Hello there! You can contact Verietas Support at [email protected] The most usual error for gmail is that user name is NOT the full email address. You just want to enter the stuff BEFORE "@gmail.com". Good luck!

When on a page if I click on a web link I get a new window that is blank and asks me enter a web address. This started happening with the new 3.6 version. It seems to have something to do with what I choose for the location in my privacy settings as the window changes with each setting but I still cannot get to the new site. Any ideas? I have no problem with this in IE and I have to keep opening IE when I encounter the problem on Firefox which is annoying.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

No, without a current backup any material that has been added in the interim will be lost. Frequent backups are always highly recommended, especially before a major update to software.

Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.
If that doesn't solve it then what has worked for some people is going into Settings > General > Date & Time and change the date to a few months (or maybe more) in the future and then re-trying -

I have an iphone 4 and recently changed my apple id password. I went through the verification successfully. For some reason, I can't sign into the app store on my iphone using my apple id and password.
Apple doesn't monitor here. Best we can do is to push you to contact Apple directly.

Why is it that even though I've deleted all the songs on my ipod, the songs still show up in gray letters in spite on not being able to hear them.
First of all, try another port on your computer. Some ports are not connected direct to the motherboard and do not recognize the iPod as well as those that are. Reset the iPod each time you connect it to another port.

I assumed this would help my problem with not being able to open apps like Preview or TextEdit since I installed Mountain Lion. Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at startup. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
