Trying to place a new order (Transfer from Virgin/...

Hi all, I am trying to transfer across from TalkTalk/Virgin, and have hit a snag - I hit this error message when submitting for the package I want:

“We can see from your details that you've already placed an order to stop your current service. In order for us to bring you to BT and keep your number, you must cancel that request with your current service provider. Please contact your service provide and arrange for the stop request to be cancelled.
Once this is done, come back and continue to place your order with BT. If you don't wish to contact your service provide and are happy to take a new Telephone number please call us on xxxxxxxxxxx”
This Link (which may not actually work as a link, hence why I copied the text above) - can anyone confirm which number I should be ringing with regards to the above, and if BT will already have a record of what I have tried to order against my phone number and post code?
I am quite concerned, given my experiences over the past few weeks with Virgin/TalkTalk, that there will be a 'dead period' between the two providers - so may well consider getting a new home number for the few calls I do use it for.

Have you cancelled your service with your old provider or did you request a MAC code to transfer to BT you would have had no dead period if you had requested a MAC code

    In iTunes go File -> Library -> Organise Library -> Reorganise Library.
    Then quit and restart iPhoto.
    Pity Apple didn't either warn us or set up a bug fix!

  • No Business Partner generated for new employee transfer from ECC to SRM

    Hi All,
    I am working on SRM 5.0 with ECC 6.0 backend. The HR structure is replicated from ECC using ALE, message type:HRMD_ABA.
    When I am trying to replicate a new employee from ECC to SRM, I run the O-insert first, then the S-insert and then the P-insert using PFAL transaction.
    The Org structure was already in place in SRM, so it just adds the new position to it by A003 relation. The S-insert generated idoc shows status as '53' in both ECC and SRT with the relation A003, B007 and A008. But, when I check the table HRP1001, the A008 entry is missing. Due to this, no CP is generated for this position and also no business partner is generated for this user.
    When I run the P-insert for this employee, the idoc is posted in ECC. But, the status of the idoc in SRT is '52' and the message shown is "The Parameter Country Has Not been Entered During Naming Format Check" Message No. R11206.
    I checked the Name Format for this employee, and it is maintained as 2.
    Where am I going wrong? Why is no CP person generated even when the idoc status is 53? Why isn't the new employee getting transferred to SRM server?
    I have checked the SAP notes related to HR-ECC Org transfer, but I am unable to figure out the reason for this problem.
    Could anyone help me out in this?

  • Sales Order transfer from CRM to R3

    Hi experts,
    I'm working on SAP CRM system (release 6.0). I'm trying to transfer a business transaction, a sales order, from CRM to R3 but, when I go to the transaction "SMW01" in order to check the BDOCS, I face this errors:
    - "No authorization for maintaining sales documents in [client organizational unit][distribuition channel][division]";
    - "R/3 adapter is called";
    Nevertheless the opposite flow is performed: all the sales documents created on R3 are tranfered to CRM.
    All the queues are registered.
    The CRM business transaction has the same configuratiosn of the corresponding sales document in R3.
    Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi Stefano,
    did you check the user authorization in R/3? The scenario you've described is possible it the user the R/3 uses to connect to CRM has full authorization, however the user the CRM system uses to connect to R/3 not.

    Hi we have run the batch job daily basis to transfer new vendors from ECC to GTS system, my client want to know that list of the venodors(Business Partners) has been transfered today in GTS system on particular day to screening SPL. where i can see this, or any possible solution saying that get mail notification  to users - once vendors are transfered based on job batch runs.

    You can see the log  in System Monitoring > Transfer logs for business partners or by executing the transaction:  /SAPSLL/PARTNER_APPL.
    However in order to see the required logs,  you need to  configure the  u2018Control Profile for Loggingu2019 in IMG.

  • HT1766 I am trying to restore a new replacement phone from an icloud backup but it is telling me there is a problem with backup data. The backup was done under 7.1 and I think the new phone still just has 7.04. My itunes backup was lost last week...sugges

    I am trying to restore from icloud but it appears the 7.1 it was backed up in and the 7.04 on the new phone won't allow it. My itunes library was lost last week due to computer crashing and having to be restored. I have a clean very current icloud back up done on March 21st but I cant seem to get it there. Suggestions please?

    You will have to update the iPhone to iOS 7.1 if that is the iOS the backup was done in. You cannot restore a newer iOS update to a phone with older iOS. Once you update the phone, you will be able to restore the backup.

  • Pls help - Urgent - Planned order transfer from APO to R/3 - inconsistency

             Iam creating planned orders in APO using CTM planning. The planned order is getting transferred to R/3 but the order number is different in APO and R/3 .
             I tried deleting the application logs in R/3 and APO using transactions CFGD and C6 and running CTM planning again. But it did not work.
            Kindly suggest a solution. Thanks

    As other members adviced
    Please check the following as a list
    1) Check first fi the Material is in APO relevant
    2) Check if it has active integration model in cfm5 (R/3)
    3) Check if the material has no blocked queues in /n/sapapo/cq (APO)
    If there are any blocked queues please clear them accordingly.
    4) After that perform a reconciliation of the transactional data through.
    /n/sapapo/ccr(APO). perform it only for that material and on planned orders.
    If there are any errors it will usggest you to follow few steps.
    5) then again go back and check the /n/sapapo/cq transaction.
    6) Check if the material and its location has publication Types maintained in SPRO transaction.
    7) Check if the change pointers of this Planned order exists in /n/sapapo/c5
    This si change pointers transaction , soemtimes you can release ti from there also.
    If you still have problem, give the resutls of the following for reference.
    Let us know once you perform all these.
    8) Incase you need to perform the consistency checks  externally.

  • New Mac - transfer from previous TM with multiple hard drive backups

    I just got a new Mac Pro. Previously I had a PowerMac G5 running Leopard which had two internal hard drives being backed up using Time Machine. When I started my new MacPro (running Snow Leopard), I selected transfer using Time Machine, but it only found one hard drive (my boot drive) and not the drive with all my files on it. How do I transfer this other drive? My new MacPro also has two internal hard drives so that I could have a similar setup.

    You can probably use the full restore procedure, per #14 in the Frequently Asked Questions *User Tip* at the top of this forum.
    Just be sure to select the "other" drive on the screen listing the backups (the 5th point in the green box of #14).
    Sometimes, however, it will only let you select the boot disk. In that case, back out, restart normally, and restore from the normal "Star Wars" display.
    Since you're on a different Mac from the backups, you'll have to use the procedure in #E2 and E3 of the Time Machine - Troubleshooting *User Tip* at the top of this forum.
    Don't restore the entire folder representing the second disk; select all the top-level folders and restore them.

  • Anyone tried to boot a new imac i7 from the SLS install CD

    I tried to install SLS from CD on my new i7 tonight to find that it just hangs at the logo (forever). Only way I could install was to upgrade the OS X (client).
    Anyone had any luck with this? I even tried copying the CD to a USB stick but same results.
    Very frustrating at midnight on a Sunday.

    IIRC, you can't boot from the server DVD ([it's too old|http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2186]), you have to install and boot the [minimal Mac OS X client version for the box|http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1159] (the client disk that came with the box, in this case) or a later version, and then boot that version of Mac OS X client, and then load the Mac OS X Server DVD in the drive, and (from the running client) select the Mac OS X Server installer; you'll end up with an upgrade.
    There's also a brief (terse?) note buried on page 10 of the Snow Leopard Server Upgrade and Install manual around some restrictions with 10.6 client to 10.6 server; you'll likely end up with what amounts to a "fresh start" when you get done here.
    This all gets sorted out (briefly) when the Mac OS X Server distribution gets updated, but that happens rather less often than Mac OS X client versions arrive.
    The Mac OS X Server installer is not very forgiving here; I can certainly see room for improvements here, and path to that... Mayhap for 10.7? Ah, well.

  • I tried to sync some new songs bought from iTunes into my ipod using my laptop, (for the first time).  It would not add the new songs to the ipod.  I tried several times, with same result.  I never had this problem using my desk top computer.

    I also am having a problem with the songs I purchased using the laptop not showing on the desk top itunes, even though it is authorized to do so.  The new songs did show up on the iPad iTunes, however.  Have no idea why.  I thought this happened automatically.

  • New iMac - transfer from Time Machine or Old Imac

    I just got a new 27" iMac.  When setting up my new iMac for the first time, Is there any difference in the files & settings which will be transferred if I use the old iMac vs. the Time Machine as a source?
    With Time Machine on a G-Tech drive, I plan to use a FW 800 cable with adapter to Thunderbolt.   The iMac to iMac transfer appears to only be possible with WiFi.  Are there any cables that would work for iMac to iMac transfer?
    The time machine backup is new.  I wasn't sure if either method is faster? More accurate?  Is there any difference at all?

    Regarding iTunes match. My PC crashed and the only other place I have my library is on my iPad (shame on me). I bought iTunes match last night to upload my library from my iPad so I could get it onto my new PC, but when I went to turn Match on in my iPad, it said it will delete over my existing library and replace it with songs in the cloud.  I DO NOT WANT THIS to happen! The iPad is the place I want to transfer FROM.  Of course my purchases are there in the cloud, but Match is for sharing/transferring all music, including burned cd collections, which is the majority of what I have. I don't dare turn on Match unless I know that my music library (and burned cd collection) on the iPad will FIRST be uploaded to the cloud and THEN written over.  It says this nowhere on Apple pages.  Please please help.

    iiTunes match scans your library on your computer not your ipad. So you will need to transfer your music from your ipad to your computer. If your music has not been added to your computers library, you are likely to lose music on your ipad.
    You will need an app to do the transfer. This doc may help Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device

    I setup a new order type for a new organization. When i want to select 'Invoice Source' for the order line type in 'Transaction Types', I see nothing in the list of values.
    The Invoice Source is already defined and is working for other order types for existing organization units.

    A transaction type (INV) is already defined in AR. This is what is assigned to an existing organization. I set up a new org and am trying to create a new order type for this org.
    Here is what I am doing:
    1) In order Management--Setup , created a new Transaction Type (New_Line). Transaction Type Code is Line, order Category is Order. The Sales Document Type defaulted to 'Sales Order'
    2) Then i defined a Transaction Type (New_Order) and assigned the Line Flow (order type --->New_Order, Line Type-->New_Line, Process Name ->Line Flow - Generic)
    I am running into two issues.
    1)  Can't assign the Invoice Source to the New Line Type I just defined; and
    2) When I book an order, I get "No workflow assigned ..." Error.
    Am I missing anything,
