I made an unintended download when attempting to download the movie "Captain America". Somehow what was downloaded was the movie
"Priests" and the movie "Captain America". I have tried to remove the movie "Priests" from all my computers, but it seems dedicated to be downloaded. I am offened by the subject matter, don't know how it got in there , and I don't want to pay for the mistake.
Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History.

no, i had to leave so i logged out and when i opened itunes on my mac and went into the downloads tab it only had one paused download listed. i resumed the download for the one movie listed and the other one never showed up. its been about two weeks since i initially bought the two movies so i figured something was wrong.

My movie is not downloading but the movie extras are, how do i get the movie back without repurchasing it? I've tried searching through my available downloads but only the extras showed up not the movie. All my other movies are there including the extras from the movie. I really want the movie & I don't want to repurchase it if I can avoid it.
When I tried to get it through my Purchased in iTunes - iStore it says
" You have already purchased this item"
"You have alreaady purchased this item but it has not been downloaded. To download it, select Check For Avaliable Downloads from the Store menu."
Which leads me right back to having all the other tv shows & movies that aren't on my laptop downloading but not the actual movie I want. I already have the extras but I really would like the movie .
Any help or advice would be appreciated

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -
i changed my laptop and install a new itunes on it, the usual basic i authorized my new laptop and downlad applications on it but my i tunes does not sync with my ipod i alreadt reinstall and downloaded all the application still it does not work please me...tnx

The computer I used to download all my Itunes on crashed,,I'm using a different one that has let me get access to all of my other accounts. Itunes shows me a message to authorize my computer I'm now using,,,,I've done everything they've said to do and I can't authorize my current computer. HOW do I authorize my computer ???

On itunes, at the top of the screen, click 'store' then click 'check for available downloads' and if your internet connection is good, it will finish downloading your movie

I encountered the response "an error has occured" when I downloaded Maverick X from the App Store. I can not try to re-download as the download button is not active. I have tried rebooting and to get the download from apple.com but it keeps redirecting to the App Store.
Suggestions?Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
