Dear Windows support personel,
As part of my message reads above; I keep getting an i-tunes update message and when I click on the OK to download it, I get an error message saying there was a problem and I need to go to Tools>manual download. Well, I don't know how to do that even though I gave it my best try. I went to the support sight and it had the following message;
1. Remove iTunes and related components from the Control Panel

Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)

I don't know if I should do that since I'm not PC savey. Could you help me by doing the work on my pc for me? I'd be most apprieciative if you'd help me in this manner.

Same problem. I can see the itunes store so not a problem with windows firewall. The account is active on my iphone so i know i am not locked out. I can connect the PC to my iphone so i know itunes is working ok. It is just logging into itunes on this pc which doesn't work. Only thing I can think of is that the email address I use for my apple id has been offline for a while and is working again now, I'm wondering whether this has been the case for others who are having this issue?

You log into the App store using the same Apple ID you used to set the computer up, verify that none of your apps are hidden and that they have all be accepted and then download and install the update

Had the same problem and the same message -- was suddenly unable to access icloud apps on my pc, also using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer. After several days of pulling my hair out, decided to try a different browser and was able to get in by using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. Hope this helps.

You can try it lumaw, for the sake of testing to see if that new account is still stuck at Singapore but I've seen this a lot where two IDs cause a bevy of purchase/redownload/authentication issues.

I would like to get my own account because I just want to have an independent account for myself. and so i can get other ipods. The music and apps you downloaded through your mother's account will always be associated with her account. You can't transfer them to another account that you create for yourself. I suppose this is a corporate restriction which was designed to prevent one user from sharing/transfering Apps and tunes to other users. From a business and legal perspective, it makes sense because developers of apps and the producers of music are required to receive their royalties for their products each time they are sold/downloaded.

For about 2 weeks I have been unable to leave feedback on ebay. Firefox brings up login page but will not accept password. I am having the same problem with my yahoo email. It will not accept my passwords, so I have to use IE to login to these accounts.

On yahoo email, it accepted my login id, but not password. This started on one account about two weeks ago. Today when I tried to login to another yahoo email, which worked yesterday, but it would not accept my password on this account.

This problem began when I typed in an address http www etc., making one mistake in the address. I corrected it and then tried to copy the address because it was long (I wanted to be able to acces it another time), and that's when the trouble starrted. I just copt documents to get a new one because it's quicker, but it is unorthodox, I know. Since then whenever I copy a document i cannot open it, and it often puts a gobledegook ending to the document name. I've started emailing texts to myself so as to keep them, but I MUST be able to use documents normally. I hava a MacBook Pro, using OS Mountain Lion 10.8.5. I don't like it. It's fairly new, and has messed up my system of documents : the size is alll wrong and the tabulations are worse than ever. I use text edit because I wanted to use Macdictate because I am handicapped (arthritis and firbomyalgia) but I have never been able to get it to work. Since I changed OS I cannot use Text edit properly any more. Please help me. I think it must be a bug that came through when I was putting this address in four days ago. I went to the site once I'd corrected the address and it was perfectly normal. I shall ring them today and ask them if this has happened to anyone else. I live in France. Thank you for your advice. Because I am handicapped and I do not dirve, it is very difficult to get to a Mac store. How big is that movie file? I don't know if iMovie on the iPad lets you see the properties or if you have to import it into your computer to see the file size. But another issue could be the movie file being many hundreds of megs or even gigs.
I had a 3 minute video that I shot with my iPod be 300 megs and when I tried to upload it to youtube it took about half an hour for it to upload and process.

The file format used by the iOS versions of the iWork apps can only be read by the new iWork apps on your Mac - i.e. Keynote 6, Pages 5 & Numbers 3. Those versions for the Mac require Mavericks, OS X 10.9. The "too old" error on a Mac comes if you are trying to open an iWork '08 or earlier file in the newest apps. If you do have the newest apps you can open the files from your iPad.
If you can't or don't want to upgrade to Mavericks & the newest iWork apps your best option would be to export/share the files from the iPad to a type an older version of iWork can read such as Word, text, Excel, etc.
Or contact AppleCare. They made this mess, let them fix it.

After you reset the password did you go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores and sign out and sign back in? You have to.

For months now I have been unable to connect to the iTunes store on my Windows 7 64-bit PC. Tried everything. Windows firewall is replaced by McAfee firewall and I enabled full access there for iTunes. What else can I do to fix this?
