Is there somewhere that I can see what is taking up all my icloud storage? When I try to back up my device, it says I need more storage. I have gone and cut off everything except photos and contacts. If I could tell what was taking up storage, I might could delete something.

Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage.

How to get back deleted photos and contacts???

First time to sync iphone 4 to computer and I have accidently deleted all my photos and contacts! All the photos from my computer are now in albums on my iphone. Any help in how to get back deleted photos and contacts would be greatly appreciated.

As to your thread question..not that I have ever run into. You can customize the Adobe Instant Movies by creating an Instant Movie and then using the Break Apart Instant Movie at the Timeline level to do just that and modify that just created Instant Movie as wanted.
There are no additional theme to purchase. And, the existing Instant Movie (Content Download type) for an Adobe design needs to be downloaded from within the program (See Instant Movie display of choices and thumbnail with blue ban at the top right corner of that thumbnail. Select Download Now (to obtain completed files for theme) or Download All (to obtain completed files for All Instant Movie theme choices).

Contacts are designed to be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service.
Pictures taken with the device are designed to regularly be copied off the device to a computer as would be done with any digital camera.
If you have failed to use the device as designed it may be too late to recovery anything.
Is the device regularly backed up to a computer via iTunes? If so, the most recent backup (when restored to a replacement iOS device) should contain all contacts and pictures as of when the backup was created.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If you are using the same ID as a primary iCloud login, then yes she can see your photos in photostream if you have it enabled.
You can use the same ID for iTunes so you can share all your purchases, but you need different ID's for iCloud.
Unfortunately, the mess caused by sharing the ID, will need to be sorted manually, once you both have your own ID's.

leave the phone in rice for >24 hours to see if it will recover
you can check itunes as well to see if there are backups there from the top of the screen hit edit (itunes on mac) > preferences > devices , and see if a backup is listed
also check icloud.com to see if you had any of the information backed up there (only possible if have have a 3gs or higher)
also there are data recovery companies that can recover data even from wrecked hard drives but its not cheap, if your interested in that I would say lookup a company called drivesavers, I believe they are authorized to work on even in warranty iphones

Unplug it and let unit go dead. Then hold your Home button down and plug the USB power cord back in. iTunes should see it and then restore.

Do you have Time Machine enabled. If so, go back through your previous months until it features in your Application folder. Then restore.
