Typedown Not Working on Album View - iTunes 11.2.1 (1)

Using iTunes version 11.2.1 (1) on Mavericks
When I'm in Album view, I used to be able to type a letter and the UI would move to and expand the first Album belonging to the Artist whose first name started with the letter I typed. Note: I'm not typing the letter into the search field, just typing it when Album view has focus.
This is not woking in the latest 11.2.1 (1) version.... The UI either does not d anything or it goes to a random Album...

Somebody else just mentioned this. I don't use the new iTunes so I can't test it. Consider reporting it to Apple:

Cascading Dynamic Parameters Do Not Work In Crystal Viewer 2008?

I have generated a report with Crystal Reports 2008 that uses a dynamic cascading parameter. I work in waste management and the report I create in Crystal is used as a "template" with the tonnages collected from all of our customers. Our less technically minded employees can then open this report with Crystal Reports Viewer 2008, use the drop down menus to select only the customer they need a report for and then export this to PDF for delivery.
The report as designed works perfectly in Crystal Reports, but the parameter does not work in Crystal Viewer.
Some of our customers have more than one physical location that we service. The cascading dynamic parameter in my report allows you to select the customer name, and then it only shows the locations linked to that customer, so the end user can select only the relevant location(s) for the report. The cascading parameter is dynamic and allows multiple selections, and is linked to a Saved Data formula. The report is saved with the data.
When the report is opened in Viewer, one of two things happens. If the report is saved in Crystal Reports and a specific customer/location is selected, then ONLY those selected customer/locations are available in the Viewer. If ALL the customers/locations are selected in Crystal Reports and saved, then in the Viewer they are all available, but selecting one customer does NOT narrow down the locations (i.e. it does not "cascade") and instead ALL of the locations are available even if they do not apply to the customer.
If I use a single dynamic parameter and select ALL of the customers (for example), then when this is opened in Crystal Viewer all of the customers are available from the parameters drop down and the report works fine. As soon as this is tried with a cascading parameter however, Crystal Viewer falls down.
Does anyone know of a workaround to this or if there is something I am doing wrong?

I am using the free Crystal Report 2008 Viewer along with designing reports with Crytal Reports ver 12.3. With a test file from SAP called "Interactive Parameters", the parameter feature works to refresh the report. The parameters that are supplied in the sample report work with Viewer. They show up under the parameter list in the parameter side panel in Viewer and are available to make record selections. When I add a parameter to the sample report in Crystal 2008 and then view the report in Viewer, my parameters are unavalable for record selection while the original parameters remain available. Futher, my parameters are displayed under a section called "Current Data Set" in the Parameter side panel, while the selectable parameters are displayed under the "Parameter" section in the parameter side panel. There must be a setting that is treating the parameters I create differently form the parameters created in the original sample report. Any help would be appreciated.

- Which computer do you have?
- Which Mac OS are you using?
- What audio hardware are you using? If you're using some external audio hardware have you tried selecting Built-in?
- Have you tried restarting?
- When you do restart do you hear the boot chime?

Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app. When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund. I have not heard back from either, and was still charged, so I can only assume that is not the correct way to "Report a Problem" even though Apple would have you believe otherwise.

Need to know your Mac model. If it's a PowerPC, the max OS is Leopard 10.5.x. If it's an Intel procesor, you can upgrade to Snow Leopard (for $29) & later to Lion.

Infopath systemuser() method is not working in infopath view @extrant site .

We have a sharepoint webapplication with infopath views .We have controlled the switch view with authenticating login use id .It is working perfectly in intranet.
When we are publishing the site to internet using public ip @ that time initially infopath forms were not opening so i have used Alternate access mapping and published the infopath forms in ip instead of server name .
Now infopath forms are getting opened but system user() rule is not working and infopath edit forms are not working .Even list view web part with assigned to filtration is also not working .
I am stuck on the issue since Monday . Please suggest how to make it possible . it is very urgent.
We want our customer to access using ad authentication.

Did you create this form in InfoPath itself or you are modifying a list into InfoPath?
The first screenshot shows you have selected Total "is not equal to" Jan+Feb….
You can simply add Total field with “TextBox” and double click on it and select default value button.
Once it will open up a pop up select “fx” button in value and insert all fields like, Jan, Feb…and then put a “+” sign in between
This will auto populate value once you enter it into any of the month filed.
Also it you have copied fields for several month in InfoPath it won’t work. You have to insert each field separately

ITunes 11 'Up Next' not working for album

When I click on the small arrow and select 'Add to Up Next' for an album, nothing happens to the Up Next list. Nothing is added. When I do this for a song, it does add the song just fine. It's just not working for the album. Anyone else seeing this?

Make sure the tracks are active (check box to the left of track when looking at songs in a list). I ran into this on a number of albums that I had previously deactivated(unchecked) so they would be skipped in playlists/iTunes DJ. If they are not checked they can only be played or added individually as you are discribing.
It is also possible to re activeate multiple tracks by rt-click to pull up menu. There you can check/uncheck selected or just 'Add to Up Next" directly.

ITunes 11: Albums not showing in Album View

Okay, so I added three albums to my iTunes library, and I can't seem to find them in Album View, in fact, I can't find them in any of the four view modes. I'm pretty sure that they're actually added to the library, because I can see them, play them and even sync them to my iPhone in my Recently Added automated playlist. I've tried relaunching iTunes, running it as an admin, and re-adding the three albums, but to no avail. Does anybody else have the same problem? Or better still, actually know a way to fix this?

I can't find mine either. I've tried several times, today for 30 minutes. They show up as a recently added playlist but I can't seem to drag from their either. Will try again. *** apple, why does itunes suck so much?

Why my tracks are not shown in Album view and Artist view, only Album Artworks are shown???

I have not have this problem in the previous version of iTune. As soon as i upgraded it to iTunes 11, it happens.
The problem in here is all my songs, tracks are still here, i can see all of them in "songs view". However, when i change the view to Album View, and click into the Album artwork, there is no track there. When i double click into the Album Artwork, the first song of the album will be played normally.
Same story to the Artist View. Only the Album Artworks are shown and the rest is completely blank.
I have absolutely no idea what is going on here and obviously i am not satisfy with this new version.
Is there any way for me to fix this problem? Please help!
Otherwise i will need to use other software for music playing.

Play count in album view itunes 11?

I was wondering if there was a way to show your play count in album or artist view? Such as if you click to expand your album, where it says the time of the song is there a way to get it to list the play count too?
I use play count a lot and this would be very helpful.

Sort of works. Albums in a subfolder do not sort correctly with the rest - they show up at the end of the rest, but at least it is better than it was. The problem is that by default the menu bar does not show up and it took a while to figure our how to turn it on.
I think this version may have some advantages once a person gets used to it, but until then.........

Album Art Not Appearing in Album View

I have just upgraded to iTunes 10. I have all of my music attached to album artwork. The artwork shows up in Cover Flow, but does not appear in Alum View. I don't know if that is because in some cases I only have one song from an album instead of all of it, or not. I do not know how iTunes is determining valid artwork.
Any help you be appreciated.

The "why" seems to be that that somebody thought that in the old layout albums with only one or two tracks were consuming too much screen area because of the way that artwork followed by album, artist and rating could create large unused areas where details would go. I can't say I've noticed anyone actually complain on these boards about it as a problem but there you are. Personally I find the solution worse, particularly at home where I have a small screen, as the new layout uses much more space horizontally. I also miss the vertical grid lines and user selectable artwork size. All in all an uneccesary attempt to fix something that wasn't broken.
