TS1292 how do i change my balance back to $00.0 if i need to change countries and my balance is too low?
i want to change my balance to 0 again but i don't know how and i need to change countries because i only have other countrie's type of money now that i moved. so i don't know what to do.....

It sounds like you are unable to join your network and cannot see it in the Wi-Fi list in Settings. I would try the troubleshooting outlined in this article named:

Be sure you're in range of your Wi-Fi router (access point).
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and on. If your Wi-Fi setting is dimmed, follow these steps.
Confirm that your Wi-Fi router and cable or DSL modem are connected to power, turned on, and connected to the Internet. If not, refer to your network administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for assistance.
Restart your iOS device.
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and locate the Wi-Fi network to which you're connected.
Tap and Forget this Network.
Try to connect to your desired Wi-Fi network.
Note: You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password again if your network requires one.
Turn your Wi-Fi router off and on2. If your ISP also provides cable or phone service, check with them before attempting this step to avoid interruption of service.
Update your device to the latest version of software.
Update your Wi-Fi router to the latest firmware2. For AirPort Base Stations, install updates using the AirPort Utility.

Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note: This will reset all network settings including:

After downloading media from iCloud and watching/listening to it, how do you send it back to the iCloud for storing it rather than leave it in my MacBook?
Apps, music, books, tv shows, movies and music videos are already in iCloud. All you need to do is delete them from your Mac and you can download them again in the future as explained here: Download past purchases. (This is not available for audiobooks, ringtones or tones.) However, to download them again they still have to be available in the iTunes, iBooks and App stores, and the copyright owner has to allow it. To avoid the risk of them not being available in the future, keep them in your iTunes library.

No guarantees since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store say that all sales are final, but you can contact the iTunes Store, explain the issue, and ask:

For the future, note that in many cases a developer makes the basic app available for free as a "trial version" but then charges as an in-app purchase for various features and upgrades. You may wish to disable in-app purchases in the Restrictions in the General settings so that such add-ons can't be inadvertently purchased.

A couple of functions don't work anymore (ical, qucik time), things I actually use quite frequently. I am not satisfied at all with Lion and would wish to cancel my purchase. Apple is trying its best to hide any potential contacts, so does anyone have an idea?

KlausiCal and QuickTime are working fine for me, and I've not seen a large number of problems reported with either. You may find that if you start a thread in the Mac OS X 10.7 forum with details about the problems, someone can help you sort them out.
As to a refund, it's doubtful you can get one, but you can contact Mac App Store Customer Service and ask.

I am going crazy changing passwords that do not get recognized by the different services when it is time to use them, until I am asked to change the password again, starting the vicious cycle again: i need to use the password, it does not get recognized three times, then the system asks me to change it again, and again, and I am stuck!! Is there any fix for this "glitch?
The first thing I would suggest is for you to go to the folder containing your catalog, using your system browser. There will be a folder that has the extension .lrdata. Delete that folder, and then try to start Lightroom. If that doesn't work, replace your catalog with your most recent backup.

You need to check iCloud to see if they are actually there. Go to iCloud.com and sign in and then look at your Contacts there to see if the old ones are still showing on iCloud.
If they are not, then you can either re-enter them while you are on iCloud.com, or you can restore your device from the backup where you saved them:

Emergency! Please Help. I have an iPhone 4 with all my pictures from the vacation on it and I plugged into my computer and it sync'ed to my ipod. all of my pictures are gone. How do I get my pictures back?
If all you did was sync your phone, and if you haven't synced again since this happened, you can restore your phone from the backup that was created at the beginning of the sync process (camera roll photos are included in the backup). If you have synced again since this happened this backup has already been overwritten and your photos are lost. Also, if you restored your phone from the backup of your iPod, rather than just synced, then your photos are lost too.
If you have an intact backup that contains these photos, do the following:
Without connecting your phone, open iTunes on your computer and go to Preferences. On the Devices tab check "Prevent...from syncing automatically".
Connect your phone to your computer, right-click on the name of your phone when it appears in iTunes on the left sidebar and select Restore from Backup, choose your most recent backup to restore from.
When complete, you can go back to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and re-enable automatic syncing. -
