Two signals on two outputs with specific time interval

I cant manage with following:
Have NI-6251 card. Trying to sent two step-signals on two outputs with
specific time interval, say 1 to 10 ms with 1us accuracy.
How can I start?

What do you mean by step-signals? Do you mean a signal that steps up the voltage over time, a step function signal that is zero until a certain time then goes to 1, or a pulse train?
In the meantime you can find examples for getting started in the NI Example Finder by selecting Help » Find Examples
When that opens you can limit the examples to ones that are compatible with your hardware. In the bottom left corner select your hardware and check the Limit results to hardware box.
Browse to Hardware Input and Output » DAQmx » Digital Generation or Generating Digital Pulses.

I read DAQmx help and what I know is that Each row corresponds to a channel in the task. Each column corresponds to a sample from each channel.
I really don't know how to wire Index Array... Can you explain it to me, please?

Wi-Fi access can be limited using the Timed Access feature of the AirPort routers. You would do so using the AirPort Utility.

This happens only when the firefox window is active or open. When the window is minimized no new tabs open. But once I switch to firefox new tab opens immediately with the same page as mentioned above.

Can pulse measurement.vi measures 2M points with 10ns time interval?

Hi,
I used pulse measurement.vi to measure the pulse duration of waveforms when the waveforms exceed certain threshold level. The data file has 2 millions data points with 10ns time interval. But I got error message saying that
"The waveform did not cross the mid reference level enough time to perform this measurement. Check the signal length, mid reference level, and reference level unit."
I was wondering if pulse measurement.vi is capable of handling such large file or it was due to my paramenter errors.

I realized that I can't really modify the percent level settings or specfication of the pulse measurement.vi. For instance, I changed the percent level setting to peak instead of the default auto select. After running the VI unsuccessfully and I reopened the pulse measurement.vi, I saw the percent level setting was set to auto select again instead of peak method. I have attached the image of the block digram and a very small part of the waveform data. I hope you can open both.

Step motor control with a time interval

Hi all,
I am trying to control a step motor to move in vertical direction by Labview2010. The specific Labview function blocks are created by the manufacturer of the step motor. Now the axis can move properly but my question is that I want it to move with a time interval. For example, we set the desired position to 10mm and waiting time 1s. When I click on the start button once only the axis moves 1mm and wait 1s. Then axis moves another 1mm and wait 1s. This action will obviously repeat 10 times until the axis reaches 10mm position.
I will be very thankful if someone could give me some hints.

You're welcome
You should some more to the code so that it's more reliable. There might be some miscalculation between the travel distance and the resolution, i.e. 5mm travel and 2mm resolution will give the forloop 2,5. This should be either 2 or 3. I'm not quite sure how the for loop handles this. I think it will round to nearest. You should anyways check it out. Also avoid using 0mm.

This was driving me crazy, too--and the previous answers did not seem to work. I eventually found that if I click one of the data symbols in the graph in exactly the right spot (see below), it selects only the data symbols and not the line. I can tell this because the little selection dots will be around each data symbol, but no selection dots will be on the line between the data symbols - like the graphic in Yvan's answer. Then and only then will the color symbol in the tool bar show the color of the data symbol, instead of the color of the line. I believe that you then have to first click on the color swatch in the toolbar and then select your color (or choose Show Colors and select from the color tool). Just clicking a color in the crayon box, for example, did not seem to work unless I first clicked on the color swatch in the toolbar, then clicked Show Colors on that dropdown, and +only then+ clicked the crayon or whatever.
_The right spot to click_ seems to be just above the exact center of the data symbol, at least for the diamond shape symbol that I prefer. Sometimes it takes several tries to hit the right spot. If I miss it, the whole line is selected, which is indicated by the little selection dots on the line, between the data symbols. When I click the right spot, those selection dots go away, leaving only the data symbols selected. Then I can change the color, as described above.

Send an output with dispath time 3, from an external report.

It would be very appreciated if someone could help us with the following question:
   We have an output message in a shipment which print a form.
   This output is defined with dispatch time 3 Send with application own transaction.
   Then we have the following doubt:
       We need to create a report which the user can use for:
         1. Re-send the output (we mean print the form again) if it was already
sent    (Status = Successfully processed)
               2. Send the output (we mean print the form first time) if it has not been sent yet (Status = Not processed)
     Then we had thought to do a submit to RSNAST00 program, with the Send again checkbox marked for the case 1, and with this flag empty for the case 2.
     But we have seen that this program only works with output are defined with dispatch time 1 or 2. So we think that it would not work in our case.
Could you help us with this, please? Do you know other program or other way to do it?

Analag/Digital Output with Delay/timed loop

Hi all,
I am trying to execute the following sequence (in the attached picture).
I am using 3 digitat output ports and 2 analog output ports.
My first question is, how mayI use an array to alternate between the digital channels, in the appropriate order?
also, how can I make an execution last for a certain amount of time, before stoping, then continuing to the next objective int he process ?
Lastly, I have trouble introductin gboth analog and digital output into the same execution.

i am using a daq6009, and the picture i uploaded shows the pins that I want to output signal from and the duration fo time i would like it to last.
as of now I have been practiving by powering just one digital port, to turn on for a a few seconds then turn off at the end. Though my Vi does not turn off the digital channel at the end of the duration I specify. And I'm not including the analog output in my code.

Read no. of pulse count with fixed time interval

Hi,
I am try to read no of pulse count ( Pulse period = 500ms, On time = 100msec and Off time = 400msec). Between pulses there is a fixed time interval of 2seconds. I am using NI USB DAQ 6341. Can anybody help me regarding this?

Thanks for replying. I have gone through that example, the given example are only increment count when pulese are detected.
In my case, i want to count the no. of pulses between the time interval of 2sec. e.g. Suppose my device generate 5 no. of pulses and after every 5 pulses their is 2sec time interval, here i need to read only 5 pulses not the continuous count. And no. of pulses are generated by device can be vary but the time interval between those pulses are fixed. Could you give me suggession regarding this?

Events with specific time not showing on my ipad or iPhone... only on my iMAC... all day events show up

Duplicates are due to syncing both with iCloud AND with iTunes. Turn off calendar syncing in iTunes.
I don't know what you mean by "removed some from my mibile devices". Are you sayig some calendars are gone on some devices that have been registered with iCloud?

Is there any code that can specify the amount of time my animation will play forwards or in reverse so that the viewer can move my animation in set increments either forwards or backwards along the timeline. ?
i.e. 1 second forwards or one second in reverse.

To play forward 1 sec do:

     sym.stop(t + 1000);
Similarly, to play backward:
     var t = sym.getPosition();
     sym.playReverse();

Applescript called by plist on specific time interval through launchd

Hey all
I'm hoping someone out there has learned something useful about launchd, plist's, and timing scripts.
I have a rather simple script that I was trying to make run on a schedule through launchd (15 min to be exact) mainly to get to learn the system.
The general problems... I finally got through it all enough to load the script into launchd through a valid plist ("verified in Lingon" though I don't think was necessary since all Lingon did was add fields withe "false" values). The jist though is the plist file (I've named com.nathan.messagealert.plist to keep the *^#4& formatting going) calls on an Applescript (which runs perfectly fine in the editor or even as an app on startup) which it should then run on a "StartInterval" schedule of 900 sec. Now, I read and found the proper way of making the script an executable file which made it load but it's acting very funny. Remember the time schedule of 15 min I mentioned?? Well, when the script was loaded it kept running and running and running...you get the idea. It wouldn't stop until I killed it.
Any thoughts on why this would react this way? Is a scpt file ok? Does the scpt need a "quit" or "exit" at the end of it? I'm just analyzing the possibilities...

I would suggest that you make the plist using lingon which can easily create one that does a simple job like that. at the very least get rid of the entries
Keep Alive , On Demand and Run at load. why do you have them at all?
The Keep alive one might be what's causing this even though it's set to false.
and why does it still have a disabled key set to true?
