Siri used to ask me to say or do something upon activation, she now only speaks after I ask her to do something, how can I get her back?

I've never had Siri ask me anything when I pressed the home button, only when I asked her to do something. Check your settings in Preferences>General>Siri>Voice Feedback. Make sure it's set to always. That may fix your issue.
