If you activated the Find My iPhone service (in Settings>icloud), and if the device's batteries still have a charge, the device is not turned off and has not been reset and is connected to wifi, then you can try to track it. Using a computer, log into icloud.com and look at the Find My iPhone page. On a device, invoke the Find My iPhone app (get it for free at the itunes app store) and log into the icloud account.
If the device is listed as "offline", then one of the requirements listed above is not met (like being connected to wifi, or if the device was stolen and the thief reset it).

The App store is a iOS function and cannot be deleted. Try checking other home screens/folders and see if you can locate it. If not, go into Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.

I've sent the due payment in about a week ago through mail, but Verizon apparently didn't get it yet so apple screwed me and canceled my order which was going to be shipped this Friday! So This is the email apple sent me today:

It says if I email my order number in a reply message, then apple will proccess my order faster. Does faster mean that it would this Friday as the usual order was suppose to? Or would I still have to wait the normal waiting time for orders which is 4 weeks now. I am so angry!Contact the Apple store directly (or Verizon) as Apple (nor Verizon for that matter) monitor these forums.

I just updated my iPhone 4s to iOS 5.1. Since the update, I am not able to make calls or send sms. I reset network settings several times but not luck. I have also turned off data and 3G but no luck.
Could anyone please help me? Right now, my iPhone 4s is use-less.

I just bought a new iPhone and accidentally backed it up with my old iPhone backup, I do not want this. I lost everything on my new phone and I need it back. PLEASE HELP! This includes pictures and texts, etc.
So just to be clear, when you say "just bought" how long ago was that? Is it on this new iPhone that you had pictures, texts, etc that you want? Were you backing up to iCloud or onto iTunes?
This may not help for everything but if you go to iCloud.com and log in, are you able to find your pictures there? -

If you go to the computer where your sync your phone to and open itunes and then go to edit in the tool bar then preferences then device preferences then devices.. hover the mouse pointer over your device name in the back up lists that appear there and it shows the IMEI

I bought an iPhone 4s 32gb from Singapore. I'm living in Chennai, India. To connect it to my computer (windows XP,), I have downloaded iTunes 10.6.1.7. Unfortunately iTunes is not recognizing my iPhone. I had tried to troubleshoot it by reinstalling iTunes (2 times). I have restarted the apple mobile device from control panel. I try connecting my iphone in another usb port. but no use. I don't know what am I missing?. iTunes opens on my computer. but doesn't recognize my device. when I click on help. it says an "unknown error has occurred. your computer is not connected to internet. please check your internet connection and try again later".
