Two order are creating in multisite environment

HI Guys,
we have multisite environment in our application one  is .com site another is .in site
for both sites we are using same ear file but
while creating orders we are getting two different orders for both sites
we are getting different orders for each site
how it is possible in atg

Response to below query:
how it is possible in atg
If both sites are not sharing shopping cart, Both will create their own order.
So assuming when u are refering to shoppingcart.current, since there is no order, It's creating new order.
Refer this Oracle ATG Web Commerce - Sharing Data

  • Two idocs are created for one output message type

    hi all,
we are communicating our sap idocs to external system using ALE.It is working smoothly.
    Our problem raises here,
.idocs are creating at the time of output type attachment for purchase orders. But rarely, two idocs are creating for one message type.It means two idocs are created for same Purchase order. It makes complications for the external system.
    anyone can help me pls?
    thnks in advance..........

    thanks jurgen for ur reply,
jurgen, the second idoc is not an "ORDCHG",It is the replica of first idoc. This one has also "ORDERS" message type. The only difference between these idocs are the time.It means the difference between the time field segments of these idocs have only three(3)seconds difference. We think that its from the system error. If it is not from the system error pls give me the explanation.
    thanks in advance.......

  • Maintenance orders are created for FL/equipment only ?

    Hi all,
"maintenance orders are created for FL/equipment only".
How can i to understander this sentence, i use t-code: iw31 to create a maintenance order, and the 'Assembly' field can be entered. so how can i to create a maintenance order just for FL/equipment only ?
    Thanks and best regards,
    Ivy Lu

    Hi Praveen,
It's not a message. i got this sentence from the following information:
Q7: When you maintain an assembly in a piece of equipment, is it possible to get maintenance history of the assembly? Do you have to create it as a piece of equipment?
A7: As maintenance orders are created for FL/equipment only, maintenance history can only be tracked at that level, not at assembly level.  Assemblies are mere structuring devices to have spare parts linked to an equipment in a structured manner. However, in PM orders, you can mention the assembly along with the FL/Eq. Depending on your reporting needs, an ABAPer could use the 'PM Assembly' field in PM orders.

  • PREC: two spools are created

We are having a problem when we run tcode PREC in 6.0 version.
When we run it in background, we see that two spools are created but in
4.6C version we only had one. Besides, we don´t see the trip number nor the
emplyee number in the second spool.
Currently this is only happening when "invalid event" error is
populated but we don´t know if there are another errors that bring
    about the same.
    So, the questions are:
Why two spools are being generated?
what other errors could cause the two spools to be created?
what is the second spool for?
Is there a posibility to show all the information in one spool?

    Hello Emiliano,
    This is not an error.
If you run the RPRTEC00 not in background mode, you will get
the error for the Rejected Trip in the first screen. If you press the
back button you will get the additional information "Invalid event
(status 2)" in the second screen. This is the reason why in the job
it created  two spools. Nevertheless the "Invalid Event" message will
not help with the error because the important one is in the first
    screen already, the rejected trips.
This is a standard behaviour rather than an error.

  • Extra plan order are created

    Hi PP expert
    I am facing  following prob.
    *Mrp type- M3*
    *stategy-30(LSF)*
*lot sze procedure - Fixed  (1500)*
When  cust. Req. come and we run Mrp sytem create extra plan order (3 nos.) after plannig time fence.
So plz tell me why ?
    Nitu....

    Dear,
The Purpose of Planning strategy 30 is, to Produce for major customers based on the sale order lot size.
However u can plan addtional requirements using the demand management by creating PIR. System will create planned order as in net requirement planning.
Since Becuse requirement type for indep requirements (LSF) defined for Strategy 30 at SPRO.
If u donot want to system allow to create PIR & Planned order create new strategy by copying SG 30 & remove thy requirement type of ind requirement (LSF). and try.
The strategy 30 is production by lot. This falls under MTS scenario only.
But the production plan is created depending on the lot size. Whether it is PIR or CIR they are group till it becomes the required lot size and then only the planned orders are created.
    Hope clear to you.

  • Planned orders are created when Production order is open

    Hi Everyone
We have Make order and Make to stock scenarios in the system for various products. When Production order is still open ( Fully confirmed with C015 and partially delivered), system assuming that order is completed and created a new planned order for the undelivered quantity against Sales order.
As per my knowledge MRP shouldn't create new planned orders when old production order is still incomplete. The old production order has status REL, PDLV and CNF.
Any help is appreciate and it is our production issue
    Regards
    Prasad

    Hi,
is the order marked as completely delivered on the Warehouse view? Have you reached the under delivery tolerance for this order with your partial delivery from production? If yes, this would be the reason why the system thinks that a new order is required

  • Payment order are not defined for extended withholding  tax

    Hi Gurus,
Would you please help me with the message below. It appears on F110 when I try to pay a vendor open item with extended withholding tax:
Message FZ626 -Payment orders are not defined for extended withholding tax
In my company payment orders are created in F110 for accounts payable, as we use another ERP system (Baan) to perform the local accounts payments, and now I've just activated Extended withholding tax functionality With accumulation (necessary in Brazil) but I get this error.
Is it not possible to user payment order with extended withholding tax + accumulation? I find it hard to believe...
I've tried to unflag the payment order only for the payment method I'm using in FBZP t.code, but then no payment order were created but instead a payment document were posted with the withholding tax accumulation, but this is not the way we are working, and nothing is sent to Baan
    any help is welcome

The payment method "Y" the option "payment order only" was marked?
For a withholding tax type with accumulation in a company code with extended withholding tax payment
methods that create only payment orders can´t be used. Payment orders can only be created only if there are
no tax types with accumulation involved in the paid items of the payment run.
The functionality extended withholding tax works fine for Brazil
however, you can´t use the payment order with this functionality.
Please, review your customizing for payment method 'Y" in transaction
    FBZP.

TREAD LOCKED SINCE IT IS DUPLICATED FROM THREAD payment order are not defined for extended withholding  tax

    Hi,
On the analysis,  the system expects an entry in the T059Q table with
    code as XX.
The reason being in the extended withholding tax we use multiple
witholding tax codes and these entries are stored in the table
with_item. And in BSEG we populate the field withholding tax code i.e.
BSEG-QSSKZ  with the value 'XX'. In classical withholding tax we used to
store the code directly which is not possible with Extended withholding
    tax.
As the field BSEG-QSSKZ refers to the values in the table T059Q-QSSKZ
the entry 'XX" needed in this table for the corresponding country of the
company code to maintain the correct relationship and consistent
    database information.
Hence for the statistical purpose and for the internal calculations we
need an entry in the table T059Q. Could you please maintain this code
i.e. 'XX' also in the table T059Q in a test system? Then retest your issue.
    This should resolve your issue.
    Kind Regards,
    Vanessa.

  • Soft errors/warnings are creating idocs in 51 status, and creating orders

In our SAP 4.7 environment, inbound orders that encounter credit checks, materials in the wrong status, blocked customers, and several other issues that should just be warnings or messages rather than resulting in status 51 idocs, are hitting 51 error status, and they are creating orders in SAP as well (51 status idocs are still creating orders, and nuisance messages are creating 51 status idocs, and still creating orders). I assume someone made some programming changes years ago to cause this to happen. This is really polluting workflow and BD87, and customer service is duplicating orders as they process 51 status idocs through workflow, unaware that orders already created immediately regardless of the 51 status.
Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can specify what warnings or errors constitute 51 status, and where I can stop 51 status idocs from creating orders until the error is repaired?
Would it be in program RBDAPP01, or the inbound function module EDI_DATA_INCOMING?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi Kevin,
so then it is time to check it out in WE19 debug mode. After each PERFORM in the EDIDC Loop in the FM IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS, check the control and status data, this will lead you to the point where the unexpected and/or unwanted behavior appears.
In the LOOP AT IDOC_CONTRL, in our system line 183 you find the comment fill IDOC Status. Check if field OK is not cleared here. If OK is set although you should have errors, then it's already too late.
But please double-check EXIT_SAPL_VEDA_004 if it changes the tables parameter didoc_status = idoc_status.
What I did not mention yet as I think you are talking only about IDoc not about online processing, applies to both:
Customizing SPRO, SAP Reference IMG, Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Sales Documents -> Define variable messages:
Here you may have entries for application area V4, Sales messages (variable messages and EDI messages). Check if you find suspicious messages set to 'W' here.
If this is the case and table logging is switched on as it should be, you can use menu uitilities -> change logs to find out who changed what when.
    Good luck!
    Regards
    Clemens

  • Two different invoices created for  one order for two different lines

    Hi All,
I have an order with four line items that was shipped on the same day, invoiced on the same day and all lines have the same delivery number yet two inovices were created for this order..one for the first three lines and one for the last line.
Can anyone please explain what can cause this to happen?
    Thanks
    A/A

    Hi Asgar,
If a single order has been split into two invoices, you should check the values of the mandatory columns. During Autoinvoice, the grouping is based on the madatory columns and also your grouping rules. If any of the mandatory column has a different value, it will split into different invoice.
Please refer the following metalink note for further details
    Subject: How Autoinvoice Grouping Works
    Doc ID: 98772.1
    Hope that helps.

    Hi All
I want to create a web service(for a bapi) on SAP R/3  which will be used by a third party application. I dont know anything about creating a web service. My question is <b>in order to create a web service do we need to run Sap R/3 on netweaver ?</b>. I cannot see create web service on my BAPI screen.
    Thanks

    Hi Dohr
We are running 4.7 on WAS 6.20 .I heard ,if we have to activate webservices on WAS 6.20  it will expose all the RFCs and BAPIs as web services. Could you explain me what is the main difference between WAS6.20 and WAS6.40 in terms of creating web services and how do i activate web services.
    Thank you very much

  • Two Purchase Requisitions created on MRP for one Sales Order

    Hi,
A Sales Order has been created with one schedule line and one delivery date. When MRP is run it creates 2 Purchase Requisitions. The material in the Sales Order is a Prepack Material and has a component attached in the BOM. Please advice as to why the order is splitting when MRP is run and also why 2 PR's are created.
    Thank you for your help.

Please check in OVZG................assembly type........if u maintained .3 or 4. It may be the reason
Dynamic assembly order ---SAP HELP DOCUMENT
If you create a sales order for a material with the 'assembly processing' technique, the system carries out an availability check for the components needed for the assembly. Depending on the results of the availability check, either one or several procurement elements are created. The quantity for a one-time delivery and/or the next possible deadline for a full delivery and/or a delivery proposal with then ext possible deadline are displayed on the availabililty control screen.

  • Why we cannot view the move orders which are created by the other user?

    Hi,
Can any one explain me the below point.
Why we cannot view the move orders which are created by the other user.
Ex: From ABC user I have created a Move Order: 123456 in M1 Org If I login to the other user BCD I cannot view the same move order in the same ORG i..e M1 ORG.
But we can perform the transact move orders for move orders which is created by the other user.
What could be the reason? Why the system is restricting this? Is this the standard functionality of oracle?
    Can any one explain?
    Regards,
    Kv.

This is due to a security function which allows to see the move orders created by the user only.
Please refer to the meta link document ID 280131.1 for detailed description.
I have tried these steps in one of my test instances long back and was able to see move orders created by other users.
    Thanks
    Karthik.

  • Planned Orders Are Being Created In The Future Period (About Six Months onw

    Dear All,
We are facing a problem that when we execute the product heuristics for a particular location - item, planned orders are not getting generated as per the demand element in the current period but they are getting generated in future period say six months from now... We could NOT understand that Why the system is pushing the orders in future period. We have checked the following parameters :
Calendar is active for  the period upto DEC"2012.
Time Streams have been genereted for the particular resource.
Resource(s) do exist in Live Cache.
Sufficient capapcity is available in the current period (as viewed from the resource planning table).
Please advise that what other parameters should be checked in order to get the planned orders in current period. In this regard, we shall like to confirm that we are facing this issue since last 8 - 10 days, earlier, there was NOT such an issue.
    With Best Regards,
    Sanjeev Chugh
    06-JAN-2012

    Hi Sanjeev,
Did you maintain any value for planning time fence, and if yes, how big is it? This could be one possible reason why system is not able to plan the orders (also depends on what Heuristics you are using).
In RRP3, double click on your planned orders and check out the start date and the end date. Is your start date also lying in the future, or is it that due to long time in your operations (somehow your PDS/PPMs got messed up?), orders availability got pushed to the future.
I am not an expert in PPDS, but I can only think of different lead times coming into picture which could possibly push your planned orders availability to the future.
    See if this helps.
    Thanks - Pawan
