TS3367 I don't want to update and even if i did, i don't have enough memory. I use facetime a lot so is this problem going to be fixed or just ignored??
We've been told to update to fix the facetime problem. But the update changes the phone completely which i don't want. Plus i don't have the memory. So are you going to fix this or just take the easy route by telling people to update???!!!
I don't work for Apple, so I cannot commend.

My brand-new iPad Mini has Siri unresponsive. This happens quite frequently and I find it very frustrating. I have a strong Wi-Fi connection. Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?

I forgot my passcode and in order to reset my phone to the original phone, i need to UPDATE AND RESTORE, and i dont want to update and restore, I JUST WANT TO Restore.. i cant download any huge files, my internet is bad and :/

I just received my new Mac Mini and want to migrate files from my Time Machine. I assume the old OS is on Time machine and I don't want it to supersede the new Yosemite OS. Do I have to Do anything special?
Using Migrations Assistant will only move the data and other things over, it will not bring over a previous version of the Os since the 2014 model can run anything earlier than Yosemite.

My iphone asked if I wanted to update and I hit yes. It said to plug into ITunes so I did. My only option is to "restore". It didn't ask if I want to backup first. I don't have service on phone and I don't want to restore. How can I go back to "not" restoring?

I think you misunderstand... iCloud backups are stored in the cloud and not on the PC. So, if you do an iCloud backup, it won't take up room on the PC.
But, if you want to transfer the iTunes purchases over, set up Home Sharing. Also, see this link. -
Hello, how to disable the long horizontal Mozilla yellow strip, popping up and reminding us constantly to "update a plugin", which we don't want to update.
Disabling the ones below:
1/ plugins.update.notify User;true
2/ plugin.scan.plid.all;true
3/ dom.ipc.plugins.enabled;false
either does not help or disables completely Flash! What else to do with this ultra annoying "Update plugins" reminder, as we want to keep the older version 10 of Flash? We just do not want Flash v. 11 - it takes huge amount of CPU, while Version 10 works fine for all 'you tube" and "etc"... videos. No need for V.11. (Let us worry about viruses and security) But here it comes the so annoying Mozilla reminder to upgrade to Flash Version 11 - the yellow strip also takes screen space under the address bar. Please help. Very annoying - almost ready to switch to other browsers if this issue is not resolve. Other than that, the Mozilla 14 is great. Congratulations to all designing it. Thanks in advance. How long should it take to update an I 4 phone to the new system. Mine has been going for 3.5 hours and is not finished, but I don't want to disconnect and lose my data.
Mine took about an hour or so but it mostly depends on your modem and processor speeds. You can check the progress by clicking your iphone on the left and then checking the download progress. As long as that is moving I would just leave it and wait but don't let your computer shut down.

One of the most recommended is Yamipod. This is a free program that transfers music from iPod back to the computer. However, it does not transfer playcounts/ratings etc.
Other free programs are Pod Player, SharePod and Floola and iDump andiPodRobot.
If you want to recover just the structure of playlists from the iPod (and not the actual song files themselves), there's iRepo for Windows. which I understand has this feature along with all the standard features for these programs.
iPodRip also has the feature enabling you to reconstruct playlists.
There is also CopyTrans. This does preserve ratings/playcounts etc if those are important to you but this program is not free. It also supports video transfer.

Apps are tied to the Apple ID you purchased them on and not the device so getting them all back is easy so long as you know the account details. To reinstall the apps just use the App Store and use the original Apple ID (account) that was used to purchase them, then re-install. If you setup a new Apple ID on your device when you initialized iOS 5 then go into the App Store app and change the account back to the one that was there before. Then go to update > Not on this iPhone and start installing...
