If that is turned on and you're still having issues
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

How do I get Firefox to display the information bar when a pop up is blocked I accidentally clicked on "Don't show this message when pop-ups are blocked" when a pop up was blocked. How do I get this message to reappear again when a pop up is blocked?

I just updated Firefox but can't get it to display the message when a pop-up is blocked. Most times I want them blocked but sometimes I need them enabled.

You can see a pop-up block icon in the right corner of the Status Bar if you have chosen to hide the information bar at the top.
You can left-click that pop-up block icon on the Status Bar and remove the check mark from "Don't show info message when pop-ups are blocked"
You can look at these prefs on the '''about:config''' page and reset them via the right-click context menu:
Status bar icon: browser.popups.showPopupBlocker
Info bar at the top: privacy.popups.showBrowserMessage
To open the ''about:config'' page, type '''about:config''' in the location (address) bar and press the Enter key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.

Thanks Eugene. I was taking the question literally—the OP wanted to directly save a .jpg at 1920x1080 from ID.
If the ID document is set up as 1920x1080 pixels you could export as PDF and open into PS at exactly 1920x1080 by setting the res to 72 in the import dialog.
Of course the converted PDF has no compression applied (at least to native ID objects) and would have some higher quality than an exported High quality JPEG.
But the OP needs a JPEG and if you want to compare compression artifacts, you would have to save the opened PDF as JPEG, close and reopened. With PDF there is the option of saving the opened PDF with Maximum quality, which is probably better than ID's JPEG export High quality. But If I compare the 2 methods in a layered PS file it's hard to discern a meaningful difference. See Compare.psd in this zip

To enable popups on a site, go to that site, then click the 'Site Identity' icon to the right of the URL and select Clear Site Preferences.

When I use write, it pops up many old addresses, some of which are defunct, and I don't know how to erase them.

When one starts to write t a new letter, Thunderbird asks for the recipient. Typing in a name, e.g. "jones", automatically creates a list of all previously used "jones" in that version of Mozilla. However, some of those addresses are obsolete and no longer usable. How can one edit this list.

The icons on my bookmarks toolbar are HUGE, don't know how this happened; how do I fix this? Have tried Googling for the answer, no luck. HELP!!!

One day I opened up my firefox browser and noticed my bookmarks toolbar icons are huge and stretched out. I'm completely unaware as to how this happened. last night I was downloading something for church (I am new to Mac notebooks it's the first one I've ever owned and I've owned it since March 2014). I have never had a problem ever with this computer that's one reason I love it. So after I was downloading this thing it sent me somewhere and to download my file so I had download my file well I don't think it downloaded the file I wanted because I never saw that file ever again I've tried everything to figure out what's going on because now my Internet is pretty much crashed it says that there is no Internet connection I have pop-ups that want to stop me using my Internet and says it's unavailable then last night when I was on a site I have all these things at the top and at the bottom that show me other prices for things and I can't figure out how to get those off I go to their website for removal and there is no removal for Mac. Google is my search engine it will not let me put in Google when I go to type for google it throws me on Yahoo no matter what Yahoo has pretty much taken over my Internet and I don't know what to do it it's a mess. Can someone please help me I am definitely not Mav Savy.

Open Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu. Click on Extensions icon in the toolbar. Disable all Extensions. If this stops your problem, then re-enable them one by one until the problem returns. Now remove that extension as it is causing the problem.

Fix Some Browser Pop-ups That Take Over Safari.
Common pop-ups include a message saying the government has seized your computer and you must pay to have it released (often called "Moneypak"), or a phony message saying that your computer has been infected, and you need to call a tech support number (sometimes claiming to be Apple) to get it resolved. First, understand that these pop-ups are not caused by a virus and your computer has not been affected. This "hijack" is limited to your web browser. Also understand that these messages are scams, so do not pay any money, call the listed number, or provide any personal information. This article will outline the solution to dismiss the pop-up.
Quit Safari
Usually, these pop-ups will not go away by either clicking "OK" or "Cancel." Furthermore, several menus in the menu bar may become disabled and show in gray, including the option to quit Safari. You will likely have to force quit Safari. To do this, press Command + option + esc, select Safari, and press Force Quit.
Relaunch Safari
If you relaunch Safari, the page will reopen. To prevent this from happening, hold down the 'Shift' key while opening Safari. This will prevent windows from the last time Safari was running from reopening.
This will not work in all cases. The shift key must be held at the right time, and in some cases, even if done correctly, the window reappears. In these circumstances, after force quitting Safari, turn off Wi-Fi or disconnect Ethernet, depending on how you connect to the Internet. Then relaunch Safari normally. It will try to reload the malicious webpage, but without a connection, it won't be able to. Navigate away from that page by entering a different URL, i.e. www.apple.com, and trying to load it. Now you can reconnect to the Internet, and the page you entered will appear rather than the malicious one.

I use Firefox with Windows 7. I use tabbed browsing, and the tabs show at the top of the page. At the bottom of the page, where the Firefox logo is displayed, Firefox will randomly open a second window with advertising. This is a Firefox issue because it says Firefox at the top of the new page. Pop-ups are disabled via Tools>Options>Content. Pop-ups also are disabled on the Verizon Security Suite.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
