Hi I have tried to sort this myself but I am not having much luck.
I can receive mail but for some reason ( Imay have caused) Icannot send or forward mail can you help me please.
I am with BT Yahoo on windows 8.1 on my computer and mail is ok on my pc. Thank you in anticipation.

i just downloaded ilife every things working fine except, when i try to open iPhoto it said ''You can't open the application iPhoto because it may be damaged or incomplete. i tried to re-download it but my password didn't work for some reason. HELPPPP!!!
Make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

Hi i have purchased a lightning to sd card but i cannot get the photos to open can you help please.
How did the photos get onto the SD card that you are using ? Photos (and videos) on the card will only be recognised if the card has a DCIM directory off the root of it, and the photos are underneath that directory and their filenames are exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus their file extension (that should be how most digital cameras write photos to a card).

Could you be experiencing, browsing a page, then get sent to the app store to buy an app? If that's the case, it's a browser hijack ad and there's not much you can do about it beyond not going to that site or using an adblock app.
You can try to go into safari and clear the cache, which may clear away what's sending you to that site
Beyond that, a bit more info may help with coming up with a better answer. -

Why on earth did you purchase an American iPhone if you knew you were going to activate and use it in the UK?
If you like in the UK and you want to use the phone in the UK, then buy an iPhone 5 that you can actually use in the UK.
So you need to purchase the phone either through one of the phone companies of your choosing by taking out a contract - so EE (Organge and T-Mobile 4G), Vodafone, 3, or o2 or buy an unlocked iPhone directly from the Apple store itself for full price.
If you buy from e-bay you have no valid warranty if the phone goes wrong, so you won't be able to get the phone fixed in the UK, but you will physically have to go back to the US to get it fixed - iPhone warranty is country specific and NOT worldwide. If you buy the phone in the UK, then you will have an EU warranty.
Return the phone to your seller at e-bay for a full refund and start again and buy and iPhone 5 that is unlocked from the UK and then you will be able to activate it.
Do you have a sim card because you need a sim card to be able to activate a phone and have you connected it to iTunes?
Unfortunately, not all US models of the iPhone 5 have sim card slots or if they do, they are not all unlocked, so if this is the case with your phone, then you won't be able to activate it here in the UK and there is nothing that you can do. You will either have an unusable brick or you will have to return you phone to your ebay seller for a full refund. -

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Try completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your Adobe ID. -

JohnYou are getting this message because you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account using this ID on your PC.
