TS1436 Have downloaded and checked that I have the latest version of iTunes installed. When I attempt to burn a CD I get " Disc Burner in Software not found" or CD/DVD doesn't have connectivity to burn via iTunes. Can anyone help me please?
I have ensured I have installed the latest version of iTunes and conducted everything to the point of burning from a playlist to a CD. When I do this the iTunes window states "Disc Burner or Software not found" "CD/DVD doesnt have connectivity to burn via iTunes".
I have checked my drive and it reads a pre-recorded disc correctly. Any help please ???

Firefox 18 is still in Beta, it hasn't been released for general usage yet. It will be released next week (Jan 8th is the current plan), and you will then be able to update from Firefox 17.0.1 to 18. I have updated (more than once) to Firefox Version 8.01. When I check Firefox Help:About, it confirms the version number and indicates that this is the current version. On Google, however, when I try to use G-Mail or +Google, gives me a message that my version of Firefox is no longer supported (and provides a link to download the current version). Additionally, Firefox itself, when I tried to use the Help:Submit Feedback menu option, indicates that I cannot use that option until I have first upgraded to the current version. Apparently, although I have upgraded, there is some marker or indicator that has not been updated from a previous version to indicate to websites which version of this browser is running on my machine. I would like to get this resolved, as it is keeping me from doing a few things I would like to do. By the way, I just looked at the dialog box below, following the comment "we've made some educated guesses about your current browser ..." it, too, indicates that my current version is 3.5.7.

I want my clients to have a receipt of the services that they have paid for, can anyone HELP ME PLEASE?Well...I went to the modem (Westell, WireSpeed), found the NAT settings, once again, I'm WAY over my head, I am assuming this is a TCP connection (as opposed to a UDP) and per Lorex my mobile devices will use port 1025. So I gave it a "global port range" of 1-10 and I indicated that the "base host port" was 80, 1025, & 9000 (ports 1,2,3). When I selected the 'enable' it asked for a "host devise" my choices are my IPhone, IMac and the IP address for the dvr, so I choose the dvr. I still cannot connect and canyouseeme still can NOT find these open ports. This is taking up my whole day! I don't know how people figure this stuff out.

I have an iphone 4, with ios 4.3.3. I want to update it but when I connect it to itunes it says that it is the latest version of the software. So I cannot update it, and I need it very bad. Can anyone help me?
What version of iTunes do you have installed? If you are trying to update to iOS 6 you need iTunes 10.7 or later.

There is no such model as an iMac 6.4. Be sure to check the system requirements for upgrading.
Upgrade Paths to Snow Leopard, Lion, and/or Mountain Lion

I have Firefox 16.0.2 installed. I have manually upgraded my Citrix plugin to the latest version (12.3.0.8), but when i run the "Check to see if your plugins are up to date" link it still has Status "Outdated Version", Action "Upgrade" in orange with a link that goes nowhere. Is this a problem with Firefox or Citrix plugin?

I have recently updated my CC programs to the latest version (CC2014) and now all of my files wont open by default into their respective programs, only if I open the program and go to file>open and open the file from there. How can I fix this?
I have tried 'Open with' and the version of the program now installed on my computer isn't even suggested as an option and when I browse for it, the file wont open with it anywayOn Windows (don't know about Mac), the latest version will always take over the file association, and become the default for indd files. It's impossible to change it.
But there is a plugin for ID that makes this possible. Never tried it myself.

Upgrading the iOS "over-the-air" was introduced with iOS 5. If you are currently running an iOS version < 5.0 you can only update through iTunes. Connect your iPad to your PC or Mac. Open iTunes and click on "Check for updates"

Hi, I have had my MacBook Pro stolen and the police have mentioned about using iCloud to see if I can track it's whereabouts - however I have no idea if I had iCloud on my MacBook or how to track it if I did - can anyone help me please? Thanks

To see if you have iCloud, open http://www.icloud.com and log in with your Apple ID. If you can access to iCloud, you have iCloud. If you get an error message or you can't access, you don't have iCloud. This only works if you only have the Mac (not an iPhone, iPod touch or iPad with iCloud).
Apart from that, "Find my Mac" must be turned on in the Mac in order to track it, so if it wasn't turned on, you won't be able to track it. If it was turned on, the computer must be connected to the Internet to be tracked.
If you can access to iCloud through http://www.icloud.com, choose "Find my iPhone" and look at the Devices list. If your MacBook Pro shows up, "Find my Mac" is turned on, so see if you can track it and tell to the police that it's possible to track your MacBook Pro -
hi guys, have lost the menu on my apple tv, only gives me computer and settings, its onlu 5 months old, can anyone help me please??
I called Apple support, no support. Called my Internet support, no support. If your Apple TV is connected up to your Internet via wireless...... hard wire to your Internet turn it on and poof it connects. Disconnect the hard wire from your Internet and it still will work. For what ever reason my wireless was not cutting it for updating the time and date which seems to be really important to Apple TV.

notes : on snow leopard the face time was work normally but i delete it the app i thought it will work after i reinstall itLion comes with FaceTime. Look in your dock or in the Applications folder.

Open the Terminal application in the Utilities folder. At the command line prompt enter or paste the following command line:
sudo chown -R `id -un`:`id -gn` ~
Press RETURN. You will be prompted to enter your admin password which will not be echoed.

Graphs not shown in EXCEL, when the reports server is secured with SSL
We installed a SSL certificate on the reports server to run as https instead of http and the graphs in the reports stopped working for desformat=EXCEL. The graphs in the pdf output run fine.the version we are using is Oracle reports 10g
